My sister and I went here for lunch. Typically, when we go out to eat I convince her to pay. It seems only fair, shes had more time to save and more experience earning. I also value money more than she does. She lets other values like family and helping people, consume majority of her energy. Why should I lose something that I value more than her? She ended up saying that she wasnt feeling too well so if anything I should pay for her. That didnt make sense to me because I know how much she likes helping people. I thought it would make her feel better by helping her little baby brother by paying for my meal. She said that she didnt need my help, what she needed was to feel heard. Essentially, I needed to say it must suck that youre not feeling well. Itd be better if that was said in a more caring way, but I think that was the gist of what she needed. Anyway, we ended up splitting lunch. I got the chow mein and she got the pho, we both enjoyed!

I ordered their fried chicken with rice. Very disappointed. First of chicken is not chicken. Its game hen split in half. Picture in their menu is proportionately bigger. To illustrate how I am cheated, I took a picture with the fork next to the wing. KFC is 10× cheaper and better. Would you pay $16 for this plate?Also, the so called chicken is dry, I feel cheated. I will never go back to this place. Management is NOT honest

Came here with a friend and ordered a regular sized bowl of pho and spring rolls. It was overall good but not exceptional. I think the Grand Opening sign outside is probably a lie because my friend said theyd been in business for several years.

I opted for their Special Combination Beef Noodle Soup (Phở Bò Đặc Biệt), which featured a variety of meats including Rare Steak, Well-done Flank, Well-done Brisket, Soft Tendon, Tripe, and Crunchy Flank. The pho was enjoyable overall, with a broth that struck a good balance in terms of saltiness. However, I must admit that beyond this, there wasnt much that stood out to me. While the dish was solid, it didnt leave a lasting impression. On the positive side, the price is worth it – not too pricey for what you get!

Love this family run restaurant. They are always friendly and the food is amazing. My family and I come here often. Atmosphere is nice, the music is a good low volume and there are no televisions to be distracting or irritating. Cant say enough good things about this place. If you are in the area, try it. You wont be disappointed.

We had lunch at Pho Saigon over the weekend after cherry picking locally. : )Wow!!! What a great find if you love Vietnamese food. Pho soup was great, fresh spring role actually freshly rolled, Vietnamese sandwiches are available as well. The vegetarian selection is impressive as my daughter is vegetarian. She finally was able to find something that she loved. We ordered the Korean BBQ as well and again freshly cooked meat.To top it all off, the staff was amazing!!!! Super friendly from start to finish. Never once gave us the looked of annoyances for all our requests with party of 11. They also accommodate outdoor seating.My family just found a new favorite Vietnamese food in town.Highly recommended!!!

Great service, very nice lady at the front desk. I have to agree with recent reviews that the food is not as flavorful as the previous owner’s, particularly the grilled pork, which used to have a great marinated taste. The garlic noodles also simply tasted of garlic and oil, whereas before they seemed to have more of a sauce on them. It’s not bad by any means, but other restaurants seem to have much more flavor. They do give large portions and the prices are great.

Be aware of their pork & shrimp wonton noodle soup. I made a take out order and found the filing of wontons is RAW! There’re PORK and shrimp inside instead of beef. How could you make it raw?!!! It is unhealthy and you might get parasitic infection.

What a gem, everything I’ve wanted in a Vietnamese restaurant! Owner is super passionate about meeting customers’ needs and it’s a great place for gluten free and vegan/vegetarian options which are all listed in the “Vegetarian” section of the menu.

Ordered 1 chicken soup, and 1 steak and well done flank to go. Both soups were light on the meat. Barley any of it in our bowls, the steak one had 4 small pieces of steak, and one flank. Flavorless, and we ordered the (strongest) vietnamese coffee they had. That to was not strong at all, tried it right when I got it in my hands and was watery like it was sitting there.

We (2 adults, 3 teen girls) were a little nervous about this restaurant as they still had a Grand Opening sign out front (which would mean the ratings on Google might not have been theirs), but… HIGHLY recommended! The rare steak pho and spicy seafood pho were delicious, service was friendly, and pricing reasonable.Bonus: My husband returned to the restaurant about three hours later because he had lost his wallet. A restaurant staff had found it out front and held it for my husband to retrieve it. We appreciate the staff’s honesty and trustworthiness. We live about an hour away but will return when in town!

