We ordered the Thick wide rice noodle Soup HU TIEU (seafood), Seafood Ho Fun HU TIEU HAI SAN, and Chicken & Shrimp Rice Noodle Soup PHO GA TOM. Really good noodle soups.Our waiter was very patient with us considering we had to wait a bit for another person in our group. Prices are very reasonable.

Small, no frills, family run restaurant with a good variety of options including house made dumplings. I occasionally go to dinner with a friend and her young daughter, and this is our usual destination as there are multiple menu items each if likes so everyones happy.
The food here is delicious. The price is very reasonable and the wait staff has always been really friendly. Been here twice in two weeks since they opened and Ill be back more!

Very poor quality place. Two times I have come here within the hours they state on the website, 11:00 AM - 9:30 PM (for Fri. and Sat.), and they refused to seat me. I was there roughly an hour before the closing. Its a waste of my time to go to this place only to be told they will not seat me.

Food was yum and the portion was great for thePrice I paid. I got the lunch salt and pepper prawns and steam rice, which came with a egg roll. The only reason I am not giving them five stars is because I could barely taste the salt and pepper on my shrimp.
Got take out during the quarantine. Owner/chef? brought the food out to my car (so nice.) He recommended the spicy beef and pork pho and it was superb. I also had the leek dumplings. Everything was very delicious.
Came here on a hot, quiet Tuesday last week and had a most enjoyable experience. The man serving us was super friendly and the food was delicious. We ordered a Pho Dac Biet, Pho Ga, and also tried the house special dumplings. This restaurant has a sort of Chinese/ Vietnamese fusion menu, but certainly everything we had exceeded expectations. The broth on the Pho Ga was crisp, the beef broth was rich and flavorful, and the additions and sauces provided to enjoy a variety of dining options was plenty. One thing I was surprised by was the quality and presentation of the dumplings. They included a 3 sauce set and the wraps were filled to the brim. All the food cost us probably around $30 and was worth every penny. I have been dreaming about coming back to Pho Le in the near future.
This place suffers from having too many items on the menu for the ingredients to be fresh or the quality to be consistent. We ordered takeout of beef pho, dumplings, and sweet-and-sour pork. The pho tasted decent, but was already room temperature immediately after picking up. The dumplings were mediocre. The s&s pork was a worse version of chain fast food “orange” meat and inedible.
Good Pho with flavorful broth. It has been challenging finding a good clean pho out this way in the East Bay but I finally found one. Very polite young man working the front. A lot of options on the menu. I will definately go back to try other options.
My first visit. Excellent pho. I lived near Bolsa in OC for decades and ate pho with Vietnamese friends at the best places. Broth is rich and fragrant, noodles are firm not soggy, service is prompt and friendly. My only slightly negative remark is that the beef tendon was a bit chewier than most pho shops Ive eaten at. I addition to Vietnamese comfort food they offer typical Chinese lunch specials. Ill be back.

Delicious pho with great prices. The broth is clear and flavorful, veggies are fresh and clean. Stays busy, but is fast and friendly. They also have a Chinese food did of the menu but the pho is so good Ive never tried it. Smaller space on a busy corner of San Pablo Avenue.

Dont know who is messing around the info. They are closed on Sunday and Monday. And they are taking break from 3pm to 5pm, and closed at 9PM (Tue - Sat). Dont waste your time to visit during the wrong time window.
Christ the pho is bad. Salt is used to cover the lack of quality bones used for the broth. Im sure the other food is okay, but why name your restaurant pho?? Its puzzling and a shame.
Ordered the House Special Dumplings (pork and vegetable). YUM! What a treat! The house-made wrappers were just the right thickness. The pork and vegetable filling was perfectly seasoned. The dipping sauce was a little on the sweet side for my taste but that is a minor issue. Love that I have found my go-to dumpling shop.
A welcome addition to the neighborhood. We had a very pleasant lunch here today. The ambiance is pleasing, the service was quick, competent and friendly, the food very good, and the prices reasonable. We have found a new go-to lunch place.
Food was disapponting. Ordered the vermicelli and asked for no pork but chicken and shrimp. It came with just 3 shrimps and few pieces of chicken. I asked where the shrimp and chicken are and waiter said it is a noodle dish and thats why I got more vermicelli and less (almost non existant) meat. What a jerk! Why pretend as if they put more meat and charge full price? Thats called cheating. He also forgot our fried tofu appetizer and brought it after the main dish. Thats after we reminded him. Very bad service. Will never go back!!!

Orederd through uber eats this was the worst pho ive ever had took 2 hrs to get here the broth tasted weird and different decided to give this a chance since my go to pho opens on wednesday

2023-03-09 02:43:00I live 1.5h away from here and stopped by very randomly because we were on the way to somewhere else.I have zero expectations and I was very hangry so anything would work. The place is a bit cold, but clean and service was prompt. We ordered the beef noodle soup, house dumplings, and the lunch special: pong pong beef with steamed rice. The beef broth was flavorful, and the dipping sauce for the dumplings were pretty good. Pong pong beef was the most impressive. I like the batter, how it is coated in the sauce with some thinly sliced onions.Another surprise thing is that price is very affordable for what they offer! Highly highly recommended.

2023-08-16 00:30:26Wonderful mom and pop Chinese/Vietnamese restaurant. Dishes are very good, mostly classical. Honestly the thing that keeps coming back is the won ton soup. Dumplings are hand made and broth seems to be from bones -- which makes sense because they are a pho place. Really the very best Ive had in the US.

2023-06-11 02:57:24Got the combo pho and the grilled pork rice dish with wings and egg roll to go. The pho was soooo good, authentic and especially great little beef meatballs. The grilled pork was really good (wish there were more veggies but not a big deal) but what stood out was the wings. I don’t know what they do to them but they’re ridiculously savory and delicious. We’ll definitely get food from here again
