Super tasty. Never got his name but had a waiter who was from Hawaii and was super nice and on top of everything. Great service. Our family is all from out of town and we came in for a brunch-time feast and everything was delicious. Will come back if we pass through again!

This is a great Vietnamese restaurant and I was even surprised to know that they are franchise. The food quality and service seem like theyre family owned.Always try their fried spring rolls, wrap it with the lettuce and be generous with the dipping sauce. My go-to is their pork and shrimp broken rice combo and beef stew. I also recommend having their iced Vietnamese coffee.We also had food to go and with a little help from the microwave, they still tasted good. Theyre also bery generous with the veggies and sauces too. All delicious!

It seem like every city has a pho Ha lol... the pho here I give it 7 out of 10, the spring roll was good but the sauce or the chili sauce was very salty... the 3 waiter was very helpful n super fast.. they have alot on the menu so definitely gonna try other stuff when im back In Temecula thats for sure

The restaurant is in the same plaza near UFC gym and around the corner from Target. I havent eaten here in a while. It looks like they remodeled the inside really nice. It has a better ambiance. They were playing soothing music as well. They have a wide selection of food to choose from in their menu. As for drinks, we want to go back to try their avocado smoothie and their mango smoothie. Everyone provided good customer service from beginning to the end. They were attentive throughout our visit. We were a little put off by the self serve spoons and the forks, but Ive seen this in other places also. We were just hoping they werent played with by kids, etc. The food was really delicious. We tried the beef stew and the chicken lemon grass. Both have an amazing flavor. Bathroom was clean also.

Dinner was good. We had chicken pho, shrimp pho and pork sausage spring rolls. The Spring rolls were OK, the peanut sauce for them was delicious. And the pho is always good. Usually the service is mediocre at best. It looks like they have some new servers, we had Isaac, he was amazing. He came to our table with a smile and when we asked for anything else he was happy to get it for us where are usually there irritated. When we go back again we’ll definitely ask for Isaac.

Very fast ordering, faster than turning on your cellphone and look for tiktok.Còm Bò lúc lắc is one of my favorite dishes. It translates to shaking beef in Vietnamese cuisine, because of how you shake the cubes of steak around in the boiling and simmering pan when you cook it.A welldone steak so soft to chew and melt quickly in your colon. Unlike rare and mediumwell steak...it wont stuck in your intestine that causes stomach acid having hardtime to dissolve completely.

Wow. I am so glad I had a runny nose today. I stumbled upon this place because its menu looked extensive. It is. They have it all!! The food is fantastic, the place is clean, the 2 guys working the front were super friendly. I am so happy I found this place! I can’t wait to bring my boyfriend. Next time we will be trying the escargot and Bone Marrow Soup! Yummm!!!

Loved it!! MY FIRST experience was great I was nervous to try, but my friend told me it was incredible, so i gave it a try. Im glad that I did. The PHO🍜🍛 was amazing. Love how the meats 🍖 cook themselves in the broth. If u like Boba 🧋🧋 they have some delicious 😋 smoothies as well. Definitely coming back thanks for introducing me to PHO !!🍜

Not as efficient as other Vietnamese restaurant. Went on Saturday night and had to wait 45 minutes for the table and another 30 minutes for the food. I ordered the Pho Dac Biet large. The soup was sweeter than the other Pho Hai (they have a few other restaurant locations), the pho was good and the ingredients was good. Just don’t go there on an empty stomach you will be good!

This place can get busy fast so come early if possible. They have a full vietnamese menu from Bahn mi, pho, bun, and broken rice. They have a great selection of house specialties as well, pictured the coconut snails. I should have checked for one of my favorites bahn xeo. Anyway service lacks a bit but I feel its a true family run business so a bit expected. The pho broth is very good and even something as simple as their bbq chicken was so smokey and had such a good marinade. I ended up eating my kids food it was so good. All the flavors were on point and we will definitely back.

