Quality pho with an emphasis on the beef. If you want top-tier pho, this is the place to go. They give huge portions even for the regular size, all the ingredients are fresh, and the taste is authentic. I went on a Sunday night, and there was no wait. Staff were friendly and provided quick service. This is one of the best, if not THE best, pho places in Orange County.

This was our very first stop after getting off the plane. The food was amazing! The broth was incredibly flavorful and the portions were generous. My wife doesnt eat pork, so the fact that they have chicken spring rolls was a great surprise. Overall a very good experience. Highly recommend!

The pho here was fantastic! I couldn’t get enough of their wagyu broth which was absolutely flavorful and delicious. I had the Brisket Pho and also tried their new Oxtail Pho (very tender and delicious) and there was a generous amount of meat and vegetables. My wife had the Wagyu Bo Kho (beef stew) and thought it was amazing. Also, give their appetizers a try if you have a chance - their wagyu capriccio and egg rolls were the bomb. Definitely recommend this spot if you’re ever near the Rodeo 39 Plaza or west side of Garden Grove.

Another place checked off my bucket list! Parking was super easy and the service was quick and efficient. The wagyu they use is so kept in your mouth tender I could eat it all day! The broth was tasty and delicious. I tried their egg rolls and they reminded me of my moms. They even have truffle fries! I can never say no to truffle fries. they have a flaming wagyu dish which they torch it at the table in front of you and it was sooooo tender!!! I also tried a friends oxtail pho which was full of rich flavor and so tasty! I dont know which one Ill get next time I go! Someone got the beef stew as well and it was definitely something Id go back for since its kind of a unique dish for a pho restaurant and it was so well made! I could always get it to go I guess haha. I did that for the wagyu fried rice which I didnt even touch when I was at the restaurant but ate it the next day for lunch and it was fabulous!

Best pho I’ve had. Broth is flavorful and delicious. I love that they offer fresh noodles here. They use wagyu beef here and Meat quality is great. Ordering a pho combo let you try a variety of wagyu cuts and meatballs.The only thing is that they are very busy during lunch hours. Usually not much service since they are extremely busy.

This was my first time at Pho Redbo and its going to be my new go-to! I ordered the golden truffle fries, flaming Wagyu carpaccio, pho with oxtail, and pho with rare steak. I absolutely loved the flaming Wagyu carpaccio; not only was it delicious dipped into their house special sauce, but also it was a cool experience because they blow torch it right in front of you! I also loved how flavorful their pho broth is. Any toppings would go well with the broth, but I particularly loved the oxtail with it and I hope they keep the new dish around! The service was quick and friendly, and there were ample parking spaces in the plaza parking lot. I definitely recommend giving Pho Redbo a try if you are in the area and craving Vietnamese food!

This Vietnamese restaurant provides high quality meats. It has WAGYU A5 from Japan. The Vietnamese coffee is the best. When we arrived at 5:35 p.m. on Sunday, there was a 35-minute wait time to be seated.This is one of the best Vietnamese restaurants.

I’m here because I’m curious about the combination of wagyu and pho and I’m also attracted to the beef carpaccio that I have seen on social media 🙊 We order:- Wagyu Carpaccio 🥩. VERY RECOMMENDED! Simple, but delicious!! 🤤 It is sooo tender and juicy. I love the caramelized onion that comes with it too. They torch the wagyu in front of us soo we get to see a bit of an attraction here 🤩- Pho Combo 🍜. YUMMY! the broth is rich, but also smooth. Very comforting! 💕 The beef cube is surprisingly very tender. Love it!- Wagyu Fried Rice 🍚. It’s okay for me! I expect more flavor from this dish, but the wagyu in it is once again fantastic. 🌟Definitely worth a try! ♥️

The food and the service were 10/10.Lucky to have found this place through a friend’s recommendation, I was so excited to give it a try.We ordered spring rolls which were good and the wagyu carpacio. The meat was So so good.Then came the main event— I ordered the combination pho but my favorite cut of meat was surprisingly the tender cuts. they were melt in your mouth ribs I think. The broth was also delicious and you had a choice between wide or thin noodles. It also came with different herbs and plenty of limes.The portions were big so we had trouble finishing it all. Highly recommended!

Food is amazing, service is warm and welcoming, the ambience is nice and relaxing. We were greeted with a warm welcome by the manager right when we walked through the door. The restaurant was pretty full but we were still able to get a table right away. The food was out standing in every way. The broth is tasty the meat was the best pho meat Ive ever had and the noodles were cooked perfectly. Definitely my new favorite pho spot!

