The pho is good but I would recommend ordering for pick up. Place is not the cleanest and the customer service is pretty bad. I also got stared at by the staff which made me feel very uncomfortabl.

I first went to this place a month ago. I thought that it was pretty good. Despite the lack of friendliness from the main lady that works the register.I have been really sick and I decided to try it again and invite my husband. My husband went to pick up the food and the same lady was really rude to him. He asked her to not put onions or tomatoes because the fact that I am sick I am unable to eat certain foods. The lady questioned my husband and asked are you sure you have the right place? Have you been here before? We dont put that in our pho. Really? Needless to say we ordered the pho and my husband ordered the shrimp wraps. When I opened up my noodles, low and behold there were a ton of onions. Sometimes even if the food is decent but you come across a not so nice person who obviously doesnt appreciate your business...it makes it hard to go back or refer your friends to try it out.

While I love the food and all the extra fixing like spring rolls and the chicken and beef pho the service is sometimes great sometimes awkwardly weird or straight up bad, so yeah the other googlers are on point with that tip!🤣 so if you can stand the bad service then you are rewarded with delicious items! 🤣🤙🏼Richies Recommendations🤙🏼 beef, Chiken pho with spring rolls and chicken with the fried egg chicken dish thingy wth dank dipping sauces! We have become first class pho critics. We have visited some 9 different pho restaurants or ordered delivery from since we relocated to Temecula in October 2022. Today we visited Pho Dao 1. Pho Dao 1 is located in a small strip center on Los Alamos and the 215. There is plenty of seating and perhaps the best service we have experienced of all pho restaurants. Given our choice of tables I stroll to the VIP table of course. Our server has water to us and includes a small pitcher as well. We keep it simple and both order Pho Ga and an order of shrimp spring rolls to split. Spring rolls are to the table lickety-split and also a peanut sauce for both of us. This is nice because we would attack each other if we only had 1 sauce. Sauce and spring rolls are tasty and without missing a beat our chicken pho struts to the table. The flavor of the pho is very good and they also have a large amount of noodles and vegetables for the pho. We both enjoyed the pho and rate it up with some of the better we have tried since moving back to Southern California. I give 4 stars due to them only taking cash or debit card (they also accept payment through Zelle) and we felt the soup was a bit smaller than other pho houses. The place is legit and service is second to none. This visit deserves a solid 4 stars!

Best pho in town, originally we are from San Diego and we could not find a good spot for some time but after finding this place we’re relieved to have this so close to home now. You can’t go wrong with the Pho. The staff is always super friendly. Love it.

Worst experience ever, place is dirty! All the containers on the table are greasy and have dust on them. We ask if we could get a different table and they denied. When I asked to have the vegetable on the side for my pho, this lady replied do you eat the or not? We don’t do on the side🙄 On top of it, I have a toddler, he was playing with the utensils and she started yelling at him to not do that. First of all if you don’t want kids touching your things on the table you better not have them there or specify that you are not a kid friendly restaurant. If something bothers you about my kids, let me know and never talk to them in a rude way. Im contacting health department for all the dirty utensils and containers on your restaurant.

The lady that answered the phone was extremely rude! I placed an order to pick up and she said they only take cash I said ok and she hung up on me without giving me a price. I called back to ask for the price and she was so rude saying that I didn’t ask for the price. I had told her she didn’t give me a chance to ask since she just hung up. And she started yelling at me. So I canceled my order. It was my first and last time ordering here. It’s too bad cause they could’ve had a loyal customer. I would give zero stars if I could. You can’t treat customers like that.

I went in yesterday to get some lunch to go.I was greeted by, I assume was the owner, who was eating lunch.I was going to order $30 worth of food. I had a couple of questions, because I was unfamiliar with their menu.This person answered my question with a mouth full of food and I couldnt understand them.I said, Im sorry? I didnt understand you.They did it again.I sort of understood them and decided to continue to order.While trying to order four egg rolls, this person rolled their eyes at me because I didnt know how their egg roll orders come. Then this person grabbed the menu out of my hands, flipped it open, pointed to some picture and, with a mouth full of food, scolded me for not knowing how their menu works.At this point, I have my wallet out, hand on cash, ready to shell out $30 for a bowl of chicken soup and four small egg rolls, when I looked at this person and said;You know, I dont think I want to pay $30 to someone rude enough to roll their eyes at me.And I walked out.Wouldnt recommend.

