First time ordering from here. The broth had no flavor. I had it to go and lucky I had ingredients to make it taste better. The special combination isn’t like other pho restaurant. Wish I read the review first. Won’t be going back. Also $17 something for to go. That ridiculous. Had cheaper way better pho.

First I walk in. You have to order at the counter and pay for it. I ordered the pho special. And it was so small I meant the noodle and beef. What look like kids bowls 🥲. The soups not good.Not recommend my first and my last one will not come back again.

This place, I considered, the best Phở in all of the Sacramento area! The #1 bowl isnt as large or as big as other places, but the best Phở Ive tasted. Everything is fresh, not cooked and stored in the fridge like all of the other places.This is my new go to place for pho to go.

This place just serves soup and drinks. Not the best Pho but good. Theres little wait to be sitted but about 30 minutes wait for soup. If youre really hungry and want food quick, this place is not for you. Friendly service.

Combo #1 with rare steak on the side. It was delicious! I had to finish the whole bowl. The chilly oil in the pho is a must. Very good chilly oil.

This place was conveniently close to the new sky river casino in Elk Grove and naturally we came here afterward. Thank god we did because this place did not disappoint. The staff was friendly and prompt and the pho was AMAZING. Definitely recommend and will be coming back.

Best pho in Sacramento. Very aromatic in scent and very flavorful in taste! Broth comes out super hot with generous amounts of meat and noodles.Since new management, I have noticed a drastic improvement in service. Staff is super friendly and they do their best to accommodate your needs.Highly recommended.

This was my first time eating at Pho Kim Anh. The food was fresh and the service was amazing. Maria and the rest of the kitchen staff was friendly and hospitable. I know have a new restaurant to add to my list and the best thing its close to home. I highly recommend Pho Kim Anh!

Came here with my best friends on a Sunday morning. Its cash only! Good thing I had cash on me cause none of my friends did haha. We all got the combination pho which was pretty good. Only downside is that I feel like you dont get much meat to portion out with the amount of noodles you get. I also like how you have to ask for the chili oil, seems more sanitary to me? I guess. Id come here again!

This place is good. However I wish they would explain the dishes better.I ordered a pork dish with rice and veggies and Egg roles.The pork was marinated with a good taste, egg roles were good and crispy. Service was fine and the food piping hot.

The best spot in town, hands down! Family owned and operated and the care they put into everything shows. Super friendly staff, amazing food and everything is so fresh. Vietnamese coffee here is superb too.

Extreme wait times, be ready. In the time it took for our food to come, I could have gone out to Anh Dao and probably be done eating. Not only that they got one of the orders wrong when we only had 2 people eating. We didnt want to wait any longer so we just took it. Also be ready to be nickle and dimed, they charge extra for condiments that is free every place else. Onion in vinegar (hành dấm) 65 cents extra, scallion oil (hành trần nước béo) another 65 cents. The chicken pho is good but then again its supposed to be the same recipe as Anh Dao so thats expected. If youre not adverse to driving out to Stockton Blvd, then go to Anh Dao instead for the chicken pho. If looking for beef pho theres Pho Le. This feels like Anh Dao from 10 years ago, bad service and long wait times.

Food is GREAT but dont come for service. If theyre open i suggest you wait because youll never know when theyre closed or open. Its on their own time some days open some days closed. They will also close early once the pot is sold out. Never answers phones either its a hit or miss your risk of driving there and being disappointed.

Really tasty Vietnamese pho even though its a little bit too far from where I live. You should expect to wait during busy time because they dont have many employees. I wish they could extend the business hours.

Just went to try it our since so close to work, but low and behold they only take cash. No cash on hand so had to go to Pho Lotus. Pho Lotus offers more than Pho also.

Good Pho. Simple selection. Only 9 items on the menu. You can pick from Pho Bo (beef) or Pho Ga (chicken). Service is kinda slow. The Pho is tasty.
