I ordered a lemon grass vermicelli beef and barbecue beef spring roll. Service was excellent, sat and ordered and food came quickly. The food was a large portion and it was delicious. I couldnt finish the food so i took them home. Definitely gonna go back.

Pretty good pho. Broth is up to standard. Love how they keep room temp low. Was a bit cold at 1st but as soon as you start eating, thanks em. Its perfect temp for a nice hot bowl of Pho. $15 a bowl. That seem normal everywhere now.

The Service did take longer than expected, when one order was asked to be given as a take out they served it to the table. The spring rolls did not have the same taste as before. When the server was asked to bring water it never came. The main entrees seem to have less meat and more filler. I do not know when changes happened but I do wish they would go back. Until then I will pass on this place for a while...

The best and most delicious pho in the area. Generous portions and great quality makes this my favorite place to eat pho. And they have the most flavorful spring rolls and they warm up the peanut sauce which makes it extra scrumptious. Highly recommended for pho afficionados, I come here almost everyday.

Nd i hate to leave such a bad review but because the issue has happened to me three times now nd i feel like i need to put it out their. 1st experience was a couple of months ago. Found a lash hair in my soup nd i dismissed the issue. Then their was Saturday. 3/19/22...abt 4pm to 5pm was when my husband nd i dined in their. my husband was eating his 🍜 nd pulled out a plastic wrap....then their was a dark thick blck hair in my soup...i tlked with the manager concerning the issue nd he quickly apologized abt the issue nd thnked me. Tht he was going to make sure it wont happen again. But never came to inspect the stuff tht we found in our food. So i asked what do we do? As of June 2021 theyre fully open! Delicious food, fast service and a great selection of food from their menu, even some non-Vietnamese foods like Pad Thai. The pho is phonominal, the bbq pork is tasty and the fried sole is crispy. Of course, the Vietnamese Ice Coffee is on point!

Very little english spoken here. Lucky for me menu was in english. I ordered the fresh spring rolls with pork and shrimp, and a Ban Me pork sandwidh. The spring roll was just okay, i have had better than ham and shrimp, low in mint and cilantro rathet thin. Peanut sauce was excellent. The sandwich was great as the bread was 100% correct. I will return to try other dishes.

If you never had Bun before, it is an immaculate cold noodle dish from Vietnam. I recently had Bun at Pho Ha in Rancho Cucamonga and the combo I had consisted of grilled pork, shrimp, and an egg roll over a bed of cool vermicelli noodles, exotic fragrant herbs, cilantro, and much more. The sauce uniting the meal was both light tasting, sweet, and savory. It had an aroma that was equally sweet, almost perfume like. On hot sweltering day this is the perfect dish to cool you inside and out while leaving you full and satisfied. The restaurant itself is quite large and bright inside. Located in a shopping center with lots of parking spaces, there are other restaurants as well. The employees were also friendly and efficient. In addition to their Bun, they also have rice dishes, Pho, sandwiches, and much more. Check this place out. If food is life, then this my friends is living.

Normally, Pho Ha is normally really good in quality, service and even pricing. This location was garbage in all three of those areas.Tried calling to place an order and no one answered which was okay; it happens. Ordered online and realized they were overpriced. For two entrees and an appetizer it was over $50.Upon arrival to pick up the food the employees I encountered were having very a rough day and it showed. I can get past that, but they didnt have the order and kept telling me that I ordered at the wrong location and I need to go to the other one. After a bit of back and forth and me showing them the online order, the food came out from the kitchen, completed.Without going into to much more detail, the food was very poorly prepared. Spring rolls tasted good but the entrees did not, at all. One of them, which was supposed to be a vegetarian dish, had random pieces of meat.On the way out, I noticed the restaurant had a B rating and that makes perfect sense to me.Overall, the whole experience was garbage and I definitely would not recommend this place.

Walked in and said for 4 ppl pls. One of them yelled from across the room any table. Ok so as we were about to sit another worker comes and asked how many people. We said 4. And she said this table is for 8. And had us move to a different table. So much for any table. There was just one other table occupied in the whole restaurant so they very well know they were not going to run out of seating.

