2024-05-24 01:08:37They just opened, the food and service are excellent. Had their spring and egg rolls, both excellent is flavor and portions. Had their combo noodle soup and it had three different kinds of meats that were tender and delicious. Portion was huge. Not salty and the broth was really flavorful. They have a full bar, two outside patio areas and the interior is elegant. Great place to take the family or a date. Service was first rate. Highly recommended!

2024-06-18 01:25:27Highly recommend! Its not your usual mom-and-pop Pho. Ive had expensive Pho and this is comparable. The broth is made with real bones, not overly salty like those made with MSG.Good portions and delicious meat. The short rib serving is substantial. Their appetizers and rice dishes are great as well.Great value for the price. Most Pho dishes are $13-15, this one is $19 but still worth it.Service is friendly and fast. They get busy on weekends & somehow service was still pretty fast.Absolutely give it a try, this is real Pho, youd be pleasantly surprised if you only had $10 number 1 combo pho before.

2024-06-01 06:20:25Overall the food was good, but at their price point, I expected better. I saw a lot of recommendations for this place so perhaps my expectations are too high. The short rib pho looks very impressive and the rib is very tender. However, the soup was on the bland side. The crab roll and grilled pork vermicelli was pretty good. Crab roll is better than grilled pork.Dining room looks fancy. Definitely a good place for a birthday dinner or other small celebrations.

2024-05-26 03:56:31We went on the second day of their grand opening! The food was delicious and the dining room was very pretty. My party of two waited 32 minutes for a seat. Pro tip: write your name on the list and stay inside for them to call your name. A nice man shouts the names. They will not call your cell phone or give you a pager at this time.

2024-05-28 13:48:03As a fan of their other locations, we we are so excited that there is one now closer to us! We went during the lunch hour on opening weekend and it was busy as expected, but the wait wasnt as long as it looked to be because they were turning tables over quickly.Theyve taken over the PF Changs and they are the perfect new tenants for the location. Its spacious. Theres a main dining room as well as bar seating in the back if you can score seats there to avoid a longer wait. Decor and ambience is always one of the things that separates Pho Ha Noi from other Vietnamese or pho restaurants.Pricing is above average in an area where Vietnamese restaurants are a plenty but the quality is usually better. I say usually because we ordered the short rib pho and the meat was really tough and hard to chew. Weve had it previously at their PA location and it was perfect. So maybe its because theyre working out kinks still, but for this visit Id give the short rib pho a 3/5. The Sizzling Steak Plate is $28.95 and includes tender steak, a slice of a buttery patè, fries and a small baguette. There is a 15 min wait prep time but they got it out super fast. It definitely was not sizzling when it came out, but it was tasty and the sauce was really good.Service was fairly good with our server checking on us frequently, though she often forgot to bring items out that we requested. We had to ask a few more times. Water wasnt refilled and had to ask for that as well. Though one lady working the bar saw me looking around and asked if I needed anything.Overall it was a good meal and Im sure kinks will work out as they get their bearings.

2024-05-25 20:34:57We love the pho at Pho Hanoi San Jose so we had to try the new location in Fremont which is closer to our house. We went the day after grand opening and waited about 20-25 minutes before being seated. They should have the waiting list on Yelp so you can be put on earlier. We ordered combination pho and grilled pork crispy spring rolls. The pho bowls didn’t come with hot broth, just slightly more than warm which is a big deal to us. We like hot broth! They don’t give much beef in their bowls and the broth was lackluster. I think they should add more seasoning to the broth and they should definitely work on adding more meat to the broth. For $18 a bowl the customer can be given more beef brisket and beef balls. I think we may come here again another time but not for a while until they improve their pho. Spring rolls were okay. The dipping sauce comes with too much carrots and not enough dip.

2024-06-02 04:15:53Recommended! Delicious & creative versions of the classic. Newly-opened location of this thriving local chain, having taken over the building from PF Chang’s. Prices are more fair than expected, given the high quality & special cuts of beef. I had the oxtail phở—delicious! Wife (Hanoi native!) tried the phở tái đập, declared the broth tasty & the beef high quality. When they ask, get the FRESH noodles! Food came out so fast, we barely had time to pass around the chopsticks. “Support local” is easy when it’s this yummy!

2024-06-15 08:14:10I’ve been to the San Jose location multiple times and decided to try this new location out. The restaurant is very welcoming and clean. I got the P1 special combination pho and it was delicious. Staff were friendly and attentive.

2024-05-26 22:12:48Do not expect too much, it maybe worse than pho from other your favorite pho restaurants.1. The meat quality is really good.2. Several staff’s service is rude.3. They don’t provide enough green sprouts and basil as like other pho restaurants. You need to ask extra always.4. The soup flavor is not that enough rich.5. If you don’t want to cilantro but want to green onions and onions? It’s impossible the server said. That’s why my pho only severed with beef…

2024-06-18 23:22:18If you are looking for high volume, organized service, average quality Vietnamese food, you will like it.If however you are looking for the uniqueness and high quality offered by other Pho Ha Noi locations such as Milpitas or San Jose, you will be deeply disappointed, the Fremont location clearly does not have its act together yet in terms of cooking. Pho broth is watery, meat is sometimes hard and may lack taste even though the base product is good before they cook it.Will try again in 3 months.
