This pho spot is kinda pricey for pho but they do have higher quality meats, especially the wagyu. The broth is flavorful which is a good sign for good pho. I got thick noodles which was a bit too overcooked. Ill get the thin noodle next time since it has a chewier texture according to the waitress.The highlight of the meal was the sliced wagyu on the side with a hot broth to cook the raw wagyu with. After cooking all the wagyu, which were so buttery soft, the broth is now fused with all that wagyu beef flavor! The broth was just good before but after all the wagyu cooking, the broth was next level.Id go back here again! 🥰😍Imo, id go to Pho Akaushi in Garden Grove because their broth was bolder. If youre closer to Cerritos, this spot is worth a try!!! Also, James is a sweet guy. I think hes the owner and he took the time to explain where their beef came from.Update: Took my friends here last night. Theyre probably short-staffed but they werent busy and they took long to give us the menu. The broth wasnt as good as I remember it but at least the meats were a good quality. Usually, I would never use hoisin and Sriracha because the broth has so much flavor but this time, it needed seasoning. Im just glad there was no wait to get seated but sadly, we werent attended to right away.

The rare steak pho is delicious. Waygu beef is so tender and the soup is on bar to any good Pho in Little Saigon.
Went here on a whim and gotta say was not disappointed. I ordered the pho with rare steak and fresh noodles. My sister had the pho combo with fresh noodles. The broth was rich and flavorful, plenty of meat and the fresh noodles were really good. We also shared an order of spring rolls with pork. Very crispy and fresh as well. Definitely check it out!We will be back.
We waited for more than an hour and didn’t get a table despite being promised the wait is short.Yelp waitlist shows 12-24 minutes but none of the staffs were monitoring the tablet. The staffs ignored us at the doorway for a long time before saying it will take a few more minutes (there were 3 empty tables).

There’s a lot of competition for Pho in the area. We have tried them all. Pho Little Saigon is the one place with consistent quality. Pho is always excellent. During the pandemic we were ordering out at least twice a week. Best comfort food you could find. Seems the name has change so I assume It’s been bought out. Hope the new owners can maintain the quality.
A must eat if you are anywhere close! We all ate pho and had the appetizers i forget the name but very tasty. Compared to the pho back in our state this was 100/100. Waygu rice yes yes yes!
Ive been to several Pho restaurants around the area. This is one of the best. It has an A rating. The food was tasty. The restaurant was very clean and the service was quick and nice. The music was good and the overall feel of the place was nice. The only surprise was that werent more people there, I guess a lot of people do takeout from this restaurant. For us this is our new Pho place.
Pho was a very beefy soup base. The noddles was not water down taste perfect with the soup base, the meat was very tender A+++ would recommend if someone wants to try Redbo.
My go-to spot for pho. While their pho is slightly more expensive than other places, their generous portion, high quality soup, and top notch service makes it worthwhile!

We like the food here and the prices. We usually have pho but I like to get dry noodles sometimes too and its always good. Not sure why business seems to have fallen off even though theres plenty of traffic through the strip center where its located. At least that means you get your food quicker!
Little Saigon is one of the the best places you can eat. They have Authentic Vietnamese food and not to mention their chicken Pho is THE BEST!!! The egg rolls are amazing!. Its a great place where the staff is very kind and there is never any wait time to find you a table and the food is delicious!. I give this place 5 stars and highly recommend it to anyone who loves Pho and other tasty Vietnamese foods. I come here about once a week and its worth it!!!.
Weve been coming here since it was known as Pho Jackie and the Filet Mignon Pho is just as tasty as before. The Pho broth is a little sweeter than Pho Tasty but that is matter of personal preference. The key thing is that the MSG is light handed which although doesnt bother me personally but on principle is an unnecessary shortcut. The dining area is spacious and clean. There is ample parking although in weekends you will have to walk a little farther because the center still gets busy.
One of the better Pho places Ive been to. Generous portions. I usually order the House special Pho bowl but I ordered the kids Pho bowl with meatballs this time because I wanted something lighter tonight. It was still a good sized portion.
The pho was good. The only thing that was disappointing was that I ordered the house special and got very little of tripe, tendon and no meat ball. Then my son ordered the shrimp and chicken Pho and counted 2 shrimp. I will just keep eating my Pho in Rosemead..great service though.

