These guys are smart for staying open late. That’s what got my friends and I to come, and the food was bomb. Our entrees were fresh and delicious. I loved the spring rolls too. In addition, the waiters were kind and fast. I’m looking forward to coming back.

We were trying to find a pho place at 8pm and all the other pho places were about to close, which brought me here. I have to say i am extremely disappointed with this place. I ordered the combination pho which was $13, and the broth tasted like water and salt. The ingredients were also only a little and the noodles used were thick vermicelli, not the Vietnamese standard. The meat was very hard to chew and I barely finished my pho.The prices are very high compared to other places. Just save your money and spend it elsewhere.

The reason why This time I give this Pho restaurant 1 star because their food quality is going down so far. I was a big fan of this restaurant for more than 8 years. The pork chop rice plate should have two chops like before they did. But now as you see, not match their Manu pictures. I only got one chop plus a little piece of pork. This is really bad and sad. I do love Phos. And also their price is going higher and higher.I don’t like cheating. If there is 0 star option. I would give 0 star for this.

With all the food price inflation recently, their price is super decent! Meat quality is good and the amount of food you get is worth the price. I have been to this place more than 10 times.I recommend their shrimp spring roll, fried tofu(really tasty) and super bowl

Enjoyed pho from here could not finish in one sitting. Nice and spicy with the jalapeño :) veggies are all on the side (ordered delivery) lemon is good perfect meal for cold days. Must learn how to use chopsticks for this that would help :) This location was one of few that did delivery late til 10pm much appreciated! I will update on the boba next time.

Not the best pho around. The broth was ok at best. I ordered the thin noodles, and they actually werent thin at all. On top of that, I didnt get any beef balls in my soup like I ordered, and there was a ton of fat in it instead of actual meat. All of you should go to Pho Pasteur a mile away. Thats the best pho place around.Oh, and Pho Ngoon got a B rating from the health department. A bunch of squashed roaches were right outside on the sidewalk. I dont have to say more.

The service is not good, they charged 15% service charges and asked me for the tips again. I don’t understand why the 15% only for the owner, the owner didn’t serve me. By the way, the food is ok but you sweat when you are eating especially when you are eating in Summer time.

Its a bit on the pricey side for pho. Yes the overall taste and presentation is above average. The broth is very flavorful. The pho dish has more meat but less noodles than other pho restaurants. Pho Tai, bo vien, is going to be at least $13. The rice dish does not use broken rice, which in some circles is not considered as good as the whole grain, but I like both types. Recommended for the taste. Vietnamese coffee at $5 (as of May 25, 2022) seems overpriced compared to Vietnamese coffee at other Vietnamese restaurants.

This place serves up pho-Hanoi style with wider noodles. The broth is understated and of a less salty varient but with deep satisfying undertones which is only attainable when pressure cooking bone broth for days. The meat is tender and delicious, and the vegetables, green and fresh. Highly recommended!

The phô is phônomenal!! (😅) . Broth is good, has plenty flavor. I ordered the number 8. Had all the fixings plus that beef bone. I normally dont get impressed by eating eating phô, but this bowl got me going. The size is awesome, reminds me when the size of a xe luá was an actual xe luá. it was a bit pricey but I felt its worth it. They give the optional regular thin vermicelli noodles or their fresh flat rice noodle (that I ordered) as well as egg noodles ( dunno why they offer that with phô but whatever floats their boat). Somehow I felt that the preparation is different; like its made to order. Ive had phô where the vermicelli has been boiled and sat in the bowl ready to serve knowing itll clump up and make it harder to eat and separate. The raw beef had been executed well, knowing that it was the last thing they topped on the noodles n broth to have it slow cook with the broth. There were pieces of tendon that Ive noticed it was cooked in a way that its soft and tender, not chewy. The brisket was alright. The beefballs were nice, not chewy or hard to bite into. The topper of this meal was the beef bone to knaw on. Ive seen it there for a couple of years, my brother told me to try it; never really went to try it only because of the traffic and parking is relatively bad there. But Im intending on visiting this phô shop again. Once more, Im quite impressed about this phô, and I dont get impressed by phô. Out of 5 stars, Id give it 10 suns and my ae86

It was very busy at the time when we visited there. The Pho bowl we ordered was pretty good except for the soup, which was less hot and a little too greasy than I used to have from other restaurants. Huge bone with lots of meat on it impresses us. But the noodles were too soggy. The floors were slippery with grease. Some bad, some good. If they can fix some issues, they might have to expand their business for sure.

