Let me start by saying the staff here is great. The food quality is amazing, best pho place around. I got the Oxtail pho and let me tell you, go get it. It was excellent!! The spring rolls are amazing, even my 1 year old got down with it. If you never tried pho, this should be the first place you should try it at.

Read great reviews, gave it try. Look at the bean sprouts, it’s turning brown and not appetizing. The food is really below Vietnamese standard. Will not visit again. I rather drive a little further south to San Diego to have real authentic Vietnamese food.

So far have tried the Shrimp Vermicelli, garlic chicken wings, shaken beef, beef pho, mixed protein stir fry over crispy noddles and combo wok, I have to say all is well prepared and happy to come back to try more items.However, the crispy calamari is not a recommended dish (not tender and lacked flavor).

My wife and I love this place! The food is really good, good prices, and the service was excellent. They are very fast and efficient. The atmosphere here is really nice too, no loud music and the temperature was comfortable. Felt like a small family restaurant and tasted great. They dont use MSG in their Pho and they use really good broth. We will definitely be coming back here in the future!

2023 update: still great food and cool people.2021:Always delicious food no matter what you order.We also just learned today that whatever they plate your food with, its meant to be eaten. Lol. We thought the fancy lettuce and pretty cut cucumbers were just decoration and oh boy were we wrong.You HAVE to try the egg rolls especially, with all the little fix ins they bring with it. It will open up your taste buds in an unexpected way. So ... so ... so bomb.The owner puts lots of love and care into every single dish they serve.

This was my first time here and as soon as I walked it, it smelled so good. Ordered the combo fried rice and it was delicious. Served within a couple minutes as well. The server also gave me a small bowl of Pho to try. Highly recommend!!!

A really great and delicious pho restaurant! Truly authentic Vietnamese cooking, by real Vietnamese chefs. The special pho with ox tail is a superstar bowl! Wonderful food! The workers where really nice and friendly! If you have a peanut allergy be careful alot of the stuff has peanuts. There is a You can ask them to make it without peanut. There is a warning at the top of the menu. The food was fresh.You can get soups too. They are great during the pandemic. I will totally be back! Five stars!

Today my family and I tried out this restaurant that we heard about called Pho Neighbors Vietnamese cuisine. I I have to admit that its some of the best Vietnamese food weve ever tried! My husband ordered the filet mignon pho & I had the Sizzling Shaking Beef dish and it was amazing!! They Were both amazing dishes! You Definitely should try them both! You wont be disappointed! Thats for sure! At least we werent disappointed thats for sure! I mean It was so good that my daughter wants to go back tomorrow so she can try it for herself. I think I agree with her! LOL

This is my absolute favorite pho restaurant in the area. The soup is always fantastic and no matter what season of the year I come, I am always delighted with my meal! Servers are also great and always efficient, happy and polite. Can’t wait to return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to eat Pho.

Pho Neighbors really is the “it girl” of pho restaurants. Seriously, this is the best place in town for delicious and flavorful pho. The broth has a depth to it and you can taste the spices that have been cooking overnight. Not only is their pho the best, but the customer service is unlike any other pho restaurant. They are super kind, and the man who is usually working the front talks so passionately about their broth and culture with customers, it is super authentic vibes. My husband and I went there for the first time last night. The service was good and the staff was friendly. The food was great! My husband got the tofu pho with beef broth and brisket. I got the tofu pho with vegetable broth (not the most savory I’ve had but nonetheless still good). And we had the crispy butter garlic tofu as an appetizer. It was sooo good. If you love garlic, this dish is for you!!The reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5, is because of cleanliness. It wasn’t very dirty, but there were some things I noticed like the table not being properly wiped and heavy dust on the fan.But over all a good experience and I will definitely go back for that crispy butter garlic tofu!!

Come one, come all. This place is great, the broth is delicious. I ordered the vegetable Nihal soup, thats my favorite, and wasnt disappointed. One I tasted the broth I was hesitant to add anything to it, the dish stands alone. Keep up the good work 👏🏻

I want to start off by saying that the pho was pretty good. However the service and their thai tea wasn’t the best. My family and I ordered take out, and I would’ve understood if it took longer because they were making it from scratch but there were several customers who came in after us and still got their food before we did. It took around 45 minutes for our pho to come out and we only ordered two of them and some wings. Also, I ordered a Thai tea with boba and it tasted spoiled. One of the workers asked me how it was and I said that it was good (which I shouldn’t have) but then the worker talked about how they make their Thai tea fresh, but considering that it tasted spoiled to me, that seemed misleading. The thai tea tasted like either the tea had been left out for multiple days, the milk was spoiled or the boba had been sitting out too long. He gave one to my sister too for free, which I thought was nice, but after tasting it and finding out that hers was also spoiled made me wonder if they were just trying to get rid of it before they closed for the night.Like I said earlier, the food was great, but this experience just makes me not want to come back.In short, my suggestion to you is get the food but don’t get their thai tea and if you’re going to take out, call ahead.