The worse experience ever.Restaurant was bit messy and dirty.Waitress took our order but forgot to place our order in their new handheld device. After 30 minutes and seeing other customers that came in way after us get their food we asked the waitress about our order. She told us it was coming out now. After another 10 minutes, a waiter told us that our order was never processed and he will place our order now. When I asked for a manager, the waitress and the cashier lady lied. No apologies. Terrible customer service and dirty.

Food remains excellent. The delay in service is noticeable but Im assuming its on relation to staff being out due to covid or what not. Been going here for years. I hope things will improve again, this spot has always been our favorite Pho restaurant. Just adjust your expectations a bit, things have been rough for us all recently.

Been here a dozen times and never been disappointed. Not only the quality is good and consistent and the prices are SUPER cheap (most expensive item is $13.50), the service is GREAT and EFFICIENT. I work in operations and admire well run systems/environments. This place runs like a well oiled machine; is ALWAYS packed. Every day, every hour of the day, there are ~25 tables in the restaurant and they run it with 2 waiters; amazing! Is always fast, food is good and the check never sours the taste :)

This place was recommended by a friend. When we arrived it was super busy. They have a B rating from the health department which made some of the people in our party uncomfortable, so we left.I went back another time and our food took an hour to arrive. Other customers were upset about how long it was taking to get food, so it wasnt just our order. The poor servers were running around trying to take care of everyone.There are many other good pho places in the area, so I wont be returning to this one.

Love the soup here but the service leaves a lot to be desired. I have always put it past me because it’s close to work and my coworkers and I love the food. I called in my order, they said it would be 10-20 mins. To my surprise when I arrived 40 mins later my food was not ready and i had to wait an additional 20 minutes. I waited over an hour for my pho but finally after asking several servers to help me, got my order. Everything was okay, i was upset about how long everything took but ate my soup and it was delicious as always. That was until, bit down and discovered a piece of metal in my mouth. I quickly spit out the mouthful I had to discover what looks like a staple? Needless to say as much as i love this place and the food, i am not sure when or if i plan on returning.

Great food. Simple place. No real ambiance honestly. Kind of like a cafeteria. Like our family of 4 was next to a couple sharing one big table. But once you get past that, the food is good. Reasonable portions, not big but perfect. I had Bun and my friend had the shrimp stir fry and we both really like our meal. Our cousin had the Pho and thought it was decent. One big downside, as with most Asian places, no kids meal! But it’s ok. Great service, attentive and patient. We’ll be back soon.

My family have been going to this place for as long as I can remember and never had issues until this particular worker started working there. He has such an arrogant demeanor and my issue with him is he serves food without masks on. The first time, he was serving it to us while constantly talking in front of our food without masks on like up close to my food. COVID changed my life forever and it was important for me that masks are worn while serving food. I complained and they replaced my food but we went again yesterday and here he was again serving food without masks on. Everyone else was wearing masks except for him. My husband and I just left because we didnt want to deal with him. Not only that Im afraid what hell do to my food when Im not looking, this guy is so arrogant, it makes me think he owns the place or something.

So after a year of seeing this place, and noticing a line out the door no matter what day I was near the area, I finally decided to give this a try. I can say the hype is definitely real and I was quite pleased. I have been to a few other pho restaurants in my time and most have been pretty trash. Pho Ha is quite legit, the ratio of Asian customers to Caucasian customers also lends itself to how good this place is. Not trying to be stereotypical, but most non Asian people wouldnt know real Asian from westernized food if it hit them in the face with a brick. I will definitely be back for more.

On top of that they charge you $1 to go fee PER ITEM and ask for a service tip. So many other pho restaurants to pick from in Rancho now this is the last time Im ordering from Pho Ha.

