Do you ever experience those sudden pho cravings? Whenever Im in the mood for something savory, my mind immediately goes to pho, and I cant shake the thought. Recently, I noticed Pho Hoa had a promotion on Doordash, so I decided to give it a try.I was genuinely surprised to see the low ratings for this place, but I took a chance and ordered their Brisket and Beef Rib Pho. I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by how good it turned out. The price seemed quite reasonable considering the generous portions of meat, including a giant rib with tender, falling-off-the-bone goodness.While it may not be the absolute best pho Ive ever had, I genuinely enjoyed the meal. I cant comment on the service since I had it delivered, but Id recommend this as a reliable take-out option. They also took great care in packaging everything, which was a nice touch.Note: The pictures were taken during my first visit to the restaurant.

I ordered 2 shrimp summer rolls, one avocado roll and a fried egg roll. All was very good, my only dislike is the thicker rice wrapper but I still enjoyed it. The peanut sauce is perfect. Also I ordered a pineapple smoothie, it was absolutely delicious my only dislike is some of the pulp made my throat itchy but it was still amazing. Overall pretty good spot for summer rolls. The rolls didnt have some of the traditional herbs but thats ok. Definitely a go to spot.

I’m so glad that they open till 12AM. There’s no other pho place in town that opens till midnight. They also have tea shop so you can order fruit tea or boba. We ordered one pho from a kid menu and one from combo. It was delicious! Avocado spring roll was also so fresh and yummy. A cute pack of drink comes with kid meal. We will come back when we feel like to have pho at night. Thank you so much for opening up late!

Ive ordered from this place a couple times over the past few months. I have one simple request when I order pho: NO CILANTRO. Not that hard to accommodate, right? Apparently, it is. They ignored my request every time. Im one of those people who cant eat cilantro - a tiny piece will ruin an entire meal for me. So every bowl of pho Ive had from here tasted awful, and I couldnt finish it. Even what I could taste, wasnt that great. After picking out as much cilantro as I could, the soup was still below par. No seasoning, the broth seemed watered down, and the steak was rubbery and bland. Wont be going back.

We came in 6pm on a Thursday evening. All the tables were left uncleared from previous diners. The two Beef Pho we ordered were tasteless, broth seemed to be diluted with plenty of water to make up for the full bowl, a few slices of assorted beef (may be 5 very thinly sliced and spread out to make it look as if there were much). We had to add salt (because the dilution) pepper, and the hoisin sauce. But still it is essentially tasteless.Of course the owner will likely respond that he would “take it seriously “ but I can see that this is not the very first time people pointed out this quality issue. It’s just simply no good.

I ordered through door dash to have HOT SOUP... pho delivered to the hospital. The whole thing was cold... like out of the fridge cold. When I called the person told me oh yeah. We dont serve it hot for to-go orders. How stupid is that? I dont see that written anywhere and if I wanted cold soup, Id eat hospital food. No offer to make it right. We ate lunch here at a table outsid. The woman said we had to order at the counter first before sitting down. I thought this was a little strange since the tables inside were full service.We ordered two vermicelli bowls a Grilled Shrimp (sans pork) and a Grilled Pork and Fried Roll plus 2 Original Thai Milk Teas.Neither of the vermicelli bowls were good. Both the pork and shrimp were very dry like they were cooked several days beforehand and the shrimp was cold.The Thai tea was good. I would go back for the tea only.

Love pho hoa got the #18 Chicken pho regular with spring rolls and their fried rolls, everything was so good even the sauces! I felt like I ate a lot but didnt feel heavy. Highly recommend you try it for yourself

I ordered off of the Uber eats. I have never seen anything so shaming to Vietnamese food than this restaurant. I ordered vegetable pho. How can you messed it up? It tasted like it came out of the instant Ramen pack from the dollar tree. Please don’t waste your money here. This is not authentic pho and it was totally not worth $25.

Placed a To-go order, drive time duration was only 5 minutes . Expectations were high not being new to this cuisine and so close by . However food was cold . I was so un appetized by the fishy smell . My order was the Fatty flank, tendon, tripe . I have ordered this multiple times from other restaurants it’s really my main order ( house of pho which is on the way to them) . I have never experienced that smell for pho .-Thai tea was not authentic tasting .It didn’t taste very full bodied .if yoh look at my photo that was me trying to doctor it with what I had at home . To sweeten and thicken it . The honey boba Weinstein really taste like much.Thai tea is my favorite I’m highly disappointed I won’t return . Amazing! Me and my mom usually go to this place for a girls night or whenever I’m sick. The broth tastes good, the noodles are al dente and their side dishes, such as the popcorn chicken, are really good. I anticipate that the popcorn chicken is crispy and cooked perfectly, and guess what? It did! And the best thing about this is that you can eat pho when you’re sick, when it’s raining, when it’s cold, or whenever you’re craving it! I would recommend this place

Time has changed. It was about $ 4.9 for a pho when the store at the same location first opened. The noodle is fine but the tea pot is gone. It is $1.5 for a cup of tea. There is no small plate for sauce any more. It is replaced with a throw away small plastic cup.

