August 23rd, I was eating dinner at this restaurant, and one of the employees was seated at the next table for a break. He started touching his feet in front of me. How can I be sure that he washed his hands to continue serving the food? 😡👎

I wish Google would give half stars. If they did, I would give them 3.5 starts. Since they dont, I gave them 4 stars. Pho Grand was fast, flavorfully, and clean, BUT the pho broth was slightly salty to me. Maybe it was the hint of chicken broth. Other then that I really enjoyed it.

Special phở, its too salty soup. Phở noodles too thin, not authentic. Nạm meats are chewy, not tender. And not fresh mints side dish. It could be better if NO MSG cooking favors.

The food is consistently good! The restaurant is always clean and the servers are quick and friendly. I havent tried anything that I didnt like and the servers are helpful about giving suggestions.

If you need to get your Phở fix, then this place hits the spot. Its nothing mind blowing but it always comes through, pretty good flavors. Spring rolls are pretty good too. I recommend the grilled beef pho.See more cool pictures on my Instagram: lizzario_photoart

I got there close to closing time, so I had to order takeout. The food was good when I got home for dinner. The dishes tasted authentic and were very delicious. The server asked me to return earlier for dining in the next time, which I plan to do so. Havent found a good Vietnamese restaurant in this area before, so Im happy I found this one.

Went in to specifically to get noodles. Asked for a soup with noodles and fish. Went with servers recommendation, got home and there was rice no noodles. The broth, vegetables and fish are very good so I enjoyed my dinner. Next time Ill make sure its noodles not rice.

Our go-to pho spot. Pretty solid pho at a normal price, even tho the large and small come in the same size bowl, maybe they do more meat or noodles in a large? Service is ok. The jasmine iced tea is interesting. Theyre nearly always packed, so thats always a good sign. Always give plenty of basil, sprouts and lime too

I used to order pho with my children whenever it’s rainy. Before moving here, the broth in my favorite restaurant was really rich, oily and tasty. So, I expected this restaurant would be same. But I was so disappointed. The broth is just like the instant pho at Costco. But very fast and clean.

Nice place. Solid decor and standard menu. Their pho is quite tasty, and Im tempted to give them 4 stars, but the competition is so much better it doesnt seem fair. The servers are very attentive, and they wont hustle you out the door, which I like - you go up and pay at the counter when youre done. Overall, I recommend this spot.

Not bad. Tasty food, good prices. (I forgot to ask them if they use MSG.) Also, some flavors of their milkshakes (Vietnamese flavors) are an aquired taste, but not for me.I had a soup, and it was fine.

The food is delicious and well-priced. The vegetables are always fresh, with a generous amount of bean sprouts, basil and lime. The soup base is tasty but not too salty. Fast service and easy take-out. A favorite place for dinner takeout.

Foo wasn’t the best and not to mention it was NOT worth the price. The spring rolls had crunchy parts that’s tasted like they were old. The food was quick but definitely not fresh, couldn’t finish it had to ask for a refund.

I recall coming here with my classmates from high school after we went visiting the local bar scene. We were planning to go to a nearby Philippine food place but it was closing for the night then. I recall enjoying every thing I had here. Very good. It was packed that evening. Service was fast.

We’ve been here a couple of times. The food here is okay. Not especially good but not bad. But this time, after we sat down by a waitress, we waited for a while and nobody came to take our order. Me and my husband raise our hands to signal that we’re ready to order. The waiter comes but he’s like two tables away from us. My husband had to turn around to order. He ordered a meatball noodle and asked with no onions. I ordered a cooked beef with tripe. The waiter couldn’t hear me 2 times because he was too far away. I asked him if he could come over to our table, and so he did. He never asked what size of the order we want like other waiters usually do. After he came back with our order, my husbands noodles had a bunch of onions all over it and my order had no any tripe. The service was horrible.

My family and I love PHO. Vietnamese cuisine is very comforting especially on colder weather. Especially when were under the weather. Their soup is just the right flavor to mend any sore throat or congestion. And still best even if we were all well. Food and people is best. Reasonable price for a hefty amount of servings. We always have leftovers to bring home. Only issue: their floor is either too sticky or too slippery. You have to be careful when walking to prevent accidents. If theyre reading my review, hope they clean their floors well before accidents happen. Simple mopping with water isnt enough. You need to add degreaser on your cleaning water to lift those grease off your floor. Otherwise, youre great!

In town for work and this place was recommended. I ordered the No 6 house special and it didnt disappoint. The broth was flavorful and the meatball and beef were cooked well. Definitely worth a try if in town.

This is my new PHO restaurant. They were super nice and gave me extra hot sauce in a big cup. Other paces I’ve been to are super greedy with their sauce. They accept master and Visa cards only from what I seen. When I got home and ate the soup it was delicious. They packed everything so organized and gave me more than what I expected. I highly recommend this place.

I went today for lunch and It was chaos….. I see servers cleaning their ears, wiping their faces, touching their food… angry servers… and they dropped soups on floor and they are cleaning it (hands on) and they don’t wash them…. I almost wanted to vomit… I will never ever go back… so sad because the pho was good… I can only imagine the kitchen 😱😳

Best Pho I ever had! I always get #20 seafood mixed. Mmmmm the flavor of the soup is delicious I’ve never had anything compared to this plus the pork sandwich is one of my favorite items on the menu too, the bread is nice and toasty the pork has a lot of flavor OH! And let’s not forget about the tasty eggs rolls, they are always crispy and freshly made. During the summer i always tend to order the jackfruit smoothie omg refreshing! I highly recommend this spot! My only complain is that sometimes service is hit or miss they forget to refill our waters so you need to ask for more water 😐

Broth lack favorite, sliced pork very dry, lack favorite. Tossed in the trash. I would not recommend the shrimp and pork egg noodle. Egg rolls are just ok. I wanted to give them a try, but it final.

Pho Grand is one of the best Pho places here in Chino. The food is awesome, service is good, prices are good and portions are huge. If youre looking for Pho in Chino and youve never been to Pho Grand, go there. Its the best Pho place in the city.