This place used to be my old favorite, but sadly it seems they might be going a little downhill these days. Biggest concern i have, the price increased substantially. Almost $15 for a large bowl of soup with a few dollar tip, it used to be closer to 12. What happened??? sure i understand they need to raise the price but thats a fairly sudden increase. the food here is great, but dont come near closing time or you might get diluted broth. This is the greatest inconsistency with the food here. If you come at early dinner rush, youll definitely have tasty broth. Staff arent the most courteous or best at getting your order completely accurate. Ive heard the service isnt great here but theyre actually quite friendly when they get to know you. But recently they got a B letter grade from the health department. This might be one of the greatest disappointments. For such a busy business, they really ought to have a more reliable manager on hand watching out for these things to try to help avoid this problem. If it didnt seem like they were getting more lax about these issues, i wouldnt worry at all about the pricing increase

The place is not bad. Its busy with customers of different ethnicity who seem to be happy and enjoying their food. We ordered the ribeye steak over fresh greens and that was excellent. We also ordered egg roll and dessert # 20 and both were great. I therefore recommend it.This is my second or additional review. Today, 7-28-16, I had the soft egg noodle and it was the best. I tried the crispy chow mein before and I was very disappointed and almost didnt touch it. My husband had the beef sandwich and he liked it.

Tried this location for the first time and we were quickly seated. Ordered eggrolls for appetizers and they instantly came out. Not too long after the food came out. Everything tasted great. Was very busy for lunch time so the staff was a bit tied up but thats not their fault. Great place for pho!

4 stars!!!Great Pho Soup :) Only reason for not receiving 5 stars is because they are so packed (but fast service to seat you) that they forgot to stop and ask if you need anything else while youre eating. We had to just stop one of the waiters passing by us, but when you stop them they come back with whatever you ask for fast! So it wasnt THAT bad at all.The Pho Soup was amazing, no nasty beef taste broth or meat. It was literally ALL flavor and good flavor too! I would definitely go back, in fact it is my new Pho SpotWe got 2 sodas and 2 LARGE Pho Soups and our total was $24.08 - not bad at all, next time well skip on the soda and just get water as we didnt really touch our soda because we were just so into the actually soup/broth

I felt like it took pretty long to get, more than 20 mins, while people eating in the restaurant who came well after me got their food quickly. So if you want to go call well in advance. The vegetable pho was good not as good as some other places Ive tried but probably because I got the chicken broth and not the beef broth. Will have to try it again with beef broth. They also do not give as many vegetables as other places Ive tried.

I ask 3rd guy and he runs off to grab a 4th person only to tell me my Entrée couldnt be made since the beginning because it was too difficult for the cook to make the Broccoli for the dish.... I request a replacement chicken fried rice. Received it and Im not sure if this is traditional or not but cuts of Chicken were complete TRASH both for my Entree and my wifes Pad Thai. Never saw my side of Squid. Give up and decide to go pay. Lady wouldnt hand over handheld to my wife to adjust tip to $0. Pressures my wife into putting in the 15% of her own accord. Even so, my wife did enjoy the dessert macaroons and Ice Cream. They should just open a dessert shop or something instead. Otherwise dont go.

I bring my family here whenever we feel like having Vietnamese food. The beef Pho with tripe, fresh steak and beef meatball is the Best Ive had (highly recommend it). The bbq chicken with either steamed rice or fried rice is Super tasty and just had to order it again... my 2 yr old loved it. Wish I had taken pics of the great meal, but will try to remember next time... another favorite is their, I believe its sirloin steak dish comes on a bed of lettuce in boat shaped plate with a side of rice... just delicious! Recommend them all... full stars!

Food is great! Some days service is slow but it happens. Im not giving them my 5th star because every time Ive visisted, I either had to ask for my water to be refilled.. Not the biggest deal but it gets irritating.Their Filet Mignon, boat rice plate is mouthgasming. Ive ordered it everytime Ive visited. Honestly a somewhat dirty and loud place, filled with typically equally loud clientele. But theres good reason for that. Havent had better pho anywhere else. Broth is amazing strong in the beef pho, and the other dishes are executed quite nicely as well. Prices are moderate, Id venture to say around the $12 range.

