I get the feeling that there may have been a transition in ownership, as it seems despite the seemingly high rating, the reviews coming in within the last year or so are all pretty disconcerting. My wife and I decided to try this spot for lunch and upon entering realized the trash on the floor and uncleaned tables shouldve been our first clue to just leave. Additionally, the fact that at the peak of the lunch hour (12:15p) there were only 2 others in this large shop shouldve clued us in. Alas, HOPING that maybe the food would make up for the experience, we decided to stay and order. The limited menu had quite a few of the prices changed, but I decided to order the Shaken Beef and my wife ordered an off menu Vegetarian Vermacelli (which came with a chicken eggroll...).While paying for our food, I was surprised at the total cost of the meal. It was at least $5-7 more than the listed prices on the menu. Only after receiving the digital receipt (after we had left) did I realize they charged us more than what was listed on the menu.We then had a seat at a sticky table and waited. Our food arrived, and smelled decent, although it was concerning how small the portions were, and how poorly prepared it seemed the food was.My Shaken Beef arrived with a scoop of white rice and lightly steamed broccoli. No seasonings for either. The beef itself looked tasty, but upon lifting it up, it was evident that it was completely charred and burned, and much of it was sticking to the cast-iron dish it had arrived on.My wifes Vermicelli was bland and far too small for the nearly $14 we were charged for basic vegetables, noodles and half-cooked tofu.Unfortunately the inedible beef dish was the last straw and we left, having spent far too much money and leaving hungry. There seemed to only be 2 people in the shop, and neither were in the dining area after delivering our food, and we werent going to wait around to ask for a refund.Im hopeful others experience is better than ours, but based on the reviews, Im realizing its a real problem.

The people who own this place are so nice and the food is delicious. I recommend the glass noodles, they were just fantastic. The shrimp fried rice was also really good. You must give their Thai Tea a try, you wont be disappointed. I will definitely be back!

I always go to this place every weeknd with my cousins and it’s amazing!!!! The pho is very tasty and authentic. I really recommend trying the Pho bò vien it’s a classic👌🏼. I also recommend the peach green tea during the summertime it’s a refreshing drink! But 10/10 would try again

I had to throw all of it away. I ordered shrimp pho and beef pad see ew. The pad se ew was SUPER SALTY and I couldnt finish it. The shrimp soup lacked flavor. I was intending to go to the Chinese food place next door, but decided to try these folks instead. I hate that I was disappointed. The Thai tea was good, tho. $30 down the drain. The staff is super sweet and its a very clean place.

I hope anyone reading my review considers before going to this terrible place, as I am a military professional working man who doesn’t complain even in blue moons. The prices are not listed on the menu, as if they choose what to charge you. The drinks cost the same amount as the meals. The food is too salty. Being a person of color I noticed the waitress asked me to pay first and another customer of different race was served then paid when he got up. I felt sick to my stomach the whole time I sat there and ate the small portion that definitely was not worth the price…

The chairs were hard, no AC, it was about an hr after opening and they seemed to barley start getting the place ready. They had no boba and the chicken pho didnt taste good. The herbs they gave us were old.

Good food. The place itself could be a bit cleaner or better kept, but not too different from the norm for San Bernardino. Really cant complain too much, because the food was better than I expected.

Very disappointed this time.We went there a few weeks back for the first time. Took my in laws and they loved it!Took them back while they were in town and purchased way more food.My drunken noodles tasted like the boiled the rice noodles and then tossed in chili oil with no salt or any seasoning. The other types of chow mein and noodles also didn’t have any flavor. Spent $100+ in food for it to be gross. We won’t be back. Thought we found a good place!
