Went there for the second time and I must say it was again a good experience. Food was delicious and very friendly staff. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone.

We ordered the BBQ Chicken and BBQ Pork Bahn Mi (Take Out). Both were delicious BUT ....the amount of meat and filling was disappointing. Even though the price of their Bahn Mi has gone up by about $3.00 from 5 years ago (now its $9.20 for one Bahn Mi), Id probably order it again. The veggies in it were nice and fresh. Jalapeno slices gave it the right amount of kick.

After a few days exploring the Joshua Tree Natl Park, we decided to have lunch here to bid farewell to the park. Not expecting much from a shop in the desert, we were surprised... The shop was clean, the Phos came in a big bowl with lots of tender meat in delicious sauce 😋 They provided all of the vegetables and condiments that you asked for. The owner told me that they made their own fresh noodles... If the servers could tend to the customer a bit more and the decorating could be a bit more inviting, then it will be perfect. Overall, it was a very good experience.

We stopped at this location for some quick dinner during our road trip, but the experience was mediocre. The egg rolls were not very good, and even tasted a little sour. We did not like them. The soups were super ordinary in our opinion, so the restaurant overall is average.

I’ve had Pho before and was very turned off by it! I decided to give Pho a second chance and this place has restored my faith in Vietnamese cuisine again! Will definitely be back again and try other things in the menu! Had the brisket Pho, it was great tasting, full of flavor and a plentiful portion! My wife had the vegetable and tofu Pho and she gives it 5 stars!!!

OG Pho flavors here! The broth taste good and not greasy. The spring roll is larger than other places, fresh ingredients and delicious. You can get many combinations of the spring roll. The waitress is very friendly and service is great! Id definitely recommend this place for Pho lovers!

Was in the area because I had jury duty. The reviews for here were good so I decided to see for myself. I ordered a iced tea with Boba and a vermicelli dish. Drink pretty good. The dish I ordered is the same dish I usually get at Pho Vu. It was a lot a like, but different in a couple ways. At Pho Vu the dish is a cold dish so I was surprised the noodles were hot it this one. If you know the dish it has Noodle, lettuce, Cucumber, carrots, Cilantro and shrimp, egg roll and BBQ Pork (few other small things like bean sprouts and peanuts) Then you put a dressing on it. I do prefer the cold noodles Im use to. The egg roll was really good. The shrimp was meh and the pork was good too. All and all a nice lunch. I know everywhere seems more and more expensive. Having said that it was like $30.00 after tip for just myself.

The lady taking my order made a suggestion of #44 over whatever I was ordering. I listened and she was right. It was the chicken and rice plate. It was my favorite of the order. Simple, well executed, and delicious. Everything had the qualities of light and flavorful. Its the kind of take out that you dont feel bad about eating afterwards. We also tried the bbq pork spring rolls--delicious. In addition, we had pork and shrimp egg rolls, bbq pork bahn mi, and the crispy wings. Everything was good, will be back for more.

My meal was the charbroiled chicken and steamed rice, I enjoyed it. My daughter had the Pho it was a huge serving and very tasty. My son tried the house special and was disappointed he said it was over seasoned, and greasy. The 2 young ladies were on top of everything. I loved the passion fruit drink yum it is a delicious refresher.

I felt like the food was too pricey for pho. It was like $11 a bowl. Pho was also only mediocre. The soup isnt as flavorful as other pho places. Service was okay. There was no wait. They share a parking lot with other places. Bathroom has two stalls.

Food was ok, although it wasnt what we ordered. We sent one back and didnt want to send the second one back. When given the receipt, the crispy beef noodles was menu priced at $14.71 but we were charged $15.50. The owner said it was because it was crispy and not stir fried but there was no indication of the price increase on the menu. I paid the $15.50 because $.69 is not much but I told them to review their menu and make sure they are charging based on menu price.

