Pho Minh in Temecula

I have been craving some Vietnamese food since having come back from Hoi An a few months ago and wanted to find a local restaurant with legitimate vietnamese cuisine. I got very lucky with this place. I only ordered two Banh Mis, one BBQ Chicken, the other pork. After eating them, I will be coming back to try more from their menu. This place is the real deal, the food absolutely authentic and delicious. The staff were polite and gracious, the service was quick and the pricing is surprisingly reasonable. Highly recommend!

Order the Pho Dac Biet. The broth was clean, tasty, and flavourful. Service was quick and friendly.

I found this place after eating at the sushi restaurant next door. When I got outside, I could smell something that I knew I had to try and If I didnt already order food I would have gone inside in a heartbeat. Now that I got a chance to try it, I should have done so sooner. The house special pho was full of flavor and loaded with meat. The rolls disappeared as soon as they hit my table and my vermicelli (mix meats) had me begging for more. I can definitely understand why there was such a crowd. I will definitely be coming back. You know its good since I will be coming from orange county to have this pho.

Food is great! Ive been here three times to sit down and eat, once for takeout. I usually order the rare steak pho, and Thai tea as a starting point. Will try their vermicelli next time now that I know pho is consistent. Im from San diego where there is a very large vietnamese community. I think their food is on par with San diego expectations.Love their payment options. You can pay at the counter or with the server. The server prints your check and comes back with hand held device for quick check out.Lastly I LOVE the bowls they use. Its keeps the soup warm from start to finish. Everything you need is on the table, including straws. New favorite spot.

I am honored to be the first to review this restaurant on opening day, November 20, 2022. My wife and I have been eagerly waiting for this location to open. I love Vietnamese food and am constantly comparing the different pho spots here in the 951 area. Additionally, the food is fresh, healthy, and good any time of the day!I took the liberty of taking photos of the menu, huge selection and true authentic Vietnamese food.The pho was delicious. The broth is on the saltier side than sweeter side (the way I personally like). It had plenty of meats from the combination stack (tripe, tendon, flank, etc). My wife had the bum bo hue and she loved her soup as well.Ill have to come back one more time to do an in depth review, but first impressions - this place does everything right. Clean establishment, great location, vast menu, healthy food, plenty of seating.I encourage all locals to give them a a shot!

We were craving pho for a good min and our cravings have finally been satisfied!. The service was great and very attentive. We never had an empty cup the whole time we were there. The menu looked amazing with so many clear and tasty looking pictures, also super easy to read with so many options. Of course we had to order their special pho. Were hooked, the broth was delicious 🤤 Well definitely be coming back for more. We normally try spring rolls with our pho but instead we ordered BBQ shrimp. The shrimp was sooo good and it came with everything to make lettuce wraps. We left with 2 bellies full for under 40$.

I went three times. Food is good. Service kind of slow little bit even if not busy. Free soft drink and lumpia is a plus. I enjoyed their #83 remind me of chicken wonton egg noodle meatballs soup from my home country, Indonesia.

I have the blessing of living in San Gabriel Valley where we have amazing Vietnamese food, some of the best Pho in Los Angeles, get this spot here in Temecula held its own. From a distance, the dish that looked most impressive was the big bone marrow soup, which we did not get, but man, next time! We got the Pho Tai which is pretty standard and the assorted pork with grilled shrimp bun. The far broth was solid, I think the most important component of Pho, and the beef was pretty good quality. The bond was also refreshing especially since I asked for more lettuce than rice noodle. Quality of the meat and everything was very good.

I grew up in San Diego and have LOTS of pho from many restaurants. Tried several around here and Pho Minh is THE BEST, so far! Delicious, authentic, large portions, and reasonable price! We only had the rare steak pho, but excited to try other dishes next time. Knocked a star off of atmosphere due to the air conditioner blasting at 8pm, but otherwise, a nicely decorated, bright, and clean restaurant. Definitely recommend!