This place was very disappointing. Pho Ha is a chain that’s been around for decades with one of my favorites in San Jose and Pomona (eat there and you won’t be disappointed). By reputation, Pho Ha is very authentic but this particular day it went wrong. Owners of this franchise really need to go back on their service and chef training. It gives the other Pho Ha a bad name.We left Palm Springs to head south and wanted pho. The next closest Pho heading South was Temecula. This was Thanksgiving weekend and combined with CoVId restrictions, this plaza was very dead. Pho Ha had six tables for outdoor dining on their sidewalk. Three on each side, five of them seat 4 and one seated two.The first annoying incident was that we went inside and stood halfway between the door and register due to social distancing. There were others in there and at the time we thought they were customers but they were workers! No uniform so we couldn’t tell. Then they didn’t acknowledge us! At least say, “we will be right with you”. So we made a comment out loud like do we just stand here? A guy walks passed and said you order at the front then find a seat outside. We thought he was a customer leaving but that guy happened to work here!So we finally placed our order, no apologies from the counter at all. My mother was already seated outside. We got 3 pho’s (seafood, dac biet, and rare streak) and banh khot which is Vietnamese savory mini pancake.The seafood pho was not worth serving. One of the imitation crab was still frozen. Which means the fish balls, meat balls, shrimp probably all were frozen prior.The broth tasted weird and at first, I couldn’t figure it out. It was like soupy. I got the rare steak and normally I love carbs and would eat noodles and save meat for last. This time the broth and noodles was so disgusting that I just ate the meat. I still couldn’t shake that smell and taste from the broth. Later, I figured it out, it’s not the broth, it’s the noodles that was over cooked and it’s like they didn’t rinse off the extra starch and just served it like that so it had a funky thick smell to it.My mom and I can’t stand to waste food and we thought maybe taking it home and add some spice would be easier to chow down. So we asked for take out containers. My mom had the seafood and ended up tossing the noodles and keeping the seafood to make a new meal at home. I had the rare steak and when I took it home to heat up, It was worse so I had to throw it away.On the flip side, they give a lot of noodles. So that take home portion could have been divided up into two meals.The only item that turned out delicious was the banh khot. We thought they forgot about it because it should be an appetizer but it came out after we boxed our pho.Banh khot was freshly made, the batter had to be mixed and fried. It came out crispy on the outside and glutinous chewy in the center with the friend shrimp on top and had tons of flavors when wrapped in lettuce and dipped with fish sauce.I was aiming for 1 star but the banh khot redeemed itself to 2.

Quick service with great food and reasonable prices. The menu is extensive and portions are just right. Many of the phó restaurants in town dont provide much protein or cut back on noodles. Pho Ha provides a hearty bowl thats served nice and hot. The wings were delicious as well as the egg rolls.Be sure to try the smoothies with boba.

Probably the best pho restaurant in Temecula. The broth is flavored just right and theyre quite generous with their tendons. Today I thought I would try their steak cube platter. Oh man, I was not disappointed. Meat was so tender and portion was big for the price!! Forget the steakhouse Im coming back to this restaurant for their steak cube. And the pho of course lol.

The food and the service were just amazing. They are extremely fast, I was superseded with how fast the food came in. Super warm and well done too. My kid it picky with food and boy was she chowing on the pho. The restaurant isn’t a pretty look but that shouldn’t stop you from enjoying some delish pho. Workers are very respectful and kind. The place is somewhat dirty; the forks they provide in a cup on the side have greasy handles, grease splatters on the wall next to the table, we didnt want to use the condiments cause they were dirty on the outside and due to that we were unsure of how fresh they were on the inside.ALSO the funniest part is they were playing Taylor Swifts Begin Again when we walked in, it turned out that would be the only thing we would hear for the next hour as we counted and listened to it 18 times while we were there, HAHA. Others were making comments at their tables. When I told an employee they were playing the same song on loop he just said yes its the same playlist with no explanation! LOL. I think by that point a lot of people would have preferred silence, if it was an internet issue or something like that.In my opinion the Pho was overpriced and had big yellow fat pieces on the beef slices, which I have not seen before. The Taro boba was a bit grainy, like a protein shake. I usually hate giving negative reviews but probably wont be back, unless I want to subject myself again to Taylor Swift purgatory.

