Delicious food and friendly, helpful service! I was impressed to find this place on the drive from Sequoia to LA. Plenty of space for indoor seating. Staff were easy to talk to and gave good recommendations. The food was very crispy and bursting with flavor.

Spicy shrimp and spicy calamari were both delicious! I would have loved a bigger portion size for the calamari, but other than that it was fantastic. They only offer takeout so dont expect to eat there, but the quality is on point. You can wait a few minutes to get home to eat! Also they are located on the side of a roundabout so if you arent familiar with the area you need to keep an eye out for it or youll drive right by it.

THE BEST PHO IN VISALIA!!! Anytime we get a craving for pho, this is where we go! Their broth is really good and the meat is really good!We also ordered the egg rolls...they were delicious! I would recommend them too.If youre having a craving for pho, definitely go the Seafood N Pho!

This place is WONDERFUL! The food is delicious, the prices are affordable, the servings are well proportioned and the staff is friendly and respectful. If there is anything anyone might have a problem with, it would be the wait time. Considering how busy they stay, however, even that isnt too bad and its well worth the wait. So call ahead or even get it to go, but do go. 😜

Can’t imagine this was a genuine and authentic Vietnamese food! The fried rice was made with frozen veggies mix coming directly from a bag bought at the supermarket. And these veggies were heavily fried in garlic. The pho came in two containers and we weren’t warned one of them was with a RAW beef meat! We have never gotten served a pho before with a raw beef. The only time I have eaten a soup and I was supposed to put my raw meat in it was at a Hot Pot place - a Chinese speciality restaurant.I was charged extra for changing my boiled rice with fried rice, however, I never wished nor expected to be served brownish deeply fried rice with a veggie mix. The waiting time was another pain - more than 30min for a takeaway. Very popular joint with the Latino community of Visalia. At first, we didn’t realize it was a Vietnamese restaurant as 99% of the guests were non-Vietnamese. Not extremely expensive and the portions are large, but not the quality. Be ready for heavily seasoned in garlic food.P.S. the spring rolls do NOT come with a peanut sauce (typically served with Vietnamese fresh spring rolls).

Used to come here often when visiting family near by. Unfortunately their only doing take out and pick ups. Call in advance and make an order. Very limited parking sometimes but don’t think that’s an issue now since they haven’t been doing dine in. Wife has always ordered the calamari. What ever they do to it. They make it just right, have yet to complain about it. And the broth somehow it’s just the right ingredients where it’s not so overwhelming of salt in most pho places I’ve been.

Updated. $45 total for large pho, chicken plate, larb, rice bowl, two thai tea. Pho was good and came out fast. The chicken came out 10min later was very hot but plain tasting compared to before. The larb never came out until 20min later. By then we had been full already. Food service needs to be faster. Pricey considering the food and location. They are out of certain things like sticky rice and sausages. The menu looks plain and needs to be updated as well. Cramped place on busy days.

Stoped by here for lunch and hands down the best Asian food I’ve had in this little town. Last meal (of many) was the salt and pepper frog legs, fried calamari, and beef pho. Great food, and simply stunning food. Enjoy!

Pho isn’t the best in town, I’d say Davorns and Pho King has the best authentic pho broth in Tulare county. I can say though their salt and peppered calamari and shrimp are BOMB, also if you like Asian curry, order the coconut curry sauce on the side and use it as a dipping sauce, your not gonna be disappointed lol. I’ve recommended all my friends and they’ve said they never go without it now. The wait time just really sucks here to be seated.. longest was 1 hr to be seated..

Everyones either waiting to order or to be seated, right about now.I just took that picture.After seeing the high reviews, this was my first and last time I come here. The staff was very nice and polite, but I could not stomach the food and left the whole dish there. I respectfully told them, which they still decided to charge me instead of offering a replacement or refund.I will not be coming back and will definitely be sharing my experience on social media.

They always answer their phone and even when you can tell its busy, they still take time to answer your questions.Its location at the oval might keep some away but I swear its better than the mall and other locations in town. As you grab lunch with your Co workers sometimes youll try each others favorite spots and this one was still top notch.

