Quick and very attentive staff. Food came out quickly and was hot. High quality and reasonable price. 10/10 would recommend, I will be coming back for that chicken vermicelli again!

I needed a quick, healthy, early dinner before my granddaughter’s soccer game at Great Field. I found Pho Ha Noi by accident but the food is no accident. I looked at the menu first and Julie, part of the waitstaff approached me. She is very friendly and welcoming. I told her I didn’t want meat. She pointed to the vegetarian dishes. I chose vegetarian pan fried soft noodles. My vision was a few veggies with a pile of noodles. Not what arrived at my table. The dish was piled high with tofu, broccoli (cooked to perfection), carrots, baby bok choy, onions and cilantro in a nicely flavored sauce. And, it was steaming. The noodles were buried. It was so good and so unexpected. So, go for the food, Julie, location to Great Park and the prices. A real unexpected gem.

I liked the ambience of this restaurant. It was not crowded. Off busy hours. We ordered a Banh Mi sandwich and a Appetizer. The one we ordered was ordinary or as I would So So. They have four to choose from the menu. Next time I will order something different. The Pho looks epic and the next time we will dine in instead of takeout. The chef was eating in the dining room at the time we were ordering takeout. Very nice people at this restaurant. Please give them a try.

It’s a cold day so I decided to have Pho for dinner. Food is just ok. Service is horrible guys! Waitress yelled at customer! Excuse me? Another customer was super frustrated by their service so he yelled! They don’t deserve any tips period. If you are smart enough, Try to avoid this place!

We initially wanted to go to the Shabu Shabu place right by this but it was crazy packed so we decided to try this place and we loved it!!!Food was so good! This pho place is one of the best for sure! The broth is so flavorful and delicious. The drinks were tasty! The Thai tea was sweet enough, a lot of places make really sweet bobas but this one was perfect!The service was awesome! There was a bus boy always asking if we were okay or we need it anything. Attentiveness is definitely a must and this place got it!So good!

PHO HA NOI STAFF CHARGED MY CARD $27.83 TIPS WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION. I bought foods for take out (I did not even eat there) for $99 and saw from the receipt the unauthorize charges they made when I got home. It was actually an accidental finding. I was curious if they charge me for a large size Pho as they gave me a medium size bowl. Then, I found out from other reviews here that they’ve been doing that to random customers. Hoping customers don’t look or review their receipt. So, be careful and make sure to always look at your receipt, especially when buying from this restaurant!

Kind of a joke to be eating a regular size rare steak with an extra order of tendon for $17+ dollars.As you can see, $5 of tendon only has 4 small pieces in it and the rare steak were so few, all you can see in the picture is just cheap noodles. And now I feel MSG side affect.Never again.Prop: drive a little more to Lake Forest or Tustin. The only decent pho place in Irvine is Sup Noodle bar.

Loved the chicken pho with beef broth the way I like to Dr it up: hoisin, siracha, sprouts, jalapeno, thai basil, lime, soy, chili oil, and sugar. Love the typical Vietnamese style of customer interaction, find your booth over there as we walk in. This is normal yet many Americans dont like it - I love it.

BE CAUTIOUS TO THE SLIPPERY FLOOR - my son’s chair fell off due to the slippery floor, and his eye bumped into the tables edge. His eyelid got a cut and bruise. I couldn’t imagine if it was the eyeballs. The owner and waitress saw him fall off the chair. I told them the floor was too slippery, and no one apologized. HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICE.

This is our go to Pho place. Pretty good and reasonably priced. Apart from Phos they have other dishes, typical to a Vietnamese restaurant, but tasty and fresh. The place is easy to get to and has lots of parking.

Went to eat there during the heat wave where it was over 95 degrees each day. We asked and found out that they don’t turn on the air conditioning inside ever. Geez … not to turn on a/c during a heat wave or the summer for that matter to save money is a travesty. Who knows where else they cut corners. Last time I’m eating there. There are plenty of other choices.