Update (02/27/2021):Utter shock that left me and my family speechless after visiting this place again in two years. We were looking forward to a good dine-in experience, especially after the COVID-19 pandemic. They do offer outdoor dining now. Before you are self-seated, you need to go into the restaurant to make an order and pay. Because we were going to be dining in, we paid for tips as well in advance. We ordered two pho noodles (i.e. one regular and one XL) and spring rolls. What happened afterwards was really shocking.After a reasonable time, we were given our appetizer, but without napkins, chopsticks, and water. We had to wait another five minutes before we can even ask for these missing items. I believe water is essential part of Vietnamese cuisine, and we asked for it many, many times. Of course, we never got our water. The service was extremely uncoordinated, as they brought out materials like redundantly and VERY LATE. When we got our pho noodles, our bowls were of the same size, rather than two different sizes of one regular and one XL. We originally decided to visit this place because we had a very favorable memory from two years ago. Had not been in here in a year or so, went in Sunday morn at opening. Got the large brisket. Excellent! Broth was great, and very dark compared to other pho shops. Plenty of meat, little fat, fresh sprouts and jalepeno. Service was very fast, lots of staff on hand. A BIG problem with most pho shops, most open at 10am, but the broth is really not hot yet because they were not ready to serve customers. This broth was hot and ready, at 0930 AM! I would recommend this and I will return soon.

This is becoming one of the authentic Phô chains in the San Gabriel Valley. I have been to the original plus 3 of the other locations. They are all clean, crowded with happy customers, and the servers are nice. The phô is darn tasty and so are their spring rolls and egg rolls. Several years as customers at the Pomona location we were thrilled when this location opened and we didnt have to take our kids to the sketchy neighborhood in Pomona. We have been going on average once every three weeks since this location opened but recently noticed a marked drop in service and quality after the opening of their newest store in the City of Industry. Keep in mind there is not much to service at any Pho restaurant. They just need to be quick, somewhat friendly, refill water and serve a fresh, brightly flavored and consistent product. For years they have done this but no longer! I mentioned this to the owner one day as we have developed a very good rapport over the years and I was genuinely concerned that the very thing that has allowed them to succeed and expand is in jeopardy. She was genuinely upset and determined to get on it but it is clear that she and her husband are stretched thin and have not or can not do much to solve the problem. The half Vietnamese lady mentioned in another review is not the owner. I believe she is a manager and is really terrible. In our last four visits, mistakes have been made on orders every time. Water is no longer refilled without having to flag someone down. Broth in the Pho is inconsistent as well as portion size on things like the Spring Rolls. On a recent visit my wife made it clear three times she did not want garlic chips in her chicken soup. Of course it came with the chips, the server simply skimmed the chips out and gave my wife the bowl back. Although usually very quick to take your order, on our last visit, the servers and the tall girl manager were having a nice chat at the register. An Asian couple came in and were served immediately, then their conversation resumed until they finally came over to our table 8 minutes later! Maybe the friendly happy servers have moved to the City of Industry location and what they have now is really disappointing. Coming from the restaurant business I always leave a generous tip even for mediocre service but my last two visits here I left nothing.Sadly, after 7 years as a customer at their two locations we are now moving on. On the plus side it has motivated me to learn the nuances of Pho and I now make a killer version at home.

I eat a ton of Vietnamese in Texas, and this is up there with them. I liked the egg rolls (Cha gio) quite a lot, and the Bun Tom Thit Nuong (Grilled Pork and shrimp on vermicelli) was pretty good. The pork wasnt quite as good as my favorite place in Arlington, but the shrimp was better, so Ill call that a draw.The real upside of this place was the service, which was probably the best service Ive ever had in a Vietnamese restaurant ever. At least in the Pho houses. I might have had better at a certain fancy restaurant, but it was a close call either way.

I went to have dinner with my family and we were a party of 11 5 adults and 6 kids, (2 babies and 4 kids between 4-6 and the food was good but when we asked for our check I noticed that I was being charged too much.