Horrible. We wanted to order a dish without rice and the server stood there and tried to force us to take the rice. Saying the meal comes with rice so we have to take it. He then told my wife that she has to be quite and stop arguing and thats when we walked out. This kid shouldnt be anywhere near any customers. Will never go back, especially when the new Thai restaurant is a few steps away with great service and better food.

Love this place, great Pho! Family owned, so the staff is always friendly. Pho dishes, rice plates, vermicelli, & apps are all delicious, plus the ice coffee is amazing. To go orders are prepared fast too. They dont accept credit cards and debit cards are only for charges of $10 or more with a .50 cent charge, so Id hit up the ATM first! Highly recommended!

First, I usually don’t leave reviews. However, I will not miss this opportunity to warn others. Don’t come here, I repeat… Don’t waste your time or money!! I’m not giving them a 1 star because of the food, but because of the poor service; we werent handled with respect, dignity or as paying consumers. Initially, my partner glanced over the reviews, but still decided to try this place. The consensus stated the customer service was terrible. First offense, it took a long time before our order was accepted or before we were even offered water. Secondly, once the food (pho seafood & pho chicken) arrived, the server only brought out one plate (veggies) to share.I attempted to explain we need another setup (veggies). He said, “no, you only get 1 plate; it comes with the bean sprouts and 4 jalapeños”!!!! After we finished eating, I asked for to-go -boxes. It was difficult getting the request fulfilled, as the guy told us no, we could only have one box for the egg rolls, and they didn’t have containers for the soup. There were two Caucasian women in the restaurant, and they were laughing because he did not want to give us an additional box, and he was making a scene.Furthermore, I understand that we had soup. However, I only ate the noodles and the broth and I wanted to take the toppings (meat) home for my dog. So, I stopped asking Kenny for an extra box and asked the woman. She came out and said, “for what, why? No, what do you need it for? We have a shortage. We can’t just give containers out unless your food is paid for to go.” I find this statement confusing, am I supposed to leave my leftovers? Finally, my partner explained two people were here, and we needed separate containers. The lady finally stopped arguing with us and gave another box. However, Kenny was still upset and kept on arguing. He continued to hover over us and stated he would watch us. I was disturbed about how we were handled at this establishment. We paid almost 50 bucks for soup in Murrieta to be treated like this. I still can’t believe it! Listen, people… stay home and make your soup. I’m sure it will be better quality and a good environment all around. Also, the bathroom was dirty and had a smell. Lastly, some toppings were left cut on a table, sitting there collecting air germs! I’m questioning if they passed any inspection. The lesson of the day: dont let your partner pick the restaurant because she doesnt read reviews thoroughly. Take care, everyone.

The service changes each time I go. It’s not very good but every once in a while it’s fine. I really enjoy the food here though. It’s the best in Temecula and Murrieta in my opinion. The most authentic and tasty. My favorite are the egg rolls and Vermacelli Bbq beef. So good!! They have good Thai tea but the boba is sometimes not soft anymore, like its been out for hours.

Love this place, I’ll start with a con tho and that is that the place is not very appealing aesthetically. Now the pros are that the food is wonderful!!!!!! Hahaha the daughter of the owners call the regulars brother and sister which I think adds to the character of the place. Love their egg rolls and their iced coffee. I normally get the combination bow of pho and it never disappoints, always hits the soul. I’ve tried several other things off the menu and they always taste good. I recommend this little local place

Totally rude employees. Im not sure why they think its okay to be so dismissive. Theyre food is not special and can be found at any other Vietnamese restaurants around. Usually establishments develop a sense of entitlement when they have something special. Ill tell you now, they do not. Their run of the mill style of Vietnamese cuisine does not warrant the atrocious demeanor or vernacular of the staff. If you want and need my money to keep your doors open, Id at least expect acknowledgement and some type of warmness. Not only was the staff rushing and rude but they also asked my family to pay cash only. I have my suspicions as to why but Ill halt there and not go the obvious route. Please reconsider if you decide to eat here. The owners and staff are not worthy of your hard earned money.

HORRIBLE customer service! I will NEVER order from here again! When someone orders $40 worth of soup and asks for some extra sauce that is not mixed, just give it to them or kindly advise that there is a charge for extra. DO NO tell them that they can buy their own bottle if they want more. Do not throw cups away and pour sauces as examples as to how much sauce they are allowed to have! The lady that did this has just caused an entire business office to no longer order. Convenient and decent soup, sure... Service, NO THANKS! I will take the extra trip to Noodle Land! Good service goes a long way! I would NEVER treat a customer this way.

