Nicely located next to Seafood City and a few other Asian places to shop like Valerios Bakery. Food is decent and tasty and good portion. Has plenty of tables for dining in and pretty large menu. They have a good selection for pho soup. We ordered their rice plates for dinner and was tasty. Prices are steep compared to San Jose. Overall good Vietnamese eatery for the area.Cheers!

Weve been coming here for years and are never disappointed. My mom loves their chicken pho, my boyfriend loves their #1, and I love the rare beef and brisket pho. I also get a Thai tea everytime, as this restaurant has one of my favorites. The broth is also so tasty and warms us up right away.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟Nah- this place gets a 5 star heres why. I, an avid lover of pho, have lived all over CA from the bay, to LA, to Sac. Ive tried SOOOOO many pho spots- THIS PLACE IS THE TRUTH. No broth can compare. Some dude commented that the broth was off. No, Sir. Either Your tastebuds are or youre just used to mediocre broth profiles. Listen folks- i dont get paid for this but i will take the time to show some love to this Amazing pho house. Put it like this- I was born in the bay and I asked all my local vietnemese homies, maybe 17 years ago now, when my pho game was in its infancy, where to go other than their grandmas house for that quality bowl of pho and they said the Pho Pasteur. Them folks are friends for real. 5 stars 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

We went there on weekend,i was first time but my friend went there too many times and was not really crowded, before we went there my friend told me about fast service here, and I cannot believe it really fast, we just sat there and water brought out we ordered right away, and under 5 minutes everyone have food, my friend ordered Bun Bo hue, I ordered Pho, Pho was my favorite, flavor and tasty, we like it, recommend for everyone to try

Food is great, but service is rushed. Closes at 9, but at 7:45, they tell you take out only. Went there 3 times and seen people get turned away before 8pm. U should know what you want before you get the menu, because once u sit, the waiter never leaves. But thats most pho restaurants.

Today I went with my kids and my husband to eat pho here. I havent been here for awhile. The service use to be good, now it just isnt the place I would go to anymore. When the waiter brought our food it was like they were throwing it at us and that is so uncalled for. The person taking our order was even horrible. She was taking our order and she told me to shush. I just looked at here. Again I will never go here ever.

My family loves Vietnamese Pho, but we tend to come to this restaurant once or twice a year. My pet peeve is that this establishment is still cash only, and usually that means, the owners are avoiding paying taxes on the revenue they make. Also, in this day and age, I personally do not carry a lot of cash. They do not have an ATM machine in the restaurant, and the cashier/owner will tell you that there is a bank in the area.Pros: Free parking; food is good; usually no waiting; restaurant is well lit and bright;Cons: CASH ONLY for payment; no ATM machine in the restaurant; service could be better - they got my sons noodle order wrong, and they never come by after to see if anything else is needed (take your order - drop your food - get your money); the servers that bring out the food need a bit more training - my son who got the wrong order almost burned his hand when the server HANDED him the hot bowl, instead of placing the bowl down in front of him; prices could be better since they are not paying extra for debit/credit machine fees or taxes on non-reported cash transactions; food is good, not great, so we do tend only come once in a blue moon. Its hard to support a business where the owners only think about themselves, and not the customers.

I drove by one day and saw quite a lot of people inside. So, i decided to try it out for lunch.The amount of meat in the Pho is more than the new store across the street. However, the taste of the soup is not as good as the new store.Coffee: They put way too much condensed milk inside and it makes the coffee way to sweet.Generally speaking, this place is ok for a very quick Pho and lunch

Pretty good place. Chucky and I had the noodles. The service was quick . The place is a bit small if I can remember correctly, but parking is good. You might miss the place as it sits behind Carls Jr and cant be seen from driving by the small shopping plaza(if you could call it a plaza) its definitely not a strip mall.

I live in San Francisco and when my pho craving gets bad, I head done here. The broth is always consistent and the noodles are always soft. The spring rolls are freshly crisp but the sauce could be updated a bit. But they always keep me coming back. Been coming here for over 10 years and will continue to do so.

#56 is my current favorite. The rice is flavored with garlic. The vegetables are fresh and crisp, never over cooked. The squid, shrimp, imitation crab, and fish balls mix made up good flavors. Not too heavy, not too light.Service at this place is always fast and attentive. While our server brought over some of our dishes, another server made a quick assessment of the order and checks kitchen for the other dish without us having to mention anything. Great place for lunch!!

My favorite Pho restaurant. No bells or whistles. Just good food and the patronage shows it. I have friends who go out of their way to have Pho here when other options are near by. I recommend giving their BBQ Grilled Chicken Rice Plate a go. Perhaps the best I have tried of any Viet restaurant Ive had it in. Cash Only so be prepared. If you forget, Bank of America is in the same shopping plaza.

You dont get the soup broth with your meal if you order togo, and for $15 for a rice plate you should. Its good food, but its not that good. The place across the street is just as good but also about the same price, I think its called Pho VN...anyhow your best value vietnamese food bet is getting the Banh Mi over at Cam Hoang(other side of Dyer), they also have a steam table selection. Im not a big Pho person I usually get Com Dia, and at Pho Pasteur the highlights are the veggies: thick sliced carrots daikon and cukes, and good Nuoc Cham. I usually go for grilled pork or shrimp cake, but the protein always comes out good. But the correct balance of sweet spicy and savory are on point to get that umami goodness you get from Viet food. Now if they just lowered prices and/or had decent Banh Mi.

Cheap and very tasty delicious pho! Service sucks...as most asian restaurants though. First time we were greeted with a very sad looking waitress, she told us sit where ever, then threw a couple of menus on our table with out any smile or anything. Then brought us water and slammed it on the table hella hard. we ordered our food and it was out within a couple of minutes, super fast! it was delicious, so we still keep coming back here all the time. Whoever is working in the kitchen is the best.

This is our favorite place for takeout when were sick, its cold outside, and we really dont feel like cooking. Pho just hits the spot perfectly. Maybe the pho broth has magic healing properties, who knows?Everyone has their favorite order in our house, including pho with rare steak, pho with flank, vegetarian rolls, summer rolls, and iced coffee.

The place needs to be clean and sanitized .Theres an unpleasant smell .I think the tables cleaning rags should be washed every time they clean them. Sorry to say, will never go there again . For starters I ordered food to go and when I got there I never got a receipt and later discovered a green worm in my spring rolls box . It was alive and kicking, of course I took a picture and short video . So I called the restaurant and spoke to someone who had trouble understanding English, Ive asked if they could take a picture of receipt and texted, they said no one has a smartphone .So I had to drive back for receipt and return the food, bad experience to say, wow, no empathy what so ever . The person in charge apologized by adding a statement, it happens 🤔, Im like astonished and confused .overall I would never refer anyone to go eat there .