Food is EXCELLENT! But I had to give it 4 stars due to the management as they were yelling at each other from one side of the roon to the other. Very unprofessional for a restaurant. It took over 10 minutes before anyone took our drink order. They brought my dinner and 15 minutes later they brought out my husbands food. BRING THE FOOD OUT AT THE SAME TIME. This place is good. The only thing that I dont care for and the only reason why I wont go back is its not very clean. They have utensil holders on the table with spoons and forks. 1st, I dont know whos been touching these prior to me sitting there and the holders themselves are dirty inside and out. This place is SO AWESOME! The food is so tasty and they give nice size portions. Just had lunch AGAIN there (3rd time) and said that’s it, I have to write a review. There were 5 of us dining today and we had everything from appetizers (spring rolls, bbq chicken rolls, fried spring rolls, calamari) to Pho to fried rice and the vermicelli noodles with chicken. Yum yum yum! We also got passion fruit drinks to go (we’ve got these before just as a to-go when we’re shopping etc). The service is also outstanding. They are quick to seat us, get our order and get the food out to us and very polite, checking on us and getting us whatever we need. If you’re looking for really good Vietnamese food with quick service in a casual atmosphere (lots of seating btw), this is the place to go. I highly recommend.

This was my usual place I go to once or twice a week. The pho hands down is one of the best in town. The staff is friendly and the food is great. But recently they significantly raised prices on everything. From $13 to $17 on a bowl of pho is a crazy jump. Probably one of the most expensive bowl I’ve ever seen across the entire US. I understand suppliers raise prices due to shortages or supply chain issues but damn. I hope they come down back to normal or at least close. Until then I will have to look into other places. Maybe other restaurants are suffering from the same price hikes.

I got a couple orders of pho to go, egg rolls and stir fried beef. The rare beef for the pho was drenched in a pool of blood in a plastic bag. I understand it’s rare, but that’s a little too fresh. The vegetables that compliment the pho specifically the mint and cilantro were old too.My first time eating with Pho Ha was at the Oceanside location and they were good.

I ate at your restaurant yesterday and ordered pho with well done brisket. This is the second time I have ordered this and both times I have had food poisoning. 1st time at this location but Ive gone to 2 other Pho Ha location but this one was the worst. They were slow with the orders, and the entire customer care was barely average. When I ate the food at home the steak for the Pho was almost entirely fat. The only good thing about the meal was BBQ pork rice dish. I would only recommend to dine in at the restaurant.

Used to be my favorite restaurant in town until the las order a couple days ago. The com tam has a tiny piece of meat with mostly bones. The noodles in the Pho I got smelled weird, like rotten and the raw beef I got was brown and smelled completely disgusting. I didn’t notice until I got home and had to throw away the whole thing. The table was still dirty when we got seated. They gave me my extra meatballs in a separate bowl of broth, which I have never seen before. When we asked for red vinegar, they didnt have any and gave us regular vinegar in a tiny cup. My dad order a rice dish with BBQ pork and the pork was cold. I usually go to a Pho restaurant in Murrieta, but I wanted to try this out since it’s closer to me. They were decently busy when we arrived, so I wasn’t concerned or bothered when I wasn’t greeted. We were seated very quickly, the service was good until after we go our food. Once you got your food they checked on you once and never returned. I waited for a bill and then saw someone go up to the countee and pay. How was suppose to know this. I wanted to order something else and also get a to go box, but again no one checked in on us. I will say the food is good and brought to you very quickly. Would I go again? Yes because the food is good and I now what to do after my food gets there.

Loved the Pho here! Nice clean atmosphere as well. Was greated promptly and seated right away. I wasnt to happy of the choice of lettuce they used for the spring roll...it was iceberg lettuce. Just didnt have the same consistency as other Vietnamese style spring rolls Ive enjoyed in the past. Maybe is was just an off day for the kitchen? Either way I will be visiting them again hopefully very soon!

Short review: The service at this Pho Ha doesnt measure up to the other restaurants in the chain. This place is just. so. S.l.o.w. Not recommended if you’re actually hungry.Not so short review: Ive been to every other Pho Ha in the IE and have usually had good experiences. So while passing by Temecula, my wife and I were happy to see a Pho Ha. However, eating here was one waiting game after another. Wait to be seated. Wait for someone to take our order. Wait 10min for water. Wait almost 30min for our food. Wait 10min at the register (because nobody brought us our bill) for a worker to carve some time out of their busy schedule to take our money so we can finally leave. The restaurant was only about 1/3 full when we came in around 4:30pm, before the dinner rush, so no real clue what was up with the unacceptably slow service. Only thing I can think of is maybe the kitchen was too busy with phone orders that they neglected the customers right in front of them...?Also, no servers came by to check up on us during our long wait to eat that we began to wonder if our order had been lost somehow. We were just about to leave when one dish showed up, but still had to wait another several min for the other dish. At least the quality of the food was good, comparable to the other Pho Has. But to be honest, it was hard to enjoy eating after waiting for so long.TLDR; Expect to spend 75-90min of your time if you want to eat a simple meal here. Or just go somewhere else. Pho Ha locations in the IE (Riverside/SBD) are much better.

