Pho Island in Chino

It is located in a plaza that needs some TLC. But, the food and service here is Great! After ordering food comes out quickly and it is hot. The bean sprouts, Thai basil, green lime wedges and jalapeno are all fresh. We ordered the bone marrow which is a lot of fun to eat if you are feeling adventurous. The bone marrow is very tender that you can use the chopsticks to remove the meat and tendon if the bone. This place also serves oxtail soup which is not shown in the menu but it is posted on the wall. This is a great place to grab some grubs quickly. The portion is also generous and satisfying.

The pho here was delicious and the service was fast! It was cool because a small robot would bring the food out for the servers.

Impolite young men who don’t know what it mean to be polite when you are being polite.I got it if language is a barrier, but being rude and insulting when you were being nice to explain repeatedly more than 5 times and still get the wrong extra add on to the dishes, when you politely ask if understood, but arrogantly think he got it.In return, when extra item requested were mistaken, quick to blame customer directly by staring and finger pointing in impolite manner without a smile on the face.Regular server will instead correct the mistake quickly and choose being rude. Owner of the shop point out there is noting he can do to correct his employee too 😂

Always a great experience here. The food is fresh and made to order. Me and my family all love the food here. The soup is my favorite and the best one I have had. Friendly attentive staff ready to help and keeping your glass filled.

I ordered two chicken spring rolls they were good 👍, then I ordered a small beef pho, and a charbroiled mint spicy chicken plate with white rice. They were great individually and mixed together see last photo, yes, I took that home to enjoy tomorrow 😋Overall comfortable seating, service was good ( only 3 other people were dining) and the taste was on point, not the very best I’ve ever had but above average for sure. If your in the area you must try!

They serve big portions here. We always get the fatty brisket pho and egg rolls. Weve also tried the appetizer platter that has spring rolls, egg rolls, charbroiled pork, charbroiled shrimp, a salad and veggies. Everything is always delicious.

Wow! I have eaten at alot of pho restaurants all over so-cal and by far this one is the best. Everything is delicious everything is so so good. And fast service.

Easily among the best pho spots in the area. Fast and friendly service, and they dont shortchange you a bit - high quality ingredients in a huge amount, and for such a good price. Cant recommend it enough!

Food is great. But I do have a few complaints, first the staff here are rude, honestly I felt that they did not even care. Second the table I was sitting at was dirty so was the floor and restroom. I spent 30 for 2 people. 4 stars for food 2 stars for service, 2 stars for cleanness. So 3 stars total.