Ive made two visits to Pho Redbo, so this review is long overdue. During my first visit, my husband and I ordered the Flaming Wagyu Carpaccio, Egg Rolls, and we shared the Pho Wagyu A5. The bowl was huge! Definitely a bowl to share unless you have a big appetite. The wagyu carpaccio was also very tender, and delicious. The servers come tableside with a torch, so you can see the meat cook in all its marble glory. For drinks, we had the Lychee Tea and Passionfruit Tea. The drinks are meant to be poured into a glass of ice. Both teas were amazing and refreshing. During my second visit, I ordered the same appetizer, but had truffle fries as well. The fries were nice and crispy. This time I decided to try the Pho with Rare Steak. The meat was also very tender. Loved that some meats are also halal! Overall, I was pleasantly please with both visits. The quality of the food and service both have been wonderful. Modern and clean. Theres free parking available in the lot.

One of the best vietnamese restaurant in south LA area. I ordered the rare steak pho and wagyu fried rice. Both of them taste really good. Definitely will come back to this restaurant. I recently dined at this Vietnamese restaurant, and it was truly a gastronomic delight. The highlight of my meal was the oxtail pho, which was a symphony of flavors. Wagyu pho? I must be dreaming! Ive been wanting to try this spot ever since I heard that they specialize in wagyu pho. The meats are halal and super fresh. Seeing how popular this place was, I thought it would take a while for the food to come out, but I was pleasantly surprised how quick we all received our food. Piping hot and fresh. Definitely stop and splurge on that wagyu pho or the flaming wagyu carpaccio. If youre looking for something saucy to go with rice, this is your item to order.Combination Pho (R: $18.00/L: $22.00) - When trying a new pho spot, I always opt for combination so I get to taste different types of meats to identify which ones I like for my next visit. Since all meat offerings were wagyu with the exception of the meatballs, I knew I was going to be in for a good treat. Every protein was delicious but my two absolute favorites were the slice rare wagyu steak (oh so tender) and the tender rib cubes (not chewy at all!). Broth was super flavorful and so clear. Soo good and the juices coming out were just perfection!MAIN ENTREES1 Brisket PHO- a staple pho for us, and with how picky my husband is, is definitely a make or break for us! Both my boyfriend and I agree that this pho broth is so delicious. It definitely set apart from all other pho restaurants we have been to. I got the plain noodle pho and he got the rare steak pho. We also ordered a side of chicken egg rolls and those were mouth watering. They were perfectly crispy on the outside, and full of flavor on the inside. All the food, including the vegetables were so fresh. Worth every dime and we definitely will be back!

Im finally here again, its been way too long and I got to hang out with some old friends that I havent seen in awhile and it was such a good time. I love the Wagyu fried rice here, I literally dont eat rice at all, but for this, I cant eat the entire dish and I definitely did!!!!! The Flaming Wagyu Carpaccio was like dinner and a show, I loved watching him literally torching the wagyu and it was so yummy and so tender, this was so fun to watch, if only I can do it myself!!! haha!!! The truffle fries here are amazing! The only other place I like it is from Yardhouse, but this place is my number one for Truffle fries now! Sorry Yardhouse. And I had the shaken beef, so delicious, but not enough of the beef which was disappointing. The egg rolls are okay, I prefer the rice paper version though. The wagyu pho combo was on another level!!!! The broth and meats were so good, it didnt need the extra stuff most people add to it, its better without it honestly. I cant wait to come back here. The drink selection was amazing too, I wanted to take home all the flavors!!!!

The first time I visited PhoRedbo. It was brought to my attention from SoCal Foodies from IG that this restaurant carries Halal food.I certainly made the drive from LA to OC for dinner date night.I was very shocked by their service and the quality of their food. I had Halal Pho before, but the PhoRedbo Halal menu selection was out of the planet. 80% of their menu is Halal, so I ordered Beef Brisket Pho, Well made wagyu steak pho, Shaken Beef with Rice, Thai, and Lychee Tea.Lychee tea was a bit too sweet.Yet, everything satisfied my taste buds.They have earned great business, and I will return with more business.