This was my first time here, which is weird because I live so close by! I got take out, pho combo (for me) egg noodles and seafood Wok for each of my kids. And, of course, spring rolls. I was not sure how I was supposed to prepare the pho, and the staff was super nice and let me know step by step how to do it! It was a very positive atmosphere and I noticed it the second I walked in. GREAT customer service (hard to find these days) and the food!!! We all love the meals we got. On point, delicious!

We love Pho Neighbors (great staff, delicious food, clean restaurant)! We live close to here and have enjoyed all of our outings here. Lots to choose from the menu, but I usually get the House Vermicelli (comes with bbq pork and shrimp, and egg roll), my husband gets the Pho Combo (beef, brisket, beef balls), and we share an order of egg rolls -- so delicious (!), big servings, fresh vegetables. Always hits the spot! And before we were able to customize our order (e.g., more noodle, no bean sprouts). Huge parking lot, lots of inside seating (and outside seating too). Highly recommend!**Update: we have been coming to pho neighbors since my first review and love this restaurant. We take our family and friends who come to visit and they enjoy the food, staff, and atmosphere too! Well keep coming back!

The broth is absolute perfection. I highly recommend any of the soups they have. Their spring rolls and egg rolls are delicious as well. I cant speak to anything else because I havent tried it yet, but this place is a hidden gem. The restaurant itself is pretty cool too. I like the layout, color scheme and decor. You will know just by taking your first bite that the cooks have a passion for Vietnamese cuisine and if you dont try this place, youre missing out!

When dining in, you are served a good tasting Pho by friendly but non-professional servers. I had to ask for more napkins, water, etc several times. Server staff needs to be more customer-aware.Minus 2 star for not having any ventilation. Choked -- especially when they bring out a smokey (??) dish for another customer.Great potential from a hole-in-the-wall small restaurant.

The food and service were superb! We ordered the honey garlic chicken wings, shaken beef and vegetable pho. All were flavorful. The wings were especially delicious, with lots of caramelizes garlic bits, jalapeños and some veggies. Kudos to the friendly and attentive staff. We found it! Our search for good Pho was completed when we dined at Pho Neighbors today. Pho Neighbors is our 7th Vietnamese Restaurant we have visited since moving to Temecula last October. The Pho and spring rolls are by far the best we have had in this area and perhaps better than most we loved in the Bay Area. Pho Neighbors is located in Lake Elsinor, a hike, but not a long hike from our house. The restaurant is located in a strip plaza with acres of parking. The place is clean with plenty of tables and Johnny on the spot service. We both ordered Pho Ga and shared the shrimp spring rolls. The spring rolls are fresh and the peanut sauce is by far the best we have had since moving back to Southern California. The Pho Ga is very flavorable with lots of noodles of plenty of chicken. They also provide 2 different chili sauces, one that is more of an oil and the other has more garlic. They help kick the soup up a notch. Prices are good and selection is deep. We also felt service was outstanding. Pho Neighbors earned our seal of approval and also a 5 star review. It is; as good as it gets!

This place is one of the gems of Lake Elsinore area. I have eaten at a lot of pho places in garden grove and San Gabriel valley and this place is as good as a lot of the favorites from there. I had their pho Dac biet (special) and spring rolls. Both are really well made and at a very good price $.What made our experience great was not just the food but the young man behind the counter (not sure if he is the owner) - down to earth, welcoming to everyone, and was especially nice to my 5y/o daughter. Again exactly the small business that should be supported by the community. We will definitely be back.

We have a new winner. Best pho yet. Not as much meat as other places but the broth makes up for it. There are little things that could be better, such as wooden chopsticks rather than slippery plastic ones, but I prefer to rate the food over the pedantic things.

Okay we went to dinner with Diana. The first place were at wasnt serving anything we were hungry for, so we thought we might go to a burger joint. While we were heading in the direction of the burger joint, Diana said how great the new Pho restaurant was. Decision changed! Pho Neighbor is fantastic. Diana and I shared the Vietnamese egg rolls and Calimari. The egg rolls were fresh crispy and an amazing treat. The Calimari was tender, tasty and to be shared between more than two people. Howard had the house special fried rice combination with beef. OMG, the beef was tender and flavorishous. The staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. Thank you Pho Neighbor for coming to Lake Elsinore. Run do not walk to this place.

Amazing place. One of the best broth’s I’ve ever had, so good, I went two days in a row. I tried the vegetable pho and the filet mignon and added tofu. Both days I ordered spring rolls which they were kind enough to substitute prawns for tofu. Great specialty drinks. The customer service is awesome, the staff is very friendly and I believe it when they say the bone broth is freshly prepared each day. Inside is decorated so pretty. Definitely give them a try.

A restaurant where the owner gives off such a laid back vibe that the restaurant as a whole feels relaxing. Some pho places can feel quiet and awkward but that is not the case at this establishment.The food was excellent and was served quickly. When it comes to pho the broth is very important and it doesnt disappoint here. Its a very hearty rich broth.I give both thumbs up for those rainy days and a delicious warm Vietnamese noodle soup.

