Pho Hoang in Vallejo

There are a lot of Pho options in Vallejo, and they are all pretty good. I had P5, which is the combination Pho. Usually, Pho comes out piping hot. This was served somewhere between lukewarm and hot, which was a turn-off right away. Had it been piping hot, I would say it is on par with other Pho restaurants. My friend had some sort of grilled pork. I forgot which one it was, but it was outstanding! Such a flavorful char on the meat. I would recommend trying that. I also ordered the mango salad, but it was not available on this day. The ambiance in the restaurant was nice. Wonderful decor with soft relaxing music playing in the background. I will try this restaurant again, and as long as the Pho is piping hot and the mango salad is available, I will adjust my star rating higher.

May be the only place to have bone marrow soup in Vallejo. I cant recall seeing anyone else carrying this. The highlight for me is their spring rolls and bbq pork chop. The spring rolls didnt taste fishy and they dont use star anise in their bbq pork marinade. Im not a fan of this ingredient as it has a weird taste for me. Service was great and friendly. The restaurant is clean.

The owner and staffs are very friendly and attentive to my needs. As a repeat customer, I am always pleased with their service as they go above and beyond my needs. They also pay close attention to customer feedback and made huge improvements. Highly recommend giving their cuisine a try!

We really enjoyed the grand opening and are looking forward to creating new memories here. We miss Pho Lee Ho Phat.

Food was fantastic and came out quickly even though they were slammed for lunch. The place is super clean, modern and bright. Will absolutely be coming back.

Absolutely delicious!!! Beef is like butter! Must try, will not be going anywhere else! The owner is so sweet and very welcoming!
