First time here, and a friend who came with me recommended it.Allie/Alex, I believe that her name was the perfect waitress. She was patient and courteous. She not only helped us pronounce some of the wording but translated it as well as broke down each meal we selected.Every response was with a genuine smile and even engage us when leaving.The food: My first time eating food like this and even though this is true I LOVED the different palette of the ethnicity of this cuisine and not only recommend Pho, the food but this restaurant as well.The price is such a bargain steal!!!

The food tastes good but the portions have gotten WAY smaller since I was here last. $40 for 3 dishes + a tip. The vermicelli dish doesnt even have 1/2 a pork chop in it and the entire bottom of the plate is lettuce and their large size pho is no bigger then a medium. Really disappointing, unfortunately I will not be going back and I have been a customer for 2+ yrs.

I came in by mistake because I had ordered from next door and went in the wrong door. So I figured Id try something simple. I ordered an Avocado shake and some egg rolls. The Avocado shake was on Point! Delicious. The egg rolls were nasty. The crunch was good, but the filling tasted overpowered with carrots. As if they let it sit too long. Not fresh for sure. I took a bite off the second just to check. No good. Fresh made filling would have made a big difference. I didnt even finish one.

Affordable dishes, served fast, in a restaurant with ambience and cleanliness that aligned with the price point. The vegetarian Pho has a lot of veggies, but no flavor. The pork pho and cold beef noodles dishes are OK. We ordered the plum soda, it was pretty good - you should try it.All in all, good for a quick bite.

We order #4 large and #42, the food was okay. The noodle portion was so small in the large pho. The price on the menu was not the price that the owner charged us so we wondered why there was a discrepancy and the owner said it went up $1-2 which was fine with us. The problem was the owner’s attitude when we just mention “oh that’s thats not the price we saw on the menu” but he was rude and gave us a bad attitude saying the menu is wrong… when we just wanted to point out that it’s better to be clear about the prices for customers so that there are no surprises. Will not be returning here.

This is our favorite Pho place in the Fairfield/Vacaville area. Broth is always good, spring rolls are fresh. We come here at least twice a week. Kids love it too

Good food and good portions. I dont have a good Vietnamese food restaurant in my town, so I drive over to this place often and they dont disappoint. I usually order a seafood Pho or a Shrimp Vermicelli plate but they also have beef and pork options. (The photo is of the BBQ Shrimp Vermicelli plate)

Our soup wasnt hot enough to cook the meat thoroughly. My dad and I lost interest and ended up just eating rice plates. Went there other times, hoping that was just that one day, but it happened a few more times but different days. Now, Im not hesitant to eat there now. Maybe other people have better experiences.

Even after seeing roaches not one but several craw around while dining in I gave them several more chances things happen... Door dashing another this time inside my broth soup there was a bug floating on top .. I gave them a year of chances ordered several more times after roaches were crawling around... But this is enough DO NOT EAT HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO EAT BUGS!!! To the owners come on.. you know your infestation is gross we are paying customers.. the absolute least you can do is treat us to good food without bugs...

Pho was tasteless, no flavor at all. Customer service was lacking. The waiter had his thumb in my husband soup bowl as he was passing it to us, very gross!! This place tends to pack customers in a sardine-style sitting arrangement. So if youre looking for quiet ambience with a separate table, give the place a hard pass. Will not give this place a 2nd try.

This is my favorite place to go to in town. I always crave it when I am out of town. I got all my friends to fall in love with it too. During covid, they had over the phone order and pick up. Even when it’s takeout it tastes amazing. My favorite is order 36 and the taro smoothie. It looks like a family owned business and it always great to support a fellow community members.

Weve been going to this family run place since they first opened. They feature made-to-order smoothies and boba drinks, delicious Pho, and good Rolls. My kids have always enjoyed the BBQ Pork chop over Rice. After almost 10 years of being in business, we enjoy how the wear and tear has added character to the place. Its also a nice place to practice my rudimentary Vietnamese with the family when ordering.

Food was pretty good. Cups and plates not clean at all there was always something in the cups or plates and would be floating in it. Service was bad asked for a new cup of water and never got it. So had to eat without new cup of water because there was stuff floating in it.

Ive been coming here since 2012 on a regular basis - at least monthly. Service is quick, friendly and efficient even when they are super busy, which is often! Ive tried several dishes and so has my friend. I have my favorite (19B) but there hasnt been anything I didnt enjoy. I recommend trying the spring rolls too (A3) with peanut sauce- yum! traveling a lot allows for adventures in eating and I just found a really good Pho restaurant in Vacaville! Right off Mason St tucked away in a corner is this yummy soup. Shrimp, fresh begs and herbs made it so good and aromatic! Ill be back!

Some of the best Pho, Ive ever had ! Im a native of SF and Ive had really good Pho in SF....and this place is BETTER then some of the places on SF.The broth for all their soups is homemade. And you can taste it...whether you get the beef noodle soup, or the seafood noodle soup, or any of the chicken broth, noodle soups you wont be disappointed . If your not in the mood for soup...try one of their meat and vermicelli dishes. They have great fresh spring rolls too. I cant say anything bad about this place....for 4 years they have been consistently.. Great !!! Happy Eating.

The food is always great tasting, but because of inability to communicate with the owner and staff, orders are often incorrect and the service is less than impressive. They have a great menu and I have enjoyed eating there, but a few too many problems and overcharging for wrong orders will keep me from going back. Cleanliness of the restaurant and bathrooms has also declined over the years I have gone there.

Had been eating at this place for a few years. But this past few months food quality & service has been poor. Today we went for dinner & I had soup. My husband ordered rice with grilled shrimp. He coudnt eat because shrimp smelled like fuel, so the lady at the service desk said we will redo the dish for you. We waited 20-25 minutes. No new dish. Finally got fed up & decided we will pay For the soup & asked them what happened to the new grilled shrimp dish? No one knew& no one came & asked did you guys got it? Finally someone said the server had delivered it to the wrong table. We will not be going back.

