The place is nice and big. Clean from what I could tell. Food came out really fast. I ordered the bun thit nuong, its a big bowl, which is prob why it cost $16. My coworkers got the combo pho and the regular sz bowl cost $16 but was the sz of a large bowl from what Im used too. Overall good food, and good service.

I have been coming to Pho Ha and Pho Ha Plus for yeare whenever I am craving pho. These days I prefer to get the vermicelli with pork and egg roll, today i got it with pork and fried shrimp paste- which was yummy!

Pretty disappointed. Got seated right away. BUT, we were seated for over 10- minutes - NO SERVER to give us even water and attention! Its noonish. The place is not busy. They have good selection of food. Not even the waiter, who handed the next tables tab, was aware of us. VERY POOR SERVICE!!!

Not shown in pictures, the pho itself was ok with the soup being different from what Im used to at other Pho restaurants.However, the rice plate was surprisingly pretty good with the accompanying sauce for the dish not being too sour.Only qualms I have is the pricing here is slightly more expensive than other competitors by maybe $1-2, so its somewhat harder to justify going here often.

Great dining space and delicious food. We were at the reception for a long time waiting to be seated as instructed. It wasnt busy, and we do see servers. We were finally seated but needed to take the initiative to be seen. Items were served in random order. There were six orders, two persons finished before the last order arrived. The server who stepped in to help us was attentive and on top of things. If the other team members followed his lead, we would not have customers waiting longer than they should

This is one of the cleanest Pho place I know, its spacious so theres no wait but the price is at least 25% higher than most places. But its good, not the best but very good thats nearby. If you really want great Vietnamese food, you gotta try the Golden Deli in San Gabriel.

Regular size, house combo pho at lunch.Staff asked us to put our name down, then goes out of order. Parties before and after us were same party of 2.It was ok at best. I normally finish my bowl of pho, but I just couldnt here. It wasnt too much food, it was more the flavor.Service was not was slow. Had to flag our server to order, and eventually get to-go containers. The server would go away from the table and chill for a bit before coming back with nothing.

The service started very well, but then there was a shift change, and so did the service! From good to acceptable. The cold noodle with charred pork was very good but the shrimp spring roll was dry, even the peanut sauce couldnt save it. They tasted like they were rolled yesterday morning or even earlier. Waiter didn’t write down any of my party’s orders and ended up bringing 3/4 of the orders wrong. When we brought up attention on the wring orders all the server had to say was “I know what I heard and I’m right”. The server was rude and didn’t even offer to make corrections on the order.Bonus: server’s finger was in the soup.

If your craving a good bowl of Pho, Pho Ha is the spot. This is a recently opened restaurant. Extremely clean. I didnt notice any garbage carts which Ive seen in old school Vietnamese restaurants being wheeled around the dining area collecting unfinished food and plates. I ordered the number 7 Pho with beef eye rounds and tendons. Decent complex aromatic laced beef broth with hints of star anise, onions and of course fish sauce. Rice noodles were firm and not soggy. My suggestion is if you do order any of the Pho dishes with beef eye rounds to order the beef on the side uncooked on a plate so the meat does not become over cooked and chewy from sitting in the hot soup . The menu here is a little pricier than other pho places in the area by about 1.00$ . Hip and trendy decor and staff. Young front of house staff. Ha is easy to access from 57 freeway.

A favorite Pho restaurant of mine. Quiet a few beef options for the soups as well as seafood & chicken. If you have the room try some of the appetizers or pork side dishes. Unless you have a huge appetite the regular size bowl is perfect & no need to go large.

I went to Pho Ha for lunch. I had gotten the charbroiled pork chop over rice and spring rolls. The meat was a little dry but the portion size was fair. I would say it was overcooked slightly but it was still good.The spring rolls were good size for the price. With the peanut sauce, I thought it was delicious.The customer service was good and attentive. I also appreciated the spacious-ness of the place. Overall, it was a good experience as the food was served at a reasonable time and it was tasted good.

The food, service, and atmosphere is great but the portion of the food is horrible. Please hear me out... A bowl of Pho noodles with rare steak, tendons, and tripes cost close to $20 and they only give you 4 slices of meat, and a few small pieces of tendons and tripes. I then asked for additional meat and they said they have have to charge me an extra $8 for 7 additional slices of meat. That brings a grand total close to $27. Im sorry to say but that is ridiculous. I hope the owner and/or manager read this and can bring forth some kind of reform with respect to the portion of food you get. I have no choice but to give it a 1 🌟 because of that. Im sorry to say but this place is shiesty.

I love the outdoor sitting, and the staff was quick and helpful. Everyone were wearing masks, gloves, and face shields.I ordered a sizeable rare beef pho. It came with plenty of noodles, meat, and veggies. All for a very reasonable price too.The tables were clean; they sanitized before and after a customer came in. There was always someone cleaning and sanitizing tables, seats, railings, and the menu.Overall I highly recommend this place. The food was good, the staff was kind, and the price was fair.

The attitude of the waiters is very bad. The business hours are written at 10:00, but no one opens the door after 10:00. There are waiters inside but no one pays attention to your knocking. I always order Pho Tendon only. A few times before the tendon was tough, but today it was the worst. It was not tender as it should be. The cooking was prepared in a hurry to serve more customers at once. Im not coming back here!😡

I had the lean beef pho and the lemongrass tofu. The pho was super flavorful. The regular portion was too much for me to finish so a large can easily be shared. I will definitely go back the next time I am in LA.

Decided to try a new pho place on the way home. Entrance is a bit awkward away from the parking lot but no big deal. Got sat immediately and order taken. We both got the #11 round steak bowls. It came out in about 4 minutes tops. Lots of meat, lots of good noodles, they have their own pepper sauce that was good. It was a bit oily broth and didnt have as much flavor, but I normally dont order just round steak, so maybe it was that. Either way, good quality, fast service and nice place.

