The flavor of the food was really good however there was so much fat and grind in my beef dish it actually super grossed me out. It was a big shame because everything was super fresh. I had the spicy beef soup.
I came here for the first time with my girlfriend and we shared one bowl of pho because you get a lot of it at a really good price. There are a lot of vietnamese options in town but this one stood out for being really tasty and the guy at the cash register was friendly
The food I got here made me start to consider this place as my go to healthyish option. Several of the dishes are meat, sauce and noodles on top of something like a salad, so thats more greens than I usually eat. But as someone taking baby steps towards eating healthier, this is progress!The food was good, with lots of menu options. Huge flavored drink menu of teas, boba drinks, and slushy things. And the ladies working there were nice, friendly, and made good drink recommendations.Skip panda express and come here!
Friendly service, knowledgeable about food ingredients, and the food is very tasty. They were great in dealing with my food allergies. Want to go back and try other dishes.

Hands down, the best pho Ive ever eaten! The broth is flavorful - not overloaded with salt. When selecting a noodle option, the fresh noodles are a must.
This is the most exciting new opening in Monterey. Forget SaltWood, we have enough expensive sea-food places. Im sure its great, but this place is bringing a combination of authenticity and freshness you cant get too many other places. The interior is brand new and pristine, with a large bubble tea and snow ice menu on the wall, which may deceive you into thinking this place is desert-focused and the food might be uninteresting. You are wrong.The #2 summer rolls are like a super-condensed Bahn Mi, the crepe/lettuce wrap is a healthy, herby party, and the Com Tam broken rice combo plates are a trip. I recommend #31 (add egg) as a sampled your first time to try almost everything. The menu is pretty clear but doesnt really mention the substitutions and additions, but just clarify things with your server and you will get something amazing. This place really brings a bay area legit Asian flavor to Sea-Side, while being fresh and affordable. We will be regulars.
Unlike other Vietnamese restaurants, they dont have many food options outside of pho. HOWEVER their pho has the best broth in the local area! Absolutely delicious!

The place was clean, not busy and friendly service. I appreciate that. The food was hot when we got it home and the calamari rings are phenomenal, crispy and tender. Will be returning.

Maybe I ordered wrong... chicken satay was like chicken jerky, no flavor and over cooked. Noodle bowl I got was ok, no real flavors stood out. Not a $20 lunch I enjoyed.
Pho is good, but nothing compared to Sac pho. Great atmosphere, didn’t wait long for food. Workers are extremely nice and accommodating !!

2019-03-31 03:58:41We came in starving, after a day of sightseeing around Pebble Beach. Didnt feel like dropping $200+ for dinner at the PB restaurants, so we Googled cheap eats, and this place popped up. We arrived about 6pm on a Saturday, and there was no wait, but by the time we left, the place was packed!! Our server was very friendly, and made some good suggestions. We started with the fried shrimp, and the mango salad. The shrimp was good, but the mango salad was AMAZING!! Next, we ordered the spicy noodle soup for me, and the pho combo for my husband. He opted for their homemade noodles,while I stuck with traditional rice noodles. We were both happy with our choices. Lastly, we finished with a boba. Mine was lychee nut, and his was chia tea. Again, we were both happy with our choices. Overall, a very satisfying meal that didnt break our bank.

2018-08-10 01:12:37People were very nice and helpful the food was delicious and I was served pretty quick. I had the chicken soup with fresh noodles. The soup had great flavor the chicken was good but I prefer brown meat over white in my soup. The noodles were awsome I had never had fresh noodles so I have to go back and try a different bowls.

2020-01-22 20:48:06We had a wonderful lunch here. My coworker doesnt eat meat so they were able to put together a bowl of Pho with a lot of hardy vegetables and noodles for them. The broth had such yummy deep flavor.