Staff was immediately rude as we walked in, didn’t pay attention to our order. We sat outside and waited for the two sandwiches, was taking a while so I went inside and asked about the sandwiches. There was one sitting on the table and he looked like he didn’t know who I was. I asked about the second sandwich and he claimed I didn’t order a second one but was belligerent that if I order a second one I need to spend over ten dollars or pay in cash. Such a weird and rude experience, not sure how they get anyone to come back.

I called ahead to see if they had seating for us and it seemed like they would’ve taken a reservation for a larger party. We come here pretty often and they’re always so nice. Worst service we have ever experience! My friend is disabled and has a service dog. They told us ok to sit inside. Then more people came for lunch and they told us to sit outside. We waited and waited….while I watched all customers who came after us got their order and started eating! More than 15 min later . I went inside and ask why no one service us and take order. They looked at me from the corner of their eyes and responses that we have to come in to place order when siting outside. So why no one even care to tell us that no one will serve us!

The food is absolutely wonderful! Best mixed fried rice Ive eaten since back in Texas. And the ice lemon tea, simply the best of all time!The service however leaves little to be desired. The place is way too busy to only have two waiters/servers. They literally have lines of people waiting outside and those two poor kids were running around like crazy trying to serve everyone! They even got my order wrong because of that. If they get more people, then definitely worth five stars! Will still go back, just maybe not on a Friday night.

Most Pho places are fast on service, which this place was fast and great. The menu is kept simple; had the basic appetizers, pho, vermicelli dishes, and rice dishes which I enjoy because it makes it easy to choose something when you are pressed for time. So far their egg rolls, chili lemon grass chicken with rice, pho dishes have been delicious. I will definitely be back to try other dishes.

Terrible food and poor service. The pho was a clump of noodles stuck together with little meat or broth. When I pointed this out to the server, he turned his back and walked away and did absolutely nothing about it. When I complained to the manager, he was uninterested and did not offer to replace or refund the dish. I will not be back.

It is very difficult to find good pho these days. Theres no shortage of pho locations, but even the top place tend to slip. If you want a pretty good pho place without the crazy wait, Pho Ha Noi is for you. Especially you live near by, the other Irvine pho places are not the worth the drive and wait.Its nice to get the same friendly service every time that I go. Im guessing that its family owned and nothing taste better than family made pho. Its easy to love a place when you can build a repore with the staff.The food here is very basic- nothing fancy, but I like that. They do use MSG, but it doesnt seem to over power the taste of the food. I like the pork chops and rare steak pho. It wont win any awards, but if Im hungry and dont feel like waiting this place isnt busy most of the time. Ive gone here during busier dinner times, but I usually get my food quickly. You wont see the normal Vietnamese people talking loudly to each other because they dont want to work. You have to go else where if you want to experience that.Food when you want it and its not fast food. Try Pho Ha Noi!

Reasonably priced, fast service, and great pho. I love that they’re not trying to hipster or modernize the place up, but keep it very Vietnamese-American in decor. It feels like I’m eating deep in Westminster or Diamond Bar, not “the OC”I have only had their pho & coconut juice (same order every time) and they’ve both been on point each visit. I consider this quite an accomplishment for the coconut juice as most places I’ve experienced a big fluctuation of quality. I especially like that they add soft & delicious coconut meat into the drink!I’d definitely recommend that you try their pho and to support this local small business!

Ive been a regular at Pho Ha Noi for the past 4-5 years, and its definitely one of our local favorites. Granted, you can probably find better Vietnamese food in Little Saigon in Westminster, but for locals in Irvine, Pho Ha Noi offers good food at good prices at a convenient location. My two favorites are the chicken rice noodle pho and the chicken pan friedn rice noodles.

I go here about once a week or every other week for a bowl of pho. The pho tastes authentic and the portions are decent sizes for both medium and large (small is not available). The only negative point I find is the overload of salt in the food. I have to drink a gallon of water afterwards to stay hydrated.

I recommend going for lunch as soon as the doors open. The soup was good back then. If you go late in the evening, you can experience a soup that is neither to your taste nor mine.