Prices are different online vs in store. The person who answers the phones literally cannot multitask and when you pick up your food you’d expect the sauces with the food you’ve ordered but even if you ask for the different sauces they offer, they give you something else. I used to come here frequently and will not be going back or recommending to anyone.

My favorite Pho place. So the inside is a bit old and not pretty. It’s in the oval. But the food is delicious and fresh. We’ve been going here so long, we are treated very well and have never had a problem with service. They do get very busy and it’s pretty small so sometimes you have to wait a while. I get the beef pho, steak only. The spring rolls are good with this chili peanut oil sauce. The calamari is SO good. I’ve gotten this coconut fish curry, fried rice, and salt and pepper shrimp. All very tasty.

Ive never really been a big fan of Pho, but this stuff was actually quite good. What was really great though was the calamari rings. Delicious! We asked for them spicy and they come out with all kinds of peppers and chili oil over them. Outstanding! Have been back since my first visit just to order the calamari. Have also had a couple other non Pho dishes that were quite good.

The food is incredible. Off the charts delicious. You will wait awhile to be seated but its worth it.The bus service is the worst you will ever experience or see. They will take 2 to 3 trips tio clean a table. Use a old stinky towel to wipe the table. You will stand and wait while a table sits dirty and idle for minutes untouched.All that being said. I still come. I still wait. I still complain to my wife. Its still crazy wild delicious!

The only place in town to get great tasting pho and calamari, it cant be beat. Even for its price increase this place still has customers lined up outside the door that arent willing to leave because that how great the food is. But as for the chicken wings it is drenched in grease and has more of a flour taste rather than chicken. The last time I ordered chicken wings from here it had an awful taste in my mouth, that I decided to throw them away. People probably dont order the chicken as often because that isnt their main course, so of course, they dont order fresh chicken each week. Always phone in advance to have the food ready to take home rather than to dine in because of the wait times. Would like to see them be on grubhub in the near future but still the best place in town.

The last 2x i ordered here it took literally over 1h 30m just for two pho’s. no matter how advance you call in to place your order, they don’t make it UNTIL you get there. so if there’s a long line, you will STILL have to wait for the people ahead of you. even though you placed your order through the phone way before. they will even tell you 15-20 mins but when you get there expect to wait another 20-30 mins. i’ve worked at another thai cuisine restaurant and they would never do their orders this way. it sucks this is the only place with affordable pho but the wait time and customer service is just terrible.

The best pho and seafood. The wait time averages about 25-40 min wait. The restaurant building is old and not fancy but the food quality and prices cannot be beat. I love the coconut curry fish (fried or steam is good). The ginger fish is another favorite and the spicy seafood pho i love. Calamari and fried shrimp is yummy too. Everything is delicious.

These people had a bunch of fun loving opinionated outspoken young men running the kitchen that day, and from the empty lobby where I placed my order and waited I heard them joking about clowns and circuses and singing what seemed to be circus music and apparently finding themselves very funny as they were all laughing the whole time...(my hair was very short and bright pink at the time, by the way....)...I waited about 45 minutes for my lunch.... as other customers occasionally trickled in to pick up orders theyd placed......these guys served me lukewarm pho broth... its literally supposed to be scalding hot,(youd think after 45 minutes?)With rubbery .....squid(?)... Pretty good, wish there was more ambiance. The calamari was good, but my friend had mild chicken and rice and was on fire, I think there was a mix up. This place is amazing! Their calamari is quite tasty and best if you get it mild. Their boneless wings and salt n pepper shrimp is great as well. Majority of the customers get pho and its a must try preferably the sead food pho or if youre not into that then the beef. Its a bit less busier on week days than the weekends. The negative reviews about this place are unfair. Probably written by spoiled brats, bi+ches and rude a $$holes. Look, I water about 20 mintestinal to be seated and would wait 3 times that considering how delicious it is. Very generous portions and reasonable prices. If you dont have time to wait for a seat, go somewhere else. There is a reason they are so busy. IDIOTS posting bad reviews dont get that. Terrible experience, terrible customer service. Called to place an order for pick up, they didn’t even ask for a name. Then went inside and our order was given to another customer. I was very upset but they do get busy and I understand if they were having a rough day. Tried again today and same process happened. Not sure how this place has decent reviews. The waitress cared so much about talking to the cooks in the back that she never brought out my pho, I had to ask the cashier for it. The cooks already put the stuff away so how they served me so fast after is beyond me. I was never asked if I wanted more water or was able to ask my waitress anything....because I had no waitress! This place serves delicious food I must admit I was a huge fan until today, I was craving some shrimp and decided to call in my order to my surprise (1) it wasn’t ready in 20 mins like they said (2) gave me the wrong order didn’t realize that after driving 20 mins home, called them sent my husband back. Tried it at the recommendation of a friend. Their pho is good and I like that they offer to add things to it but their largest size feels kinda small from what Im used to from every other pho place. The staff is friendly. Place is meh inside. Placed an order for pick up got there 15 minutes later and the place was packed so expected to wait a little. As things started clearing up, still waiting. Got my food 50 minutes after putting in the order. Then realized they forgot part of my order. Waited for a quite a bit for them to make it and after a while nothing so I just left. They offered to give me my money back for the forgotten item but I just left bc I sank enough time in there. Been here a couple times just to change it up but know I wont be returning. Stick to my usual spot just a little further up north from now on. They also only give you one packet of each sauce to go which aint cool either