I tried to order grilled chicken pho which confused the waitress. No biggie, so I swapped to the grilled chicken vermicelli.Chicken tasted great with lemongrass, the rice noodles and the rest were average.My waitress was busy so I paid at the counter where the owner (who cooked my food) asked me if I ordered the #55 chicken vermicelli. I say yes, he takes a long time at the register so I just pay and go.Checked the receipt and he changed the order to shrimp at a $4+ dollar upcharge which I didnt catch until I left. So... $19 and change for a dish that should be waaayyy cheaper.Reading the other reviews this seems to be something they do often so please check your order carefully or just go to a place where they arent thieves.

I wish I could give less stars....1 they babe 2 different menus with 2 different prices. Same products and they charge you with the highest. Will tell you ro your face the manager wont do anything to fix it. If you dont like their products they wont refund even if the Boba taste powdery.The waitress barely acknowledged us and walked by us multiple times with her head down so she couldnt catch our eyes.

Staff is always very friendly, the service is great and its clean. The pho is the best around, hands down. I always get the brisket. And their spring rolls are always made fresh to order and the peanut sauce is addicting. Everytime Ive ordered the fried spring rolls they always come out piping hot, and the dipping sauce it comes with is really nice and light. The serving sizes are pretty generous as well. This place will not disappoint.

After coming to Indio every weekend for 8 months, Pho of the Desert ended up being our very favorite stop for lunch. I get the pork Banh Mi which is a simply exquisite sandwich! I got really excited to find a new Vietnamese restaurant because thus far I have disliked the ones Ive been to in Palm Springs and La Quinta.Their menu is great. Weve been here several times. Last night was the worst experience weve had. We had a group of eight. Seven of us had their food for 15 minutes or more before I got mine. We ordered smoothies and got those after we were done eating, but had not asked for this delay. Our waitress was overwhelmed it appeared and didnt refill our waters or check back with us at all once we got our bill. She seemed to be the server and busser. I got up three times to get to go containers from their stack and no one even said anything to me - apology or otherwise. It was a very poor experience and will cause me to look elsewhere for Pho.

My girlfriend and I have been looking for a quality pho restaurant ever since we moved back from San Diego. Well after months of eating and just about every other pho restaurant in the valley and being disappointed we were recommended to visit this place. We were not disappointed!! We have eaten here twice already and this place has the best Pho in the valley!! So much so that I make the 40 minute drive from my house just to eat here. Also the boba tea and veggie spring rolls are sooo tasty! If youre looking for authentic delicious Pho youve found the right place!

Tried their Pho (of the desert) menu #21. What a SURPRISE!! This was one of the best & delicious Vietnamese Pho restaurant that need to recommend for any one ever pass-by Indio. Theres 5000 Sqft. Space, Neatly decorated, clean and organized. With A.C and Fans running, The service-friendly with eyes catching menu items. You would hate yourself if you didnt pick the Pho (item#:21). DO NOT EAT HERE. I have never eaten at a place with so many problems in just ONE visit. The menu offers a chicken broth substitute, when we asked for it she looked at us like we were crazy when it was literally written in print on the menu. We went for the Shrimp, Fishball and Squid... ZERO SQUID but that’s not even where the real issue lies: When we asked about the older woman with a heavy accent claimed we asked for it to be REMOVED. Girl what? Then we waited 20 minutes for a receipt in an EMPTY RESTURANT with a waitresss who NEVER stopped at our table (the only seated table) and the owner (woman with heavy accent) kept pacing doing nothing. The food itself was wrong, the menu was wrong, owner is wrong. There’s nothing about this place that’s right. I NEVER write reviews but this place is a mess.

My daughter asked for pho and we were pleased with the food and service. We ordered the BBQ port spring roll, a large bowl of brisket pho, and a chicken banh mi sandwich. We underestimated the potion sizes and had to take home a full serving of the pho and the entire sandwich, which were looking forward to eating tomorrow.