Came in to order egg rolls to go and fried rice, paid $25.00 or so, I asked the waitress for more hot sauce she then told me This is enough for the food you have and refused to give me more. She was EXTREMELY rude. I will never come back again. My coworkers told me they all got sick from eating there and I still wanted to give this place a chance. This place is terrible!

Im not big on pho in the first place, so my review might not be as of value as others, but I will say I came in here looking for something to help me with my stuffy nose and sore throat. I got the meatball and steak pho and spring rolls, I was impressed. Not only did it help with my cold, but it was delicious up to the last bite. Service was good. Only reason Im giving it a four is because the meatball and beef could have had a little more flavor and different texture, but I still enjoyed it.

I am Vietnamese and is new to the area. I needed pho because I got sick. Never again will I return to this place. Condiments were sticky and nasty. You can tell they havent cleaned it in a while. The owner (women with red/orange short hair) had a very bad attitude. My son was quietly sitting there and we got the little bowls to so we can serve his noodles on. She came by and said the little bowls werent toys and to put them back. They have signs everywhere stating no this and no that. Seems very strict. I didnt feel welcome at all.

Worst service ever. Missing items and no customer support. Called to speak with a Manager and got hung up on multiple times after the owners son said there was not one on duty. No Manager for a restuarant? Im glad I didnt reach the owner. Just the rudest woman youve ever met. Kicked a friend of mine out of her restaurant for asking for a couple small plates for their appetizer. Apparently the spring rolls dont come with side dishes. Not that one customers opinion matters but next time my wife wants vietnamese soup Ill drive the extra 5 minutes and go elsewhere.

Hidden gem! Ive been coming here for years, have tried other places in the area but none compare. Just got back from an early dinner there and once again, great experious! Aside from the awesome food, we were give. A cup of ice and some scissors to cut our food up... having a toddler and rug rat it was great to have that sort of detail in serving us; a detail that no other place Ive been to has even thought of before request. It made for an easy time feeding our little ones.

This place is horrible!! The staff is extremely rude and controlling! My mother witnessed the owner put basil from a plate that was cleared off a previous customers table and onto a new plate being served. When we said we were leaving the owner yelled at us in front of all the other customers. On a previous occasion the son of the owner refused to give us hot sauce, saying that it is too hot for me and that a customer needed paramedics because it was too hot.

We absolutely LOVE this place! I really have a hard time wraping my brain around the reviews stating the owner is rude. Perhaps there is a language barrier there that people are misinterpreting, because in my experience she is very friendly, sweet, and kind. My kids and I, and any guests I bring here, have always been treated like family. All the servers know our orders by heart, and welcome us with warm smiles when we get there. If I dont bring my kids with me they always ask how they are doing. When they are with me, they are given juice bags at no cost to us. And I suppose I should talk about the food too right? you guys! this place is comfort food at its best. I have never had anything here that wasnt delicious and there isnt any better pho in this area, there just isnt. As a single mom on a tight budget there have been many times when this is our only meal outside of home in quite a while and the staff have always accommodated me when I need to split a bowl of pho between me and my two littles, bringing us extra bowls and utensils without having to ask, scissors to cut up their noodles, even adding extra noodles for us to make it stretch further. Whenever I have a bad day or am feeling off I come here. The food and the staff comfort my soul, and I hope you give them a chance!

The food would definitely recommend it and give it 5 star but my rating is for experience from the staff. First, I wanted Vietnamese sandwich but they said its only to go. I told them ok give me pho with spring rolls and the sandwich to go. The lady kept giving me a long story on why, they couldnt make the sandwich. Seems like hard work to make a sandwich. If wasnt so hungry would had left, but since I was stayed. Now, when I wanted to pay with a credit card, the lady said they dont take credit only cash or debit, I told her she should have a sign and she said they did. The sign on the door says minimum debit purchase of $10, which is a VERY big difference of saying no credit card. Luckily did have cash to pay. So if your coming for food beware of the rude lady.

