Pho Mex in Modesto

Very friendly staff, very attentive. They create a very welcoming environment and they have excellent customer service. The atmosphere goes alongside with the delicious tasting food. Second visit and again was very satisfied. I definitely recommend this place if for a chill night out or even date night.

The aesthetics inside the restaurant are nice, the delivery robot is unique and pretty cool 😎 ! Service was adequate. Food needs work to match the vibe of the dining room.I wanted the rotisserie chicken that I seen on Yelp. However, due to staffing issues, they no longer serve this item. Which, being a Chef, I completely understand!!I settled on the sizzling steak and egg dish. Along with grilled shrimp spring rolls, of which were good.Now, the steak and egg dish needs work. Steak was tough and had lots of gristle, which I like when charred properly. The egg was ordered over medium and as you can see in the pics, it was way beyond over medium. The whole dish would have benefitted from a bit of salt and pepper. Additionally, The rice that came along with was cold 🥶All in all, cool place great for taking pics to post but the food needs to catch up

I don’t see how this place doesnt have 5 stars its so amazing! I just celebrated my 21st birthday here and I was blown away! Allllll of the workers here are so sweet and patient. The energy there was so amazing and so was all the decorations :,) It feels like a place that belongs in La or San Fran because its just way too amazing for the 209! My whole family loved the food there was absolutely zero complaints! (mind you my family is so picky). I definitely can’t recommend eating here enough

I will most definitely will be going back. The food was great, My daughter and granddaughter enjoyed it. Were always on the lookout for a good place for Pho.... And this will definitely be one of ours .

My husband and I had a spontaneous lunch here and it surprised us! We shared several items. Hubby ordered the Bahn Mi and the Pho Burrito with the pho dipping broth. The burrito was FIRE we totally didn’t expect it to be that good. The Bahn Mi had a sweet sauce on the bread that was amazing! I ordered the shrimp spring rolls and the shrimp tasted so fresh and perfectly seasoned/cooked. I also had chicken pho that was great! Nice staff! We’ll def be back.

Great place with a fantastic looking menu. Pho burger was ok, but the burger patty was a bit of a let down. It would have been full 5 stars if it was the sliced meat like the pho burrito (then it would be a pho sammich I suppose). Looking forward to another opportunity to go back and try more of the menu. Absolutely recommend.

If you’re looking for a new place to try I highly recommend Phomex !!! They are super speedy with their service and you’ll be left so full and satisfied!! Super yummy food, warm/inviting staff, reasonable prices. Their boba tea is in cute cups and their hot pot is to die for !! Such an interesting concept of combining two different cultures to make outstanding cuisine!!

Food: Me and my husband ordered bone-in porkchop rice plate and their beef stew with banh mi and both were delicious! The rice plate came with beef bone broth which was so good and complimented the whole meal.Aesthetic: The place is well decorated and perfect for photo opts!Bathroom: it was so clean and it smells good :DOverall, we enjoyed and had a good experience at this restaurant. Well be coming back to try their boba next time :)

The decorations and aesthetics shows the owners put tons of effort into the shop.The food was great as well as the service. I got the pho here and the broth was exactly what I needed.Would recommend!!
