Ive been coming here for so long. Ive tried other pho places & nobody compares to this one. It is so good. I always get the brisket pho w fried wontons & the honey green tea. Ive brought my friends & family here & they all liked it. I really hope this place never closes down because Im going to be really bummed. I wish I could give this place more stars, they deserve it!

Jimmy and other workers are always so nice and welcoming. This place has alot of happy regulars. My husband and I always get a bowl of pho, an appetizer platter, and a Thai tea. The food never fails! Always pipping hot and the garnishes are always fresh. The tables are also always clean and organized. Its my favorite place to eat out 🍜🧋

I’m not sure if the people who’ve aten here before have no taste buds. But man, the meat was not cleaned properly. I ended up with bad nausea. I got the pho special with the meatball, tripe, tendon and brisket. I took a bite into my meatball and it was still frozen. Soup base had no flavor what so ever, I even added siracha and housin sauce. But that didn’t even save it. Not to mention; the service was horrible. Not there at all; the man forgot two of my dishes and I kept on asking for water since the kung pao shrimp was so spicy I was unable to eat it and I’m usually great with spice. But it just tasted like they dumped a bunch of chilis and didn’t even care.The spring rolls were also awful, I’m not sure how you can mess up spring rolls but the pork in them were stringy and just flavorless. The only great thing was the limemade and even then the little cups were $4.99.I’m not sure why the reviews are so high. If you want good pho, make the drive to OC.

Jimmy is the best! He is always welcoming and polite. The Broth is delicious and the appetizer plater perfectly complements the soup. The Thai Tea is amazing, he automatically brings it when my wife and I come to eat.

Just barely ok, but not great with respect to authentic Vietnamese cuisine. Chefs are Mexican according to staff so dont expect true Vietnamese food. The lemon grass chicken was really not good, and the fried spring rolls were not served with wrapping lettuce in true Vietnamese style and the fish dipping sauce was not flavorfull. The experience was not that good when compared to other similar restaurants close by, so look around for alternatives as there are many. Their star rating is way too high for what you get. Must be from people who dont know good authentic Vietnamese food and quality.

This is my third time at this place and me and my family loves it! The owner and his wife are so friendly and chatty. The pho bowls were rich in broth; very flavorful and authentic vietnamese. We’ll definitely be coming back here whenever we’re in this area🥰

This is my favorite place for Pho, I always order the shrimp Pho to go. The broth is very tasty and I just love the rice noodles. The restaurant is always spotless and the staff is friendly.

As a government official for the City of Downey I will never eat here again. Ill talk about food, service, and atmosphere. The soup base is good. The service is poor. They only greet you to have a seat, take your order, and when they deliver your food. Other then that they dont check to see if you need more napkins or if there is anything else you would like to order. I was sat down today the hostess placed one napkin on the table and then removed it. I figured they were going to provide a napkins when the food came out no big deal. When the food got placed on the table there was no Napkins. So I asked for napkins. They only provided one at least they could have given me two. Its soup what do you expect. To top it off I requested no onions in my soup well guess what I recieved onions. Instead of the guy taking my soup I just told him bring me a plate and I will take them off myself since Im allergic. Its not like I cant take them off myself. So he brought me the plate. Then I ask for limes because they only gave me two slices. I was ready to pay and they tell you your total and you pay. Little did I know they charge $0.50, I think its extremely petty they charge for condiments that would come with the pho soup. I hasnt didnt have much time to dispute the charge and question why because my lunch was over. I am letting it known here. Have them review your order before you pay. Never would I ever thought I would be charged for limes. If that was the case I should have told them to give me a discount for getting my order wrong. As far as atmosphere theres nothing special its a space with tables and chairs with some background music.

Very good taste. If youre vegan/vegetarian, you can request tofu instead of the meat. I had the lemon grass chicken with tofu instead of chicken and it was delicious. Very rich in flavor.

Stopped in here for lunch the other day around 1pm. We were waited on shortly. I was surprised how fast the food came out! Pho was a little above average. I like the size of the bowls. Wasnt giant overwhelming soup dishes. Was fair. The Vietnamese coffee was lit just too much ice. Older setting. Was OK.

The guy refused to let a young lady use the restroom when she kindly ask the server. After I paid he made a snarky comment “great pay” I guess he was upset that I didn’t tip him $20 but he was rude. Never coming back here for sure. Bad service and the food had no flavor. Save your money and go somewhere else that wouldn’t disrespect a paying customer.

For any type of soup with or without noodle/textures, the broth is the soul, the heart, the key thing to decide if that bowl can win the customers love or not.I reluctantly rate this place 2 stars by adding the bonus point for its cleanliness.Keep in mind that Im no foreigner to Pho nor any Asian noodles bowl.This place would need to shape up in order to offer a decent bowl of Pho unless they couldnt care less for their reputation.

It wont let me rate a zero so they get a 1. Terrible service. Awful food. Premade hot coffee that was reheated and spring roll was refrigerated and premade. That would be okay but it sucked. Now to the pho: I ordered a large, they brought small and it literally had 5 small pieces of green onion, 3 strands or white onion. It was the most bare pho Ive ever been served. The broth was the problem, buddy, not clear and had a strange aftertaste. Small portions of meat. Ill never come here again.

I only had the combination pho. Pho broth is very good and clear. It wasnt greasy the couple times Ive been here. I love their thai iced tea! It tastes better than other places Ive been to and its hard for some restaurants to make it good and authentic. I gave 4 stars since they didnt have all the vietnamese items such as the 3 color tapioca dessert. I was a bit disappointed of this but over all place is good.

Been here once. The place is very clean & cute! I enjoyed the ambiance. We had kung pao chicken & veggie spring rolls. The spring rolls were yummy!!! They come with a peanut sauce for dipping & it was soo goood!!! The kung pao was actually spicy! I like spice so that was a plus for me. It looks nothing like Panda Express’ kung pao chicken. It’s not drenched in sauce but rather seasoned well & tossed with the veggies. Very flavorful. Delicious!

The waiter forgot to give us water. We are the only customers at that time and I have to walk up to the counter to gegt water. The waiter did not even bother to walk to my table to give the water, He literally handed the two glasses of water to me rather than offering to take it to the table. Their large size is actually the small size in other pho restaurant. I made a mistake trying out this resto, I should have went to my favorite pho in pioneer blvd in artesia.