The restaurant is decorated with unique woodcarvings and cool elephants. The waitress was super attentive and kind. I had the pumpkin curry (my fav) and the pumpkin was cooked the way i like it; (not undercooked or mushy). And, they had brown rice which is my preference. So i give it 5 stars. My son the stir fry dish and would give his experience 4 stars.

We dropped in for a late lunch on our way back home from Sacramento. The place was a bit hard to find from the GPS, but we made it there ok. The service was OK and we ordered 2 bowls of noodles and some egg rolls. The egg rolls were tasty and crunchy. The soups were nothing special and the soup wasnt too hot. I would have preferred the soup to be hotter to cook the bean sprouts.

The customer service is kind of terrible now. I used to always go here. And recommend it to everyone. This is the SECOND time however I have gone in and been straight up ignored. The lady at the register rang up two people in front of me. Seated another person in front of me then went AROUND ME and seated the people behind me... when I said “excuse me..” I was cut off and told “one second you want” with out even being looked at. I walked out. And again this is not the first time. I will not be going back or recommending to anyone anymore.

Overall, I really like this restaurant- the food is good, the prices are reasonable, and the servers/employees are nice. The only downside (and the reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5) may sound kind of stupid: its a pretty popular place to eat. Because its so popular, it may be an issue getting a table and/or served in a timely manner- also, it gets really loud. That would be my only complaint though, and I would definitely come back for more later! :)

Its not gonna be bay area or LA good but very above average for Vacaville. Will most definitely come back. Very good place for a quick bite, their services it’s pretty fast but If you come in those rush hours then your food will be a little delay than usually. If you want fresh pho then I would recommend you dining in, everybody knows if you do take out food will not be as fresh as you wanted to be because it’s been sitting there in the container.

Tried this place for the first time. I got the pho #2 on the menu and it was really average or sub-par. Its palatable but I wouldnt say that its worth for the price. The medium and large portions look about the same; its just that the large portion has more broth so you can save yourself that buck and order the medium. Its a pet peeve of mine when the noodles on the bottle of the bowl are all clumped up in a pile. The broth wasnt even hot enough to separate the noodles correctly. I wouldnt come back to this place because theres nothing special here. Move on to another pho place.

Pho tastes good. There wasnt a big difference between the size of a large bowl and medium bowl. Therefore, the large bowl had about the same noodles and meat as the medium bowl. I wish they would put the mopping off till later or just use plain water to mop. It was hard to enjoy a bowl of noodle with a strong smell of chemical on the side.

Ive never eaten here and never will. I came here for the first time today to try their Pho and was DISGUSTED with their clean practices in the time of covid. The cashier will not let you place your card in the card machine he insists on taking the card which means he is handling all cards and cash. There is a cup of dirty pens that are reused with each customer and not cleaned at all. The cashier was wearing a pair of gloves that he never changed. He went into the back WITH THOSE SAME GLOVES and started packing food . The thing that disturbed me most was I saw him pick up something and drop it into my food container from the counter WITH THOSE SAME GLOVES! When I mentioned that he should be changing his gloves he informed me that he knows his job. He also told me he did not put anything into my food as if I didnt just watch him do it. Eat here if you want but if this is an indication of their clean practices there is NO TELLING what is in your food. $10 wasted.

Rất tốt!Stuck nearby for several weeks due to a medical issue, and saw this place when driving by. My husband and I both love Vietnamese food and had lots of choices when we lived in the Mira Mesa area of San Diego. This is now in my top two spots for Pho - anywhere. Standard chain for Phó. But was straight jonesing for some the other day at lunch, numba 12, lah, with fresh spring roll on the side. Phó-king good stuff bro! But they always seem to have a problem if you want extra jalapeños on the side to dip in the fish sauce, just ask mamasan and youll see why! Also, I wonder why I always see people wipe off their soup spoons and chopsticks with a napkin. That wont remove germs, just make them feel better, but, whatever! Reminds me of my childhood eating Phó for breakfast in Nam. And if youre there at lunch youll usually see a couple of door dashers in sweat pants picking up meals to deliver in the local area. I was served the most delicious meal with the most generous portions, at a fair price despite the other worldly nonsense happening all around me. The entennae i got lodged in my brain during a routine ju jitsu match with the possessed corpse of a moose rumored to be cursed by a local coven was wandering the parking lot at the time I came to pick up my order. This of course was after it hit me with its car. I swear if this happens 3 or 4 more times, im never paying homeless people to just let me eat thier shoes ever again in This town, because it caused the voices in my head to speak a language I dont understand.

Would have gotten a much higher rating, however, the person who was working there and filling the table with fresh spoons had dropped one on the floor and then picked it up and put it back into the holder with the rest of the clean spoons. When I saw the spoon hit the floor I watched to see if this is kind of thing would actually happen and was floored when it did.

We were on our way to Rio Vistas Train Museum and stopped by this place for lunch. They were open on Memorial Day and I did call to confirm when the person who picked up the phone said, Maam we are open everyday! Ha I should not dare to challenge their hard working! Anyway, this restaurant was pretty busy considering the mall was deserted and it was a national holiday.I got their Beef Stew HoFun, which is the fat rice noodles. It was very good and came with lots of beef stew. The small only costs $6ish so it is definitely a cheap meal.They also take major credit cards except for Amex and Diner Card but that is almost common nowadays.

I was in the bathroom stall and noticed the shoes of another man using the urinal. They were the same exact shoes of the man who serves the food. Long story short, the guy urinated in the urinal and just walked out without washing his hands.