Excellent, clean outdoor seating available with large sturdy tables and lots of space between tables and virus safety plastic dividers between rows of tables, super friendly and efficient staff, many variety of vegetarian choices!! The vegetarian pho in mushroom broth is delicious and is served very hot temperature with lots of broccoli and mushrooms and tofu and other veggies! The bits of fried onions was a nice touch to the broth!

Iv been going to PHO HA for almost five years. At one point every weekend. The staff used to give good service. ALL customers used to be served with same expediency and importance. Now they seem to be indifferent to SOME customers. They still have good food, but after they raised the prices it isn’t worth it ; If I have to deal with slow service and indifferent wait staff. I want to go back some day, but only if they put a banner out front that says “ under new management.”

My family used to visited this restaurant a lot for their food was delicious and prices were reasonable and it was always packed with long waiting line for tables. I went there yesterday and found out they jacked up their price to more than 60% ( inflation rate is only 20% or less ) and the restaurant was only one third full. Trying to rip off customers ? Hope the owner has learned a lesson !

Great place to come with spouse or family.Pho is my preferred order; but, my wife enjoys the pork and shrimp #44 w/ noodles which is also a great choice if you want something different. Restaurant gets filled quick during lunch hours and waiting time can be long. Recommend coming att 11 AM for lunch. Only drawback is that pho taste better at night when they serve the soup from the pod that was cooked more than half day which makes the noodle soup taste better.

Whenever we are craving for a hot soup good for the soul, this is the place we think of. The portion is very big for a regular size. So, you are getting your money worth. What a disappointment. The pho broth is so heavy with anais seed that there is no more the flavor of pho. There should be a balance of 10+ ingredients that enhance the beef bone broth. Now I am not eating traditional pho. I put a 3-star in the hope that the owners will read the review and change like I did for their original restaurant on Indian Hill in Pomona.

Takes them a long while to serve you and once your food is served, they never come back to the table. Took me 10 minutes to get the waiters attention to get me my check. Worse than that, asked a waitress to get me my check, then she started doing something else and never brought us the check. Had to ask another waiter to bring the check. I visit Diamond Bar often and this is probably the best pho around for me miles. They have plenty of options and no matter what I try, it is always tasty and delicious. The decor is updated and very clean. The staff is always friendly, helpful, attentive and original to when they opened a few years ago. They dont skimp on customer service. Seems like staff are well taken care of by management. If that is the case, kudos to this establishment!

Probably the worst pho place I have ever been to. I ordered through Postmates and it did say it will take about an hour! Well I waited even longer than that! Even though Postmates have notified me that Pho Ha has accepted my order right away it still took over an hour to make. I was going to cancel this place but saw that my delivery person was already there so I felt bad cancelling. She waited there for about an additional 20 minutes. We ordered two chicken Pho and one Banh Mi sandwich. The chicken Banh mi was okay but the chicken Pho! It is a joke. The broth was watery and the pho was just not good at all! So you can expect that we are pretty mad when we got our food. Not only we waited over an hour for our pho but to have subpar food! We will not be going back again! I hope the make some changes to improve their customer experience

I work near here so Ive been here a few times with coworkers. Im vegan so I appreciate this place because they do a mushroom broth pho that comes with vegetables and tofu. Its not the best Ive ever had but I really appreciate that its even available! This place is usually pretty busy at lunch and my non-vegan coworkers say the non-vegan food is pretty good! The pho comes in either regular or large, the regular is enough to fill me up.

I liked that the place is much roomier than Bobs Big Boy and now the place is far more open spaced. We ordered egg rolls (3 pcs), side order of meatballs, two extra larges of (beef slices) pho ($10.00) and a beef cube salad ($15.00). My Vietnamese friend was pretty shocked to see a regular is extra large here compared to other pho places weve been to so definitely far more expensive than what we were expecting. On the other hand, we were very impressed the salad was HUGE, although awfully greasy. The beef cubes were nicely cooked, it was tender and juicy with very nice flavorful seasoning. I ended up just eating the meat cubes because the lettuces ended up getting drenched in oil. Overall of the dishes were average from our perspective, it wasnt bad, but wasnt exactly mind blowing either nor did it leave an impression on us.Our waitress was really attentive and very nice though! Its just really the price for quality here that doesnt exactly justify the reason why they charge so much for essentially a food that was created as a cheap eats (unless rent really is that expensive at that location). Our bill ended up being $40.00 for two people ($50.00 total for three) which is double of what we usually pay for for the same things we normally order elsewhere AND we usually get free dessert.

I went here because of all the amazing reviews and was super excited to try it. When I arrived they asked me to wait a little while longer because it wasnt ready, which I wasnt bothered by. People whove been to Pho Ha should know that its like the Dennys of Vietnamese food. Cheap, has everything, and nothing really to write home about. This plus location surprised me to say the least. Better quality food and even better customer service... two terms not typically associated to Pho Ha. They even have a sign in sheet. Clientele are now more non-Asian and hipsters alike.

New restaurant that seems to be great for this area, they have plenty of free parking . Service was pretty fast and good . The only thing was that when I got the lettuce to put on my egg roll. There was a tiny nat or some sort still moving around . So I know it landed on the leaf, maybe after they rinsed it or as it was brought out . I was offered a new one if I wanted, but I just didnt bother . Since I thought it may be that one incident . As I was about to prepare another roll, I noticed some weird slime looking item on the leaf . I lost my appetite and would suggest that they need to re-rinse or look at the leaves prior to serving .