This place used to be my favorite pho restaurant but recently I went and the food is still delicious but they have a grade B and I discovered the reason is they have cockroaches! When my friend and I were eating the server came out with the dish cart and a bunch of roaches fell out and were crawling on the floor. It was so disgusting we got up right away and had to leave. 😞

Food is so so, the biggest turn off was the veggies came with the noodles, it was dry and bad, those conditions better to do without. They were too cheap to throw anything away, they rather to give it to customers even they were bad. SAD!

Authentic Pho. The broth tastes like it was made from bones simmering in a pot for hours. Rich in flavor. We ordered special pho which included all meats, beef Rib pho, raw filet mignon pho, and egg roll w/ pork vermicelli bowl. The winner was the rib pho. This is one of the best They open until 1030 but they take their last dine in customer at 10 pm.

The place is small but has plenty of seating. You sit yourself and a waiter automatically brings you ice water. The food is amazing. I highly recommend having the vegetarian egg rolls. The vegetarian pho was so good and I will definitely be coming back.

I ordered rice noodle soup with meat ball, but it turns out too much onion on my noodle soup. They gave me lots of onions than noodles. My wife ordered same, but with pork meat. And it turns out theres alot of fatty on her pork meat. This restaurant is horrible. And thats why I gave it 2 stars.

Food is just above average, I would say. The only thing that got to me was the long wait to get the food after ordering. And then because of that wait, I was rushed to leave at closing while I was still eating. Generally, its customarily acceptable for restaurants to simply hand the bill during closing and let customers finish eating. In this case, it was to pay and leave asap which is pretty rude. I would most certainly not be returning.

Went on 05/13/2022 evening, and we were one of the two tables dining in. Food came out quickly, but as we started eating we found bugs crawling around the table out of nowhere. At first we tried to kill them so we can just finish our food and go, but more and more black dots started to surface 😨 Then we looked around and realized they were everywhere… We heard the table behind us were talking about these bugs too, but none of the servers seemed to know until we pointed it out. The staff claimed that it was because they left the door open.. but it was just too ridiculous, and we really couldn’t finish eating. We informed the server, paid the bill in full, and left behind 2 bowls of pho and an order of spring rolls basically untouched. No compensation attempted for this awful experience.

My friend and I ordered pho. In other places, the vegetarian pho can be bland, but here it was absolutely delicious. It was not too salty and just perfect. If the vegetarian pho is good you know that everything is good. My friend ordered beef build your own pho and she loved it too. In addition, the portions are plentiful. And they have pho containers to take with you if you can’t finish the scrumptious meal in one sitting. To top it all off, the workers are also very nice and helpful. Will be coming back for sure :)

Late Night... or anytime Pho :)I was in the area getting a Sunday massage right after a long weekend and what better way to recover with Pho for dinner.This place is located right off the main street in a corner plaza. Plaza has a good amount of parking and very lit up at night. The location was very clean and looked to be new or updated.The place was about half full but I still decided to get mine to go, that way I can be at home relaxing. I walked up to the counter and was greeted by the awesome cashier guy. I asked whats the most popular Pho on the menu, He highly suggested a couple of different ones. I made my decision on the Filet Steak Pho, I placed my order and was asked to wait a few minutes. As I sat I watched everyone else enjoying there meals and the company of the people with them, which looked like they were all having a good time over good food. A few minutes passed and sure enough my Pho was all packed and ready to go. Im always skeptical about taking it to go because if they forget to park something that just means Ill have to do without and its never the same if you miss an ingredient.I got home safely and so did my dinner. I unpacked everything which was nicely sealed and secured, I put my Pho together and was happy to see nothing was forgotten. I enjoyed every last sip/bite. This place is a solid Pho location and cant wait to return.I think Ill make Sundays a massage and Pho night regularly.Check them out if you are in the area!

This is by far my all time favorite Pho place to go. I always get the rare garlic steak and it is so delicious unlike any other place I have ever tried in my life (Limited to Arizona and California for Pho so far) Other places have this plain boiled meat taste but this place it actually has a very flavorful steak taste and everything else about my pho bowl is just always on point! Very big portions and usually have a hard time finishing all of it most of the time and the prices so so reasonable. I usually pair it up with thai tea which is also exellent. I have also tried the veggie pho with tofu and that one is another favorite and best vegetable tofu pho I have had also. This place is usually pretty packed and often times there is big families that visit. It is a smaller restaurant to begin with. The servers are friendly and the service is fast. The place is very clean. One last thing worth mentioning, the plaza of the restaurant is a smaller lot too and often hard to find parking. If you are anywhere within 20 miles of this place you HAVE to go! Ill post some pictures my next visit. Cheers!