Finally got to try out Pho Redbo and left pretty happy!Pho Redbo is located in a small shopping center that is at the very end on the corner of the center. Parking was pretty plentiful on a weekday evening!Coming in, there were a lot of tables located all around, and service was super chill and speedy!Our party got a number of a different items so got to try a wide variety!*Golden Truffle Fries: Pretty much as it sounds! Crispy thin fries with truffle salt sprinkled on top and ketchup. A pretty good amount to share at the table.*Oxtail Pho: This apparently was a newer item on the menu. Super delicious. The oxtail pieces were pretty big, and the meat pretty easily comes off the bone. The pho itself was super solid. Tasty broth and noodles. The condiments here are also put into a variety of separate containers which I thought was a neat touch including the usual oyster sauce and sriracha. We also got an order of the really wagyu and meatball pho which was also delicious -*Flaming Wagyu Carpaccio: Probably the flashiest dish. A server brings out the wagyu carpaccio and a kitchen blowtorch to torch the wagyu in front of you along with grilled onions. The meat is really good and tender. Loved the presentation.*Beef Stew: This was something I wasnt expecting but pretty good! This was a heartier stew dish with beef and more of a tomato base. They also brought out a baguette which you can tear apart and dip into the baguette. A really pleasant surprise all-around.*Egg rolls: We also got an order of four egg rolls which came out with a nice sauce and was a nice addition!*Wagyu Fried Rice: A solid and good amount of fried rice with the wagyu rice mixed in. Thought it was a nice complement to especially eating the carpaccio.*Teas: Finally we tried out a few different tea selections like the thai iced tea and the lychee tea. The lychee tea wasnt too bad for me. Im usually not too into sweet drinks but thought this was well-balanced.Good stuff all-around - hope to be back soon!

Broth good. Beef good. Noodles good. Sides good. Service good. Egg was so raw it was still clucking. I dunno what I shouldve expected, but I was hoping for at least a soft boiled egg. Also there was no tripe or tendons in the combo pho, so set your expectations accordingly.

Had the $49 A5 wagyu pho. Enjoyed it but I dont think I would get this often. Great experience tho! Enjoyed everything and loved that the soup stayed warm in the stone pot. Also loved that they had ponzu sauce that came with the pho. Definitely worth a try at least once.

Best Pho spot hands down! If youre considering Pho for dinner or lunch, dont over think it.. Just go! Youll love it.There was only 5 reviews when we went and I thought its probably the owners family and friends, so I was skeptical, but after I tried it, Im sure those were genuine reviews.They cook the bones for no less than 12 hours which makes the broth so amazingly flavorful.I recommend the Brisket and the cubed Ribs. The meat quality is top notch Wagyu, and there serving size is very generous. Their small filled me up and Im 200lbs.Shout out to Dyi for taking care of us and all his tips for mixing the condiments to get the best flavor.

Ordered Combo Pho and egg rolls.Pho was just ok. Broth did have good flavor, but the beef wasn’t all that great. 3.5 for the pho.Egg rolls flat out sucked. Didn’t like the wraps they use. Filling was lackluster and the wrap overpowered the filling. 1 for the egg roll.Service was mixed. The guy was a complete tool, but the woman was very nice and welcoming. Wish she was our server and not the tool. 3 for service, only because the woman helped us a little, which saved it a little.Overall, won’t be back with so many other places that are better with better service.

🇺🇸Garden Grove, Southern CaliforniaㅣDelicious Vietnamese PhoㅣPho RedboAutumn is getting stronger, and a bowl of hot Vietnamese pho is a good choice in the evening.This store is located in Garden Grove Business Park. As soon as you enter the parking lot, you will find that this store is the only one open at around 9pm. The other stores in the plaza have all turned off their lights, so it is easy to recognize. When we walked past, I looked up at the store. The sign on the side said 정통 월남 구수 in Korean (traditional Vietnamese noodles). However, seeing that there were many people dining inside, I silently prayed that it wouldnt be Vietnamese pho with Korean flavor! 😂 (I checked on all major platforms first and they all have high reviews)The restaurant is in an inverted shape, with a door on the side and back, and outdoor seating. As soon as you enter, the waiter will greet you immediately. The waiters all seem to be Vietnamese. There are only two empty tables inside, and business is good.This restaurant advertises wagyu beef and bone-in-bone soup cooked for 12 hours. After looking at the menu, I chose pho with shrimp for $15. My friend chose combo for $18 and ordered a spring roll for $7 (chicken/pork optional, we chose pork); noodles You can also choose the thickness. The overall soup is pretty good and I didn’t go home with a dry mouth. I got 5 big shrimps and my friend said the beef he ordered was very tender and delicious.The dining environment is cleaner and brighter than the average Vietnamese pho restaurant. The waiters are all uniformed and very friendly. The closing and serving of food are fast. The interior decoration is also more thoughtful. There is a bar area and outdoor garden seats. When checking out, the clerk directly brings the credit card machine. It’s very convenient for customers to order, and the delicious ingredients are fresh and not too expensive.