Brought out the wrong dish 3 times and then said that they couldnt do a substation from fried tofu to steamed. Always have gotten the same thing. The chicken was very tough and php was cold. My cousins who live in Temecula recommended this place to try. So we headed here for dinner after a good time in Temecula Wine country. Pho Ha is located in a shopping plaza. Parking for dinner wasnt too hard to come by. The restaurant itself had a nice open layout and clean feel. Our party of 8 was seated in 5mins. Orders were quickly placed and waters served all around. However, they messed up on my order and I had clearly stated wanted a #12 (rare steak w/ tendon) ended up getting a #13 (rare steak and well done steak which looked liked the well done steak had tendon connected to it. first time ever seeing poor knife skills at a Vietnamese restaurant). I decided to just give it a try since I was hangry. One of my friends didnt get their complete order with rare steak on the side, but which was easily resolved. The pho bowls came out first before out appetizers (an order of spring rolls) were fresh but fell apart with a couple bites.The broth is decent here and the noodles were slightly over-cooked. The service for first time experience wasnt the best as most places in San Diego but for Temecula this place is a solid 3 star

Pho Ha #1 is an ethnic Vietnamese restaurant. Big difference in their approach to food compared to, lets say, with Chinese food. I would say right away that this place offers a healthier type of food, based on the ingredients used, specially in their Pho type soups.We went there yesterday around 8 PM, and tried their well reviewed Pho. Forgot to ask for a menu to go, so all I remember is the Pho number in this case: #11. It consisted of lean brisket (we are not for fatty meat in our soups), and rare lean beef?Arrived to the table with a side dish of sliced jalapeños, bean sprouts, slice of lime, and what I believed to be a branch of a flavorful plant, which in the end is all supposed to be thrown in the, hopefully, very hot broth, for maximum results. I am almost sure some fresh mint was included. I asked for the noodles to be placed on the side, for I find it reduces the amount of broth when mixed all together, plus I have discovered that the bean sprouts are a preferred option instead. The other exact soup was ordered with the noodles in the soup, and according to my lovely female companion, was quite tasty. The broth was very thin, but also very flavorful, in a way quite unique and appetizing. They did excel in their broth, in this case. Each large bowl cost $8+, and was well worth it, in our hungry opinions. Our party of 3 had 2 and shared accordingly. Very nicely served.2 appetizers to the tune of $6.50 each, were also ordered. One with a very thin, see through wrap, was it filo? thin pasta? with whole plump shrimp, leak?, sliced cucumber, cabbage?, all rolled into one tasty roll served with a sweet, but not overly, sauce. The second appetizer consisted of basically the same method, but with pork sausage. Each plate came with 4 pieces.This Pho Ha #1 serves generous portions. The place was half full on the Thursday evening, service competent, all smiles, while we ate to our complete satisfaction. Total bill $31+ plus a well deserved gratuity of 15%. Very happy campers, and we made the very sad mistake of heading to Kryspy Kreme? recently opened in Menifee to appease the sweet tooth, but that is another story, with an entirely different ending.I say more ethnic Cuisines, if they are going to be every bit as good and interesting as our first visit to this well kept establishment. 4 Stars.

Excellent, Vietnamese Cuisine. Authentic flavors as I recall, from Vietnam. I ordered Pho, for myself and my little one. I rate, one star due to customer service only. I made several excuses for them being overwhelmed to exhausted, it was after 8pm. Nevertheless, after paying I ask for a styrofoam Togo container for my little ones soup. I then went to the counter and asked one of the staff behind the counter for a bag, for my styrofoam togo container. She gave me an apprehensive look, maybe uncertain of what I was asking. I smiled and gave a gesture the bags sitting behind the counter but quickly gestured to her not to worry I can wait. The owner (the one who i was going to wait on was the second person behind the counter) who was assisting another customer, grabbed a bag and tossed it at me. It landed partially at the end of the counter. I grabbed it assuming it would fall and startled that he did that. I put the bag back on the counter, grabbed my little one and left. Maybe I was somewhat surprised and/or embarrassed, for the customers reaction beside me signing his credit card transaction, facial expression was seemingly just as shocked.