First time here, unfortunately it wasnt a great a experience. We werent greeted and one of the girls had a bad attitude looked like she didnt want to work there, and seemed obligated to have us seated. Me and my girlfriend didnt like the pho either. I ordered the chicken pho and the broth had no chicken flavoring, it mostly tasted like spicy cinnamon. Ive been too many pho restraunts that have delicious broth, but this isnt one of them sadly.

I am addicted to Pho Hoa (or maybe its the pregnancy cravings 😁). Their teas, milk teas & smoothies are out of this world. The Grilled Chicken Vermicelli is the best I order it every single time. The Summer Rolls with Peanut Sauce are so fresh I always order 2!!! Believe me after this pregnancy Im going back for the Pho!!!! This place is a definite must try!!!!

I have been looking forward to the pho here after over a decade. I used to come here back in 08 quiet often for dinner after work. They were fast and inexpensive.The speed of the service was still there. They quickly sat me down, took the order, and the food came out fairly promptly.I always taste the broth without adding anything first to appeciate the hard work that goes into making it. (Tried to make pho at home, and it is a lot of work to get a great broth!)But unfortunately, I found the broth to be a bit subpar... It was too light and didnt have the richness that I found in other pho restaurants. I couldnt taste the different spices that go into the broth.The dish was piping hot, but that wasnt what prevented the taste from coming out. Maybe my palate has changed over the course of a decade and after visiting many different pho restaurants.However, I appreciated the fast service and clean sprouts and basil leaves as some other places dont seem to wash them well.

The vegetarian pho is nothing but hot water with green veggies and noodles in it. :( The menu says mushrooms but there are no mushrooms in it. They dont even have the option of soft tofu. If you dont eat fried tofu you are out of luck. :(

Just ordered from this at like 1AM. They made it super quick and unlike most places, it didn’t decrease the quality so props to them. I ordered the Cha Gio which was really tasty and the sauce was really good. I had the Korean steak bowl for my entree and while it wasn’t spicy as most Korea food is, it still hit the spot and the proportions were pretty generous considering the price. I will be returning in the future.

9% CA tax is natural, but I didnt allow 26.5% tips. They just charged that amount. I was alone and no special services, actually I was not happy because they started cleaning up with chemicals during I was taking food.I found this overcharged tips when I checked my credit card statement. Cant understand why they charged tips without permission. Dont forget receiving and keeping receipt from this restaurant. Its small amount of money but very unpleasant and unfaithful behavior.

I ordered food to-go and my food didn’t come out until 30 minutes after everyone else’s (including dine-in and takeout). I had asked who appeared to look like the owner if an order was mine after people who arrived after had started getting their orders. He answered the phone and swatted me away to keep quiet. I was shocked and upset with how it was handled. After, he asked what I had ordered and asked for my receipt but I didn’t ask for one. Instead, I told him what I ordered and never checked back in. I have been to at least 5 different Pho Hoa locations, but only this one has decided to make a rule of not giving raw steak for takeout. Therefore they gave us smelly cooked beef that tasted like garbage. Do they know that people buy raw meat all the time? from grocery store to sushi to poke.

Good cheap place to eat late at night or any other time of day really. Food tastes great and by all accounts seems healthy. The price at this location is noticeably cheaper than the Mercado one and with the happy hour discount at night it’s unbeatable. Only problem is this location isn’t as nice as others and can sometimes be a little dirty making for a less than perfect atmosphere and eating environment. However, with that one complaint it’s still a place I return to ever so often to get some quality food at night.

This is by far the worst Pho Hoa in the area.1.- The staff is rude and if you deviate in the slightest from their predefined script, they wont understand you. I feel like theres a very strong language barrier sometimes. E.g. if you try to order extra broth (paid, which is an option on their screen), good luck, I mean it, good luck.2.- The cashier at the moment did not know how to check me out with a Pho Hoa gift card. I had already used the same gift in the same location, with an older lady checking me out. The younger cashier did not know what to do with the gift card, wasted 5 minutes of my time while building up a huge line, and rudely told me it didnt work. Very disappointed with the service here and was not shocked to see everyone else on their reviews agrees. The food is good but not worth the way they treat you here. The short lady with the short black hair did not smile at us and barely greeted us, but seemed to know great customer service with the Asian customer behind us. We asked for one order with an extra side of peanut sauce and because of this that meant we didnt even deserve to be looked at or spoken to at all. We did not even feel comfortable using the sauce they gave us because it looked tampered with. This place needs cameras in the kitchen AND a new staff team. I came here on April 22, 2019 roughly at 6:00 pm and rarely feel so compelled to write a review directly after an experience. Needless to say this will be my last time coming here.

