Veggie pho was flavorful and delicious! The noodles were perfectly cooked. Waiter was very friendly. Me and my husband recently moved up here and have been trying to find our new pho spot out here and this one may be it!

Used to be my Favorite Vietnamese RestaurantBut the quality of food went down. My fried eggroll was burnt and my pork chops was under cook . It looks good on the picture but the middle is not what I wanted but I heat it up in the pan to make it well done.

Ordered a beef pho soup- food was not hot enough, I expected the soup to be hot. The noodles were too thick I couldn’t swallow them. The beef had a lot of fat attached to it. The service was excellent and they were all kind.

It was not the business. Waitresses acted like if we had to hurry up and order. Kind of felt pressured to hurry up and get something. Once the food came there were two hairs on the food. If you find hairs take it straight to them it’s not the business. Customer service wasn’t giving at all.

Pho soup is really good here, veggie egg rolls and ban mi sandwich are also very good.but the salt and pepper pork spare ribs are the bomb 💣🤤.we arrived late but the staff still served us with kind and friendly service. highly recommend this restaurant

I like the Pho here but the spring rolls are not worth the money. The pork was not properly trimmed and the shrimp was sliced very thin and parts of the wrapper were hard and chewy.

Lazy servers dont want to work here!Place were very slow and only 3 tables was occupied and We had to asked 3 times to get a spoon.Server left our dishes at the corner of the table and told us to pass on it by self.Not recommend this place to anyone.

We used to really like this place. The last several times have been disappointing though. The food is consistently good, but the service is horrible. I think tonight was the last straw. The waitress had no personality, Im pretty sure she was a robot. No smile, not friendly, and not very polite. It was also really cold in the restaurant. We asked the robot waitress to turn the ceiling fans down or off. She said she wasnt allowed to. I explained that everyone in the restaurant was wearing a jacket...she didnt care. We had to ask for everything. No one really came back to check on us. I had to get up and go ask for our bill and a to go box. Customer service is non existent I guess. We wont be going back here for a while. Its such a shame.

The quality of the food and the cleanliness of the environment are the primary contributors of my rating. The rating is not a reflection of the service; the staff were quite nice and attentive.In regards to the food, the broth was not the most flavorful. It had a slight sweet, licorice root taste. Personally, I prefer savory or spicy food over sweet foods, so it was not for my taste.Second, when arriving, there were only 2 other tables taken near the window but I saw small scraps of trash sprinkled around other areas the room that were not picked up. I also noticed sticky spots on the table we were directed to. What concerned me most, were multiple small wet areas on the floor that I noticed on the way to my table. Im assuming due to dropped pho but I would hate to think if someone accidently slipping.

09/11/22Today, we decided not to dine-in in this restaurant because of the waitress/cashier who was so discourses. She does not seem to understand costumer relations which makes the restaurant a place to enjoy and share happy moments with friends and family.My recommendation is train every member of Pho hut to be customer friendly with grace and civility.I am a health frontliner and I always observe keeping human relations with every patient that I serve with comfort and dignity.I work overnight for long hours but still keep my best appearance to my clients, friends and family.Hope this will make an impact to the management. We went to this place to eat and order a lot of food. The place just open at 11am. We asked why is so cold and the server dude he was like I don’t know with a rude attitude. We asked for spoon for the soup and he was like I gave you already with another attitude. We try to order coffee and he was like is out even though they just open and same with one of the soup noodles. Overall, the guy have a rude attitude beside from the girl was a little nicer. The food wasn’t even good. Very disappointed with the services. Not recommended if you want a friendly place for family.

The soup is very good but the service is very lacking. The guy Seth who took our order was rude and never came back to the table to ask if we needed anything or refills. He just stood around while an older woman was trying to do everything at once and she wasn’t very nice either. They should reconsider his or her employment as the chefs/cooks didnt seem too happy with him or her and I saw this because I sat and ate by the bar.

We are very satisfied with the service. There were 2 waitresses and I think the manager kept on coming to our table and asked us if we needed anything, and made sure that we have refill of our water and soda. They were very nice to us and provided us with small plates, knife, and fork for my birthday cake plus providing us with a lighter. I can say they deserve 5 stars and the restaurant is really commendable, staff are nice and polite. Thank you for an excellent service. The good service added to my memorable 70th birthday. Keep up the good service.

I wish I could give 0 star to this business. Very poor service and extremely disrespectful attitude. I took my wife to Pho-Hut on 11/3/2021 at around 11:00am. The waiter took our order. We ordered some spring rolls for appetizer and fried rice with curry for the main course. The waiter served us the appetizer we ordered. After about thirty minutes he came and told us that they can not cook our main course since they are not cooking anything other than the Pho soup at that time. Although, I saw him serving somebody fried rice just 15 minutes ago. It was shocking since me and my wife can not have soup because of dietary restriction. The guy did not seem even sorry that he wasted our time. So we just paid for the appetizer and left. I asked the server his name but he said he can not give us his name and he was laughing! It is a very humiliating experience. I asked for his manager and he said that he does not have any manager.

Food was delicious, especially the pho and egg rolls (most definitely the egg rolls). The prices were honestly too pricey. I paid $10 for 8 egg rolls. But, it’s just that they took 4 egg rolls and cut them in half to make it 8. Super disappointing. Because I can make bomb ass egg rolls myself for a cheaper price for a better quantity. Not only that, service was bad. They never gave us our drink, and we asked a different waitress then towards the end of the of it all they charged us twice for the drink.

I ordered rice to eat instead and took two bites and was not good at all! Just left it there because I was over it. Sadly, the quality was of this restaurant has gone down since the original owner sold it about 2 years ago. Today, I ordered the three meat combination plate. The wait person said it included pork chops, chicken, and meatloaf. There were only two meats on my plate (no chicken). When I told my server, she looked a bit worried, and said, “I’m sorry.” I told her to be sure to let the cook know. I guess she was afraid of the cook, or me.This used to be our favorite Vietnamese restaurant.

Thai tea: 5 stars, not overly sweet which I prefer.Combination rice: boyfriend ate this and said it was 3.8 stars (haha). To be clear this was the rice with all the meatChicken pho: negative stars. Come here every once in a while, food is really good whether it’s take out or dine in. Will say wait times can be a bit long depending on the time, sometimes I have had to wait 30 ish minutes for one order of food and other times it’s only been about 10 minutes but employees are always nice and portions are good.

I have always had good service and Pho here. It is not the best i ever had but I have only had better in little saigon in westminster south of L.A. I always get the combination pho whicj is great. the bean sprouts and veggie sides are always fresh and tasty. I have been to some pho places that use cheap bean sprouts that are bitter and ruin the soup.

I would not give it even one star I come from Colombia and they invited me to that place I spoke on the phone to place my order they hung up on me I insisted again and when we got to the place the cashier who served us gave us a very bad look He reluctantly prepared our food when we He charged us throw change and food very reluctantly would never go back to that place. Not even when they give you food, they deliver it to you in that very, very bad way.