Waited over an hour for papaya salad (and they still messed up our order) last time we took our out of town friends there. Shortly after we went back. Waited over 30 mins to be seated and even longer for our food. We was regular customers there. That day they had their family there. Instead of catering to paying customers we wasnt even acknowledge. I understand you had family there. But why ignore your paying customer? Why not just shut down the place until they finished their meal? My freind and i went there today and the service was absolutely horrible!!!! the floors were covered in cheerios from previous people sitting there im assuming and the workers were very inattentive. we ordered our food which took a ridiculous amount of time to get to us and they still forgot half of our order while other people were being seated and getting their orders before us. we waited about 35 minutes which is ridiculous for two bowls of pho and some spring rolls. after we had got out order and finally got to eat, one of the workers cleaning and pushing the cart made me scoot my chair a few times just so she could get by.. another worker was serving other people their food and as she rounded the corner she splashed pho on me twice and didnt even bother to clean it up or say sorry. they never checked on us not one time to see if we needed anything and when i asked for a refill on my water she was rude and i had to wait another 5 minutes just for her to bring it back.. in my opinion they need to fire everyone there and get new people. older people who actually know what the hell they are doing and that can work in a professional and timely and sanitary manner.. but as far as the food goes, it was absolutely great.. i wouldnt say it was worth the wait and the horrible service, but it was really good.

Horrible! I got a to go order and they completely messed up my order. When I called them back they refused to take responsibility or even apologize on top of that they where so rude. Ive never experienced anything like it. Finally after a long phone call they agreed refund me if I brought the order back. I told them I lived pretty far and would not be able to go back that day. She took my name and number. She said okay your refund is $5.95 which means she didnt even include tax. They actually called me back about an hour later and stated they wouldnt be giving me a refund after all. At this point I just hung up, I did not want to hear another word.

This is a gem on the Oval in Visalia.Need to time yourself when you go because the parking lot gets full and you have to wait awhile for a table. I would suggest going during the daylight hours to be safe. My family and I love it when they have their crabs in season and we have it deep fried with spices. OMG is that so crab tasty that you suck off the spices off of the shell because it is so flavorful. Good to the last drop. We also have the fried rice with the salt and pepper shrimp and fried rice with salt and pepper chicken wings.OMG I dont know what seasoning they use but these two dishes are delicious and cooked just right- not overcooked.The fried rice has a lot of flavor in it and so very tasty. We also have the beef pho soup and the flavoring of the soup is so very good. Makes the whole dish so delicious. Great place to have a meal with family.

The fried calamari is the only item they got right.What a disappointment, I would never order delivery from here again, maybe the experience is different at the actual restaurant, but it shouldnt be, portions should be the same. I prefer pho from pho king because they have steak, dont like it brisket because of all the fat. My family and I regularly come here for Pho, Papaya salad and spicy calamari.The beef pho and seafood pho are good but I dont recommend the chicken pho. The chicken pho is off menu, served with beef broth using dark meat. Because its not a true chicken soup its a little off.I recommend the spicy fish dishes with rice, very good.Be prepared for MSG.