Smaller, but nicer ambiance than Pho Thanh Long Restaurant down the street.They give a little less meat on the pho than Pho Thanh Long, though they have a meat ball option here. The flavors and pricing is about the same though.Their drinks looked tasty, though I didnt try any.It was also open until 2am on a Friday night.

I would not recommend coming here to eat if you intend to spend some time with friends/loved one. Service is pretty bad and the whole time you feel rushed to finish your food. My second attempt and it was worse then the first. Ordered Pho with meat balls and tripe and it was one meatball sliced into three pieces and,the tripe was almost non existent. A dollar off the price (Happy Hour price 2.00 PM-6.00 PM) was not applied. The cashier almost threw a fit when I questioned about it and bluntly told me I was in before 2.00 PM. Seems like the servings are getting smaller and the price higher. Forget customer service my question about the happy hour price resulted in them arguing first. All I wanted to know was does it apply when you walk in or when you pay for the meal. I was treated with no respect as if I was non paying customer. I am not willing to even attempt another visit.

Staff is helpful, but some dont fully understand English so have some patience. The provided menu isnt the full menu so there are some missing numbers, but this is because the ones shown are most popular. The food is alright but they have a lot of popcorn chicken in one order. The combos with one Jazen Tea drink and dish excludes some dishes because of price differences so be aware of that. Theres a small bathroom, and the tables are generally suitable for parties of 6 or less, but tables can be moved to fit bigger parties.

Food was average but the service was unusually impolite. Im not sure why but the servers didnt seem to like us very much. My wife and I were with another couple and when we arrived were immediately asked for our order. When we said we needed a few more minutes to decide, no one came for 25 minutes, after which we had to flag someone down. The service for the rest of the evening was poor. Again the food was alright but wouldnt recommend this place for the service.

I love this place! My husband and I are vegetarians. I am always in fear that restaurants serving nonveg might stink. Not this one. First time I went there I was happy to find a mild pleasant soup aroma when I entered the restaurant. Not much veggie options but we love the veg pho here. Its open till late night so its a good option to go after movie. The staff to very friendly.

The pho here tastes good. Large size bowl is huge with lots of meat. The interior is nice relative to many other typical Asian restaurants. Their menu is fairly lean specializing in mostly pho missing other traditional noodle soups like Hu Tieu, Bung Reu, and Bu Bo Hue. Though, they have Sate pho which I like and is not served at most other restaurants.Im not sure about the pricing - theres only a dollar difference between regular and large size bowls so you may as well go for the large. Compared to other Vietnamese restaurants, prices here are on the high end - all entries are over $10.I was a bit disappointed with the service. One item I wanted order (Sate pho) was out, and I asked for sate sauce which they dont have (how can you not have this sauce being a pho specialty?). On both counts, the waiter gave me the no answer with a cold shoulder -- no smile, no sorry to follow, like, well deal with it. The lady at the cash register was nicer.

Had to get our own silver wear after asking and they pointed us to a table in the back that had silver wear and the extra items missing from our table. After waiting 20 minutes for our food all of the order were messed up. The server would not help us and we each individually had to go up front to get the order fixed. Instead of sprite we were brought soda water after telling 3 times about not getting our beverages (this being halfway through our meals). Our water also did not arrive until we told them we havent gotten any waters 2 times. Food wasnt even worth all of the hassle. I rarely leave negative reviews but this store really pissed me off.I walked in in 10:35pm and therere still long line to wait. I definitely understand so I waited in line and ordered. I waited in store for my drink for like 20 minutes after the guy ordered before me got his drink I asked is my drink ready.I totally understand its busy in store but there attitude is horrible, the person found they probably got my drink wrong and let me ask the person I ordered with. Then they started argue in language I dont familiar with and no one explains or apologize to me for such a long wait and it was their fault to made the wrong drink.In few seconds they had someones order ready, they decided to let me grab mine first. The person was mean and slapped on my drink. In the end, they dont even care about my feelings but keep arguing in their own language. This place has good pho. Its my go to when i want some late night soup. But they are terrible for not tending to tables when there customers leave. Theres trash everywhere and more than half the tables are empty because they wont clean up. One star for the meal. But it ends their.. also the staff can be rude.

Oh, dear. Do not have any complicated orders. My husband and I do not eat meat, but do eat seafood. The idea of vegetable broth in a seafood soup was too much for them. I tried the vegetable vermicelli. The peanut sauce was not as good as what I make at home. Saracha saved it. Order what is on the menu only, otherwise you may be gambling with your meal.