We ordered Pho which was really good except we were a little disappointed that w they didnt serve mint leaves with it. The service wasnt terribly attentive but overall the price was very reasonable for some really good Pho. They could invest in some tv screens and mint leaves to make it an exciting venue and possibly some new interior shutters.
This is our go-to Pho place near Cerritos. Prices are good, wait times are typically short and we havent found a broth we like better. If you like Pho Tai I recommend getting the beef on the side to avoid having it come out well done. Just dont wait too long to add it to the soup!If you are hungry for more than soup get the Cubed Steak with Tomato Rice. The flavor is among the best of all Vietnamese dishes I have tried.
Wow... Great food, the seasoning is spot on. We had the beef Pho with eggrolls and my husband had the pork chop plate both dinners were Delicious. The server was friendly and overall we had a great experience.
Service was pretty good. I ordered the bun Bo hue and it lacked serious flavor. Extremely watered down if you ask me. You do get a decent amount of fried egg rolls which was nice.

First off this place smelled like rotting eggs maybe there is a sewage problem? And the one (and only) server was not good. Never got a refill on my water and he had a bad attitude the entire visit. Never coming here again.

I love pho thai. I have them give me the beef outside the bowl (raw) and mix it into the pho after my order arrives. This keeps the beef real tender. It still cooks fine because the pho is very hot.

The various cuts of meat were tender & juicy. I always ask for extra bean sprouts, and Pho Little Saigon had no problem fulfilling my request. I was told the wait would be 5 minutes, and my to-go order of pho came out at about the designated time.Service was good. I asked and was given water to drink while waiting for my order. I saw a container of whey protein behind the register and jokingly asked How much do you charge for a scoop of whey protein powder in my pho? Ample seating via handsome bamboo furniture. I made a horrible mistake coming here a few day ago since there is another pho place in the same shopping center.The place was empty execept 1 full table of a family. I should have turn aroud and run out then but stupid me just wanted to give it a try.Even with mostly empty table, the waiter sat me on the table right next to the restroom. Really? Because I came there alone so I wouldnt mind the stench coming from there?After bringing me the water and the menu. The waiter basically stood there as if I already know what to order right away. I asked for a few minutes to look at the menu. He then realized how awkward the situation was. Even then, all he did was turning around leaning on the next table with the writting pad and pen on his hands. At this point, I really questioned myself whether I should order aome random thing on the menu or continue to figure out a good dish.So the food came out, the noodle was stale, dry, and very very little. I ordered a plate with shrimp with it came out without even a shell. But to their credit, the food was swallowable.As I sat their eating, since it was also close to the kitchen, all I could hear was people yelling at each other in the back mixing with some lound pop songs on the speakers. The vibe here guarantees that you will dig through your food quickly.Needless to say, I left quickly and went to the next door store to buy some additional food to eat. The noodle was that little.

I love this place.Its my go to spot for Pho. I love the crispy egg rolls. Last time I went Im not sure if they got smaller or I ordered the wrong ones.. I also want to big a fan of their pork wontons. Very little meat and lots of crispiness. I love the pho tho.. always good.

2023-08-31 18:41:17Im from Sacramento and I was visiting my sister and her husband. They wanted to try this pho place out and so we did. They only use waygu meat for their pho. The broth was delicious and meat was tender. We also ordered a few other dishes and the sizzling waygu carpaccio which was yummy and they fired it up in front of us which was pretty cool. We also ordered some taro teppanyaki fishes as dessert and oh gosh I wanted more. Didnt get a photo of it because we ate it up. It was flaky, buttery and just sooo good. Will definitely come again when Im in town. The owner of the restaurant came out and she was very nice and very knowledgeable of her dishes too. Great place.

For the pho you definitely do get a lot of meat and veggies, but the broth was not very flavorful and the noodles lacking. The service was alright. The server was very nice during greeting and order taking, but was slow and not very attentive. No follow ups to offer water or check-ins were given after the food was served.Overall Id say this place is a solid 3.5/5 stars. It was decent for what you pay for, but Im not sure if I would go back.

The server was friendly and polite. However, service was slow.They do not have the freshest ingredients. I asked twice for a replacement of ingredients.I don’t see myself returning here as my experience did not entice me to want more, or try their other dishes.Also, the windows had friendly-small crawlers as companions to eat beside

I went a few times to their garden grove location but this Artesia location is actually closer to DTLA and also have spacious parking spaces. Wagyu pho is really good as always. There are vietnamese coffee, fresh watermelon juice, wagyu fried rice, efc. Totally worth a visit!!

Theyre certainly using a cut more fatty than the typical eye round which being lean makes it a bit tough. A bit more than other phos but the meat makes up for it. Egg rolls were just ok.The service was fast, we came during non peak hours though. The ambiance was modern and clean

2023-09-22 07:41:10It seems to be a newly opened store with a new owner. The store was clean, but the staffs service did not seem familiar. Vegetables such as onions, bean sprouts, and cilantro must be requested in advance so they are not forgotten. There are two thicknesses of noodles to choose from. Regular size is also appropriate.
