Pho Ivy in Elk Grove

Order to go. Customer service was fantastic. Got pho ga added to my order that I didnt realized until later but they were asap on refunding the mistake order. Got home & realized there was no eggrolls appetizer that I had ordered. Grilled pork springrolls was delicious was packed with meats. Ordered combination vermicelli noodles, steak over rice & grilled pork over rice. I also order vietnamese coffee with extra condensed milk. It was still way too strong. Overall, foods were well season. Just sad I didnt get my eggrolls.

I have ate here a few times and everything was good. Today I ordered two combination Pho for pick-up. When i got home from picking up my order they only included 1 broth when there suppose to be 2 broths. I tried calling a many times and no one picks up. No refund or anything Horrible service! This is the last time Ill order from here.

Ordered large rare steak and fatty brisket pho for $15. It’s… okay. $15 is kind of a lot for just okay. The steak is incredibly tough, weird for a pho place to mess up a basic like that. I liked the fatty brisket much better. The broth flavor tasted surprisingly surface level, my partner follows a random pho recipe online and his always comes out much more authentic tasting.Served with bean sprouts and basil. They don’t give a plate of onions like every other pho place I’ve been to, but they’ll bring you some if you ask. Not their fault right now, but they only have fake sriracha.The condiment sections at each table clearly don’t get cleaned that often, there was gunk caked on to our “#2” table sign and others I assume.Idk, I wasn’t very impressed with the food or the prices. They have 2 tvs and the staff is nice.

I am usually really picky with my Pho but of all the places I’ve eaten in Sacramento and Elk Grove, I have to say Pho Ivy has some of the best Pho.The service here is great. Every single server here are super nice and accommodating. I eat my pho a bit difficult with steak on side, lot of basil and lime and they have met all my needs.I think I boss them around with my orders too much but they have never given me a hard time or an attitude as most place would.Thank you for not only having great food but thank you for training your employees to have patience and respect for their customers. I truly love that about this place.Highly recommend giving this place a try if you’ve never been here!

Really great quality pho! Broth was well flavoured and the service is great. Has both traditional soups and well as banh mi.

I decided to try this place out for Pho as my friend’s recommendation. I had a combination Pho. And wow, I was not disappointed. The noodle was not “mush”. The variety meats were perfectly cooked to the right softness. I could savor different texture. The broth is aromatic and flavorful. The offer good portion.Though there is not so many waitresses on site, but their service is good. I didn’t wait long for my Pho.I’m so happy that we have more choice to go for Pho now in town and definitely come back for other dishes.

Ordered combination appetizer but came out at the same time as my our pho. Come on, appetizer is before a meal. If I dont eat the appetizer because it consist of fries, shrimp, chicken wings and calamari, they will be cold n un-enjoyable. If I dont eat my pho, they will absorb the broth and will make the noodles fat. 😤 The pho is not as good as I would expect with all the good reviews but does come with generous meat. Very disappointed with the pho, first time and last time for me. I love pho and always finishmy bowl of pho but not this time. Came here because our favorite pho place was closed.

STELLAR FOOD!This is the place I come back to every time I come visit SAC. During my deployments, I crave either my mother’s cooking or PHO IVY. And this place scratches that itch~Its such amazing portions for the price and THE FOOD IS SOOO GOOOOD.My only little suggestion is to tidy up the customer service, but I really don’t mind; as long as I get my food in a decent time, I could care less if they’re giving me glares, I’m too happy enjoying the food :D9.8/10Update: The customer service has gotten really rotten but the food is still a solid 9; really hope the service gets better!..

Staff is super friendly and sweet. Food is fresh, fantastic and authentic. Also they have some tables outside so I was able to eat their lovely food in the amazing weather we have here! (Plenty of seating inside too). The spring rolls were large and fantastic quality (they’re hard to keep from drying out).