Seriously the best place around town! My wife and I are so glad our friend Jen referred us here. This place is hands down one of the best Pho restaurants we have ever been to and we have been to many. Mark told me about the story of how they make their broth and how they get fresh produce coming in regularly to make sure all their food is top quality. Their beef broth is the best we have ever had. I have referred many people here and said its worth the drive even if it is out of the way. I am so glad this place is only 10 minutes away from us.

This is our favorite restaurant! Not only is their Pho the best weve ever had, but everything else we have tried here is awesome too! They dont use MSG and everything is made in house. Mike is passionate about the quality, from the workers performance to the food they serve; he makes sure everything is on point. My kids (age 9, 7 & 2) love Pho Neighbors as well. They ask to eat here on a weekly basis and my 2 year old will even drink leftover broth for breakfast the next day. What better praise can we give than that?

I went many sushi shops and found this sushi shop has the best sushi! I got rainbow sushi, dragon roll. Eel roll tastes sooo good. The milk tea Boba is fantastic too. This is the place!initially I ordered pho neighbors on door dash and frankly wasnt thrilled with the pot-smelling delivery driver who didnt bother getting the extra condiments we asked for. But we decided to try again by phone order which is why Im writing this review. Mike took the order, and personally delivered it! He was incredibly friendly, professional and stands by their service! He clearly is very proud and passionate about his company.The broth is super flavorful and balanced. It is not overly salty or greasy at all. The Pho with all the added concoctions tastes great. The broth itself has a great taste. However, the meat servings were quite small (I only got about 3 to 4 slices of meat). Not a fan of the rolls but can see other enjoying it. I had to pick up my order since they didnt want to deliver to my house which is disappointing but nevertheless to my surprise the broth arrived hot. Overall the pho is good. Its one of the best in town.

Amazing pho, my family eat here once a week. Ok, some times two. Great food and great service. They got so big they had to expand into the next store next door. Sometimes you eat outside if no room. Sizzling shrimp, and salmon platter, i believe is their star attraction besides the pho. Prices are great.

By far our favorite Pho place around. The service is fantastic and the food is even better. The owner actually takes his time every day to make the real bone broth and it really makes the food so much better. And they even deliver! Wish I could give this place more than 5 stars.

This has to be the best Pho I ever had! The filet mignon Pho was amazing. Mike suggested this plate to my wife and my gosh it was superb. The service was first class. I have eaten in the finest Vietnamese restaurants in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Orange County, the East Coast and even in Europe. However the Pho at Pho Neighbors is at a different level. When I first went to Pho Neighbors, I really enjoyed the pho. I liked it so much I went and ordered it again a few weeks later via delivery and it was good. The soup came nice and hot, the container was filled to the top, plenty of toppings included.However, since then, things just arent the same. The broth wasnt quite as flavorful, wasnt as hot (though this may have been due to it being delivery), topping only had two jalapenos, the container wasnt quite filled all the way. The fried shrimp and eggrolls felt overcooked and tough.Furthermore, after giving the delivery driver the signed receipt along with a tip, the driver did not see the and kept asking about getting a tip. I had to explain that it was written in and he still didnt seem satisfied.Overall, it was a disappointment. I will have to find another Pho place.

Service is bad they never check on you. when I asked for the check I waited 5 minutes and saw the entire staff was having lunch. The broth was flavorless, and the basil and bean sprouts were old wilted with black spots and holes. When the restuarant first opened the amount of the food was generous, once I continued to go the portions felt like they grew smaller and smaller. Me and my wifes been going here weekly for about the last 2 months. the pho is delicious of course, but my favorite is their grilled salmon dish. Its a deep fried piece of salmon smothered in garlic and onions that have been sauted in butter and served over a bed of broccoli and carrots slices it comes out like chilis skillets smoking and sizzling in a cast iron dish but in a puddle of butter. Ive been wanting to work my way through their menu but everytime we go I cant help but order that dish, they got us hooked.

We visited this pho restaurant yesterday for the first time. The quality of the food was excellent. We love pho but recently we have had several negative experiences with oversalted broth. The owner of Pho Neighbors explained how this can happen and why their broth, as well as all of their food, is prepared fresh daily. That is very important for Vietnamese food. We plan to make this our only pho restaurant because we appreciate the perfect broth and fresh ingredients. The family owners were very nice and we felt welcome. This restaurant is close to Murrieta where we live.

Wow!!! This place is amazing! I was having a conversation with a friend and they were traveling the world. They ended up in Vietnam and told me about a dish called Pho! He said i needed to get some. I found this place last night and took my girl there. All the ingredients looked like something from a magazine. It was all perfect! I didnt know what to do with everything, so i just through it all in for broth. I put a lid on my bowl because i didnt know if it needed to cook for a bit. Then i was ready to eat! It was love at first bite! My girl and I loved at eachother and smiled..We both gave it a 10. The best way for me to describe it is... its taste very clean! Its amazingly tasteful but you can just tell that its high quality ingredients. I got full but it wasnt that heavy type of full. It was just amazing! The people were wonderful the place is clean and the food is off the charts good! Im actually going back tonight.. that will be my new favorite place to eat.