Food:5/5 starsBún Chả Hà Nội had excellent flavor and authentic. Its one of very few restaurants that used giả cầy flavoring. The fish sauce dipping was just right not being stinky or salty. I did want extra salad though.Atmosphere: 4/5 starsIts a small mom and pop place seats 30 max with 3 booths and maybe 8 small tables. Decoration is modern and bright. Above average in cleanliness and nothing was sticky.Service: 3.5/5 starsIt seemed the 2 waiters were very inexperienced to put it mildly. They were all over the place and not not too efficient. My coffee didnt come out until the end of my meal and thats after I had to remind them. Kitchen food prep was fast enough though.Expense: 4/5 stars$8.90 for the bun cha and $2.90 for the ice milk coffee. Not the cheapest around here but not bad either. Pretty great place with fair prices and the drinks are really great, i love the passion fruit or the mango tea, they also have a soda limonade thats really great. I loved their eggrolls too! The only downside is Ive tried to go and parking was a bit of a hassle and i feel like there werent as many choices as Ive seen at other places.

Its a good place. A bit expensive for pho but I think its more so that you can use your credit card. I dont think they have there efficiency down. Rt Ngon!Still dont get the play on words with the extra o in Ngon (meaning delicious in Vietnamese), but oh well.Horrible location but expectedThis isnt a surpise in the San Gabriel valley but offer a small lot and be sure to know that everyone will park illegally. Ive been in this parking lot a lot now that Boston Lobster has opened next door so Ive seen the horrible parking situation. People double parking behind other cars and illegally parking in places that arent for parking. Typical Asian situation. Park on the street and avoid it allPho is the StarI like that the menu is condensed down to just a handful of pho selections but I am saddened that they dont have my go-to bowl Pho Tai Nam. Boo. Nonetheless the Pho Dac Biet (meaning Special) is a nice solid bowl of Pho. The broth is pretty good but I would say the meat is a little too fatty.Also had the Bun Thang. Its rare that a restaurant has this so I had to get it! Pretty darn good also! Its a good spot to get in and out of quickly for a good bowl of Pho with a decent Cafe sua Da also.If you know of a better pho place around please let me know! Been looking!

Whether you like Pho Ngoon or not might come down to whether you prefer the Northern or Southern-style pho.Pho Ngoon serves one of the best northern-style pho in San Gabriel Valley. Wide noodles are used here. There is a stronger savory ginger taste in their beef broth that is much more clear than the sweet Saigon-style broth typically filled with garnishes like Hoisin sauce, basil, and mint. There is hardly any trace of MSG in Ngoons broth, unlike the one at Golden Deli which contains a heavy dosage. The quality of the beef cuts is top-notch at Ngoon. I ordered the dac biet for a sample of all the beef cuts. The brisket was lean and tender. There was plenty of cow stomach in the bowl for a contrast in texture.Ngoons bún thang, a Hanoi-style chicken pho, is the ultimate comfort noodle soup. I like that the broth is a balance between sweet (especially if you mix in the shrimp paste called mam tom) and sourness from the mushrooms. It incorporates simple ingredients such as Vietnamese ham, mushroom, strips of egg, and shredded chicken. Ngoon opens at 10am, the perfect time to order bún thang for breakfast after a long night of feeling under the weather.One item that you cannot leave without trying is the sua chua mit, a Hanoi-influenced dessert yogurt topped with jackfruit blocks and grass jelly. Its a one of a kind tropical confection that is not found elsewhere in California. Ngoon prepares the yogurt in house that is smooth and extremely creamy with a hint of sweetness. As Monsieur I. describes it, the sua chua mit will melt in your mouth. Perfect dessert during the summer to share with a romantic interest.

I went in on a rainy day and almost slipped.. when i brought it up to cashier... he told me i shouldnt wear those type of shoes...i had just come out of work and was dressed in business attire... what an idiot.... how could he say something like that to payng customer.. it was my first and definitely my last time there... on top of that once i placed and paid for my order. I asked to add to my order i asked for spring rolls... in which he made me go outside into the rain to my car to get cash because it was under $10 and i couldnt pay with my ATM... on my way back in...i almost slipped again... this time I told him that it was my second time i almost slipped and that it was dangerous for customers...he said there is a wet floor sign....OMG... i told him the sign isnt going to keep people from falling... you need to put something on the floor so people cant fall he shrugged his shoulders and turned his back to me...i really got upset...we are paying customers and its their job to provide a safe environment for their customers...he didnt care...i asked for owners number to report him... he said he didnt know rhe number... after i left him know iwas going to contactmy attorney.. he gave it to me... he should be fired...poor customer service and no empathy towards its customers... without customers..there is no business...on top of that my PHO was cold and not tastey at all....there are far more better Pho places rhan this... dont go here.. this place is horrible!!!