I love love love this place!! If I could give this place 10 stars I would! The best Pho in all of Murrieta and Temecula. I love that its family owned. Their broth is so savory and delicious. I was not disappointed and so happy I didnt have to wait long for my food. From first walking in I was a little skeptical but wow I will not go anywhere else for Pho. It was served hot and flavor was ok. Staff was super nice however a cook sat in the back with his phone conversation on speaker as our entertainment. Kids Drinks were served in styrofoam which is the worst thing for anyone eat or drink out of. Sauces were provided in caked gooey sticky plastic containers which I just tried not to think about as I ate out of plastic bowls. When you need a place to eat late at night and do not want to go through a drive thru it works!

First and last experience there! My husband and I spent no more than 5 minutes inside. The Owner was extremely rude when my husband was asking questions about the menu. Instead of answering his questions she was talking down to us and was telling us how we needed to word our questions. She does not need to be in the customer service industry if she doesnt know how to communicate with the customers that are paying her paycheck. Ive been in the restaurant/customer service industry my entire life and that was extremely unacceptable! If you dont like receiving attitude from the people youre giving your hard earned money too, then dont go there! Please spend elsewhere!

Rudest people EVER!!! Very short and super stingy. I just called to place an order for take out and I asked if I could get 2 miniature chili oils instead of 1 and he said no and hung up in my face!! They dont want to give you any of the condiments to go with your pho when it is to go. They tell you that it is rationed because they arent ordering anymore chili, while youre looking at pots of it at each table. It is hard to eat pho with my 4 and 1 year old in the restaurant so I always get food to go. The last lady argued with me all the way out the door about her stomach ulcers and how I shouldnt eat too much because of her medical issues...why do I even know that??! Im done

The female owner was our waitress and was rather rude. We attempted to order a Bahn Mi sandwich, a menu item, and were told its a to go only and you could NOT eat it in the restaurant. Then we asked for the crepe dish, another menu item, and were told crepes were only available on rainy days however she could not specify how hard it had to rain to have the crepes. So considering it rains very little here, we can all just scratch that order of crepes you see on the menu. The 3rd issue was trying to order a dish that came with grilled shrimp and grilled chicken or pork. We wanted chicken & pork with no shrimp and the female owner adamantly said NO, no substitute pork or pork for shrimp!! I find this COMPLETELY ridiculous as shrimp is far more expensive than chicken or pork!!! After a 15 min. long order of we were allowed, not what we wanted was exhausting! The food was decent but the customer service was totally unsatisfactory!! Im very surprised they stay in business!

The staff here are very rude. I was here w/ a small group of people for a birthday. The customer service is horrible! We were made to change seats after we had already sat where directed. The older Vietnamese waitress was extremely rude and full of attitude my entire visit. I asked the waitress if she had Vietnamese Coffee (their menu only listed French Coffee). If you want the best tasting Phõ in this area this place is one of the must go tos, with the first being Bamboo house in Temecula. They have a really good size bowl if u get the Dac biet! Their prices are average but the service could use some improvements because sometimes they have their son working as Waiter and he has some mental challenges affecting him. I only include this because i have seen him anger other guests because they are unaware of his condition. Their food is outstanding and just what youd expect of a ma n pop shop. The owners are good people and the food really dont get any more authentic than this. It aint home made but Ill be the first to tell you that they sure swing for homeplate here. I highly recommend this place, good food, good prices, and a food coma, what more could we all ask for?

I always get the vegetarian pho or just noodles, and my boyfriend gets the pho with well done steak. Wish I could do 0 stars! Waited an hour before I decided to say something. 2 parties came in after me and got served before I did. Another party of 8 came in the same time as me and had already eaten, paid, and had their table cleaned before I got served. I had a simple order of pho, the place was not packed. Just oh so conveniently a few mins after I started to complain and offered to pay for my drinks and leave(which I had to go to the ATM to get cash because of a 10$ debit min), my food came out in a larger sized bowl. I even offered to pay for the food if they put it in a to-go container, they said no, that the food wouldnt taste as good? Lmao. I was confronted by what I assume to be management or the owner as to why it took so long for my food, the reason was they were going in order of the table numbers... It should not take an hour to add vegetables, nor did anyone let me know what the hold up was while I waited at my table for an hour. Place is dirty, not sure how they still have an A grade. Been here a few times each experience worse and worse. Highlight is finding a fly in my pho while adding in sprouts and mint leaves and notifying the server. No apologies were said, just taken and poured into a new bowl and fly picked out.
