I’d give this spot a 4.5/5. But more deserving of a 5 star than a 4 star. I took my girlfriend here and we had food on the table within 10 minutes. Egg rolls were great. The Pho Tai was very flavorful, and very large beef proportions in the soup. Really enjoyed it. My girlfriend got the Com Bo Luc Lac (sizzling beef skillet) and it was fantastic. The staff is friendly and quick on assisting. Will definitely return.

This place is delicious! The wait staff is attentive and friendly. Our food came out fast, and each dish was fresh, hot, and perfect. The filet mignon pho was amazingly tender. The egg rolls and spring rolls didnt even need any additional sauce, but the sauces were a game changer. Incredibly affordable for the amount of food received.

My girlfriend recommended we go to this restaurant for lunch and i thanked her very much! It was DELICIOUS! we got fried and steamed wontons, egg rolls, bbq chicken plate, and egg wonton soup. Everything came out hot, fresh and absolutely tasty! Its a spacious restaurant and they sit you down as you walk in. We ordered and food came out in a timely manner! We got a thai tea and milk tea for drinks and they had a large size which was huge!! Most places dont have boba drinks this size so another reason to visit! I definitely recommend giving this place a try if you live in or near Fontana.

I had the vegetarian pho and it was amazingly delicious. That being said, I did not realize the condiment tray included fish sauce... I wont make that mistake again. The large portion fed both my wife and I. I will definitely be back. Great food, big portions and friendly service.

Very good pho and very attentive staff, this place is definitely worth a visit. This is the best place to go on a rainy day.One very small complaint: the peanut sauce is a little too watery/runny. But other than that, this is the best pho in town.

My favorite are the egg rolls, BBQ Pork with rice, and the Vietnamese drip coffee. Im not a huge pho fan, but the side of broth that they give with the rice dish is delicious. So, I could imagine that pho lovers would really like this place. It was so good, I had to ask for another one. Lol. The restaurant is clean and modern and the customer service was pretty good. I give the bathroom a 3 of 5. It was clean and ordinary.

Ive been to allot of pho places and their pho is the best. Super tasty broth and the fine rice noodles they have are so tender and good. I drive 20 mins just to get the pho even in 100+ degree weather. So bomb. Chili oil could be spicier tho. And they have salt & pepper shrimp here!

WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. Rude, angry, races lady there. My husband and I have observed that she was very nice to other Asian people but to us she yelled and screamed and ignored us even when we wanted to pay. I have asked her why she was being so rude to us? She answered screaming to my face I gave you the receipt which she had refused to give me a customer copy.The food was terrible too. No taste, the vegetables were going bad and we had to wait long time to actually have someone help.

Amazing prices, huge portions, and hospitable staff!I was super bummed because the place I normally go to for Thai Tea wasnt following mask regulations so, unfortunately, I didnt feel comfortable purchasing anything from their establishment. Luckily, Pho Ha is courteous enough to consider their customers health and safety!Everyone wears masks, everyone welcomes you when you walk in, and everyone respects social distancing. I felt super safe here and I felt comfortable ordering as well.If youre looking for delicious Pho and new Boba flavors, come here! I cant do this place justice with my review. This place LIED!!! Im visiting California. My body not able to handle local water based on how the State filters it. I asked if water was filtered, and the Waiter stated Yes. 2 others at my table heard it as well. Since I left Restaurant the night of May 17th, 2023 I been dealing with unpleasant bowel movements every few hours. Otherwise, the Service was on point. They would have a complete 5 Stars from me. Cannot believe they LIED about the water to where Im physically sick.

I love Vietnamese food and I am always on the lookout for a great place to eat. I did not expect to find great Vietnamese food in Fontana of all places. First time there and I walked in not expecting too much, however it was very clean and the staff were extremely friendly. My fiancee and I say and looked over the menu. We had decided on two large bowl of Pho, egg rolls, and cucumber mint lemonades. Let me tell you, the size of the bowls of pho are huge. A large is good for 2-3 people. I order a large and eat my share, then I take some home and have a few more meals out of it. All of the food is great that I have tried. The soup comes out and has a rich meaty broth, rice noodles, and the brisket is the way to go. A plate with Thai basil, bean sprouts, likes, and jalapenos are provided. I load up my pho with that, red chilli paste, and it is delicious. The egg rolls are delicious too. Actually, everything is delicious. They also have boba teas, and other drinks too. Just saying, the mango boba smoothie/shake thing is amazing. Can someone put that in an IV drip? Please? Just go here, you will not regret it !!!!

