I had been here, but i believe it was called Pho King back in the day. Came for breakfast on Saturday morning with the wife. The food was good, although I asked for no cilantro and onion and still got it, but no worries. I ordered the beef ball pho, and my wife ordered the chicken pho. We also shared spring rolls, chicken, and pork. All the food had great taste and will come back again.

Ordered online and picked up. Order was ready when I arrived. Unfortunately, the food was extremely disappointing.The shrimp in the vermicelli tasted like BBQ sauce and the shrimp weren’t cleaned first. Tasted gross. Zero flavor to the supposed fish sauce. A huge waste of food. Completely Americanized and not authentic.The lemonade was at least good though had too much ice.

Great experience and fresh food! This was my first visit to Pho Crystal 3 located in Carson, CA. I enjoyed the Chicken Pho Broth with a side of Shrimp and fresh Spring Rolls.The ingredients were very fresh, the size was perfect and the service was fast and welcoming.I ordered a large Pho. The Pho broth was well seasoned and the addition of fresh bean Sprouts and lemon grass was the perfect combination. Given that I ordered a large, I definitely will enjoy having the remaining portion for dinner tonight or lunch tomorrowI already know what I planned to order my next visit - The Vegetarian Pho.If you enjoy eating Vietnamese food, this is definitely the spot. Pho You Later!😊

Came her with my family and got their egg rolls, grilled pork spring rolls, garlic noodles, vermicelli bowl with beef, shrimp, and egg roll. Thai iced tea, Vietnamese iced coffee, and passion fruit tea to wash it down.Everything was delicious and amazing. They even gave us a desert!Their service was excellent and friendly.We want to come back and try other items on the menu.

It was our first time at pho crystal 3. I ordered our food through grub hub pick up and the food was ready within 10, 15 minutes. When we arrived, the food was ready at the table. They had dining tent outside if people wanted to eat in. The food was so good!!! The spring rolls were fresh! The rice paper was soft and the peanut sauce was tasty. He got the combination pho and the broth was tasty, the noodles were fresh and the meat was plentiful. I got the vermicelli and the sauce had a good bite to it, the veggies were fresh and the noodles were fresh. I cannot over emphasize how fresh everything was. I have gotten some sad spring rolls before that had that weird unpleasant crunchyness to it and this is not like that at all. Will be coming back!

The appetizer sampler was perfect if you want to try everything. The food was fresh and delicious. The lunch combo came with a drink and desert. There were two of us and we split everything and there was plenty of food. The avocado smoothie is my new favorite drink!!

My family came to the restraunt and brought me home the passionfruit drink and garlic noodles with beef and shrimp. Both were amazing! Passionfruit was refreshing and not overly sweet, which I enjoyed, and the noods didnt feel heavy or smothered with grease, the veggies were delicious too. Another little detail I loved was how everything was arranged and it wasnt just all slopped into a to-go box. I unfortunately dont have a photo because I ate it all, but will definitely eat from here again!

First time here since they changed the name and management.Pho was just average. The broth was lacking the depth and complexity, to be honest just lacking flavor. I do however liked that they enough veggie sides and packaged well for take out.Spring Rolls was fresh, however it was bland. The Peanut Sauce tasted like it came out of a jar.Edit:Oct. 17Ive been back here a few time after my first experience and I must say they have improved tremendously. The taste and flavor is much better. The Pho broth is so much more flavorful and more balance. The BBQ Pork Spring Rolls was very tasty. Service is also much improved.4 🌟 STARS

We’ve been coming here for a long time now and the food and service is always great. But during our last visit it seemed like they were under new management. They no longer offer the coconut dessert at the end of the meal and the staff seemed rushed to leave. We arrived at 710 and they close at 8.

Best tasting pho, and nicest staff in the area. My girlfriend and I have tried countless of pho places around LB, nothing comes close. The broth is the best and the staff is always amazingly kind to us. You won’t be disappointed if you choose this place, this is now our favorite

Man this place is good to go to during lunch! They don’t take long and my food comes out hot and fresh from pho to noodles it’s all good! Then the little treat you get at the end is good too!

This place is a hidden Gem. Really good, from the Pho to the Combination plates to the mango tapioca everything is Solid. Ive bought Pho to go and dine is and each are almost the same amount of Protein (Beef,Pork Chicken). Oh and the Passion Fruit Juice is Fresh ! Super Delicious Cannot have Enough. See you soon

Hi there loves…well came here because I was in the continuous mood for spring rolls…met Bryan and he was so helpful and polite with my questions and his suggestions…this place not only serves Pho but also plenty of authentic and traditional Vietnamese dishes especially their appetizers…I went for spring rolls rib eye and shrimp plus garlic noodles with giant tiger shrimp and beef chunks …with hot tea and orange drink courtesy of the house and also and orange dessert served warm after dinner courtesy of the house…I loved the atmosphere and it’s local to me plus plenty of parking and indoor dining only🌻💯🙌

I’ve been there many times but today something happened on the kitchen and I found a hair in my spring rolls (inside the roll) and another hair in my pho when I almost finished it. I was so frustrated and even though it could be mine, but it was short mens hair.. definitely not mine, and one of them was inside the spring roll. As a person who works in hospitality business I know things happens, but this is really unacceptable. Kitchen stuff must wear a hat or hair mesh for sanitation purposes!

This is the best Pho spot in Carson. The pho broth is so delicious, it doesnt need anything added to it. It is perfection. I like their bún dishes too! And their garlic noodles are some of the best I have ever had.

1st time here, I ordered the veggie Pho. I was surprised that it was really good and I liked how they packed and served it to go. Ive tried a few other Pho locations and I really was surprised that that the broth was so tasty - Hiccups better look out! 😂 LoL This place is closer to where I live so I now now know where I am gonna be going for Pho. 👍 Recommended.

I like their pho. Its delicious! But whenever I order like their regular food (shrimp fried rice) it has no flavor. Very bland. I wish they would add more flavor to their food. At least some salt. Something..

I had a bad experience with this place today!i ordered the pho combination, while I was eating I suddenly chewed on something hard I was thinking it might be a piece of bone but when I checked it was a TOOTHPICK!i complained to the server and to whoever was in charge, they offered to give me another serving but I was already disgusted and felt sick to my stomach knowing I almost swallowed a toothpick that I don’t even know if it was used so I rejected the offer. The cleanliness of the kitchen of this place should be inspected otherwise AVOID going here!!!