Oooooo I love this place sooooo much. Big portions almost every plate is $8.95 my family and I order dish #28 (I think)which is a rice plate with mixed vegetables with chicken, beef, and shrimp. Jasmine tea is a dollar for a pot (free refills). Drinks like soda is canned they also have a iced Jasmine tea for $1.50.Theyre wonton soup, vegetarian soup, and chicken soup are amazing for $8.95 too. Weve tried a lot of dishes already and we havent disliked any so far.All theyre rolls are amazing and so is the shrimp patties.Theyre is also another location in moreno valley near the recency theatre called pho Le; I promise its the same food but the menu is rearranged

The place has been going downhill based on my last few visits. My bowl of Tai Chin Pho was mostly noodle today (again) with very little meat. Aside from noodle to meat ratio, the flavor was subpar. With Covid impacting the economy and resource availability I gave this place the benefit of the doubt during my last few visits, but it seems that they still have not returned to the same quality it once was. There are too many other options to choose from in the area that offer better taste and quality that reflect the price being charged.

I order Pho with rare steak and meatballs and it seemed to be the most expensive soup. They never mentioned there was an up charge for meatballs. Ive never been to a place that had an up charge for meatballs. They will never see me again. The other restaurant close by was much better.

The service wasn’t good they never came around to see if we needed anythingWhen we placed our order they forgot one of our plates it never came out so we cancelled it. The food that did come out didn’t taste too good it was bland and the lettuce was yellow.If you want better tasting Vietnamese food go across the street to Fontana pho that place has been there for years and the food tastes good. This was the first and last time that I come to this restaurant.

There’s only one place I want to go when I’m craving Vietnamese food, and it’s here at Pho Ha. I enjoy coming here to support them. I love their welcoming atmosphere, their generous portions, and their excellent service.Food: Definitely try the pho! The broth is so good and the portions are huge. If you’re in a mood for rice, try their charbroiled beef over rice (it comes with steamed rice, carrots, cucumbers, lettuce and a side of fish sauce)Drinks: Try the Thai Tea and/or Cucumber Mint Lemonade. The food is very good! With everything going on right now in the world, it was good to sit outside and talk to our amazing hostess/waitress Amy. She and her coworkers tended to us exceptionally well and even when an uncomfortable situation came up at the restaurant (not a fault of the restaurant) they took care of me with very good customer service. If you like good Vietnamese food, kind and open people, then look no further!

Good food and service and the prices are competitive, but due to Covid19, we were seated outside, although there were many tables inside available where some customers were seated they could have provided my wife and I a table and still be practicing social distancing. There were people walking so close to our table, making us feeling uneasy and uncomfortable. Otherwise, I would have given them a 5 star.

I really liked this place. I was surprised it was so nice inside just because of the way the whole shopping center looks outside, but I was pleasantly surprised. Friendly staff and good food. The only reason I have it 4 starts instead of 5 is because they were lacking in some of the sauces I usually have at other Pho places and for that reason it felt a little under seasoned. Overall it was great though.

You either get that waiter that is friendly and very attentive or the one that seems like he is being forced to be at work.The food is good and extremely hearty. The portions are huge. They have delicious pho, like its so weirdly specific but their broth is so fresh and their meatballs have so much flavor. Their vietnamese coffee was delicious and nutty (I got it with boba). Their tofu spring rolls were excellent with their peanut sauce that was a little thinner than I expected but I was almost just drinking it out of the cup. Every pho place is a little different, but this places flavors are just so delicious. I would definitely come back.

The food is good, i go pick the food, the young woman hands a gentleman his food nicely and with a smile, but when i said i am picking up food she asked me what then she points at it and said its there pointing at it with one finger, I dont know why she wouldnt hand me my food the same way she did to the man she hand it to a man but not to me it felt weird it wasnt very polite that is how it felt .In my opinion costumer service needs a lot of work, food can be good but so are other restaurants so costumer service its VERY important .

Walked in for a delivery and they had families sitting down at almost every table. Not in a tent or anything, literally still inside the building. Workers have a very poor grasp of English to the point that miscommunication had me leave the order for someone else to mess up. There are plenty of other phö places with intelligent workers that know how to get their point across as well as understand what you say.

I was convinced to try order#39 and I am not disappointed, Ill call it a vietnamese fajita because it came on a sizzling plate with bell peppers and onions it was excellent, went above an beyond I also had the egg rolls which were average but they came with a cup of pho broth and I have to say great broth looking forward to coming back and tasting the pho ga because the broth was outstanding, great service and friendly staff it really earned its 5 stars, will most definitely be coming back because they have a great deal of dishes other than pho.