We have been frequenting this restaurant for three years and it has been great. However, recently there was a change in management and there has been a precipitous decline in the quality of the food. The pho broth was under-spiced and lacked any flavor and the fried rice was incredibly dry, clearly comprised of leftover meat products, and was filled with egg shells. In addition, while we were eating, a gentleman was walking around the restaurant duct taping tears in the upholstery (booth benches), which made the experience incredibly awkward. My wife and I are incredibly disappointed as this was our go-to pho spot in Morgan Hill. We will not be returning.

We were traveling and decided to check Out Morgan Hill for a late quick dinner. I am allergic to gluten and cow dairy so Vietnamese usually works well for me. We saw this place and decided to try it. We walked in because there was a group leaving and come to find out they had been closed for half an hour. They were so kind and said they would make us whatever we wanted to go.The place was Clean and Nice. We wanted just Shrimp Spring Rolls. They were so Crunchy, Fresh and Delicious. A nice place for some good Vietnamese options. There is a lot more options on the menu than just Pho. Their spring rolls are very big, and tasty, especially the peanut sauce served (2 for ~$7). A large bowl of Pho will run you about 15 dollars, and comes with the usual fixings (bean sprouts, lemon, mint, jalapenos). The chicken and broth was tasty, but I was hoping for a bit more noodles. Overall, good food, nice service, but the place is a little run down, and a bit pricey.

Dig in, its a doozy.I have been going to this phở restaurant for three plus years and loved it. I strictly ordered the beef rare stake phở, with a rate addition of tripe. It was good, fresh flavors and great, friendly service with a normal wait time. This was a go-to place for pick-up during COVID and was enjoyed by friends and family in person pre-COVID shut down and takeout during COVID. Recently (Jan 2023), the restaurant changed owners. Having not been in a while, and finally convincing my partner to go after long complaining I havent had phở in too long, we ventured in around 6:30 on a week night, thinking the new ownership wouldnt affect the quality of the food or experience. Wow were we wrong.Not only was the restaurant as quiet as a wild west town when the outlaws roll in (sans the excitement of a wild west dispute), it took a while for us to be acknowledged, seated and for our order to be taken. After we ordered, my partners fried rice arrived, I waited and waited and waited for my phở. My hot tea in a to-go coffee cup (whaaa? weird) arrived, but my phở was clearly forgotten. My partner ate their fried rice while we waited and FINALLY the phở arrived. To my extreme disappointment, the phở was FLAVORLESS and extremely LACKING in flank steak. The steak that was in the soup had clearly been sitting for a long while as it was tough and dry, not at all the freshly cooked by broth raw steak that I usually received from this restaurant. The broth was painfully dull, underwhelming, and completely lacking in spice or beef flavor. The limes and basil were even less than exciting, which were the most delightful limes and Thai basil Ive experienced in the area aside from the local Farmers Market. Along with the main dishes, we also ordered spring rolls with shrimps and chicken. The spring rolls came out after the main dishes (reminder, one of which was VERY late) and the chicken was drier than driftwood on an arid beach. On top it all, my partners fried rice was riddled with eggshells. Not the crunch one is looking for in food.In addition to the let down of the wait time for the food and the food itself, a gentleman meandered around the small restaurant space duct-taping furniture and going in and out a door in the middle of the eating area the entire time we ate. It was uncomfortable and distracting, especially for me, as my back was to the narrow eating area and the wandering man.After we finished our abnormally long, drawn out meal, we went to pay at the counter and no one came to take our payment. The wandering man and another person were eating at a boot near the register and didnt act for around 5 minutes, but the man finally yelled to the back and someone came out. Needless to say, no tip was left.My partner and I pass this restaurant three to five times a week around 5-6pm and notice its closed or there are low to no patrons. Sadly, its no surprise. I am highly disappointed this establishment went from yummy to bummy so quickly.

BEFORE NEW MANAGEMENT: I genuinely love this restaurant! The owners are super sweet and friendly and will make sure you are taken care of. The place is incredibly clean (except for the bathrooms, twice, but they were very understaffed when I went those times)!The food is delicious. Any of the pho dishes are good, it just depends on what you prefer. My husband got the Vermicelli noodles and I got rice. Both were very good and the broth is great in any of the pho bowls. They also have sandwiches, salad, and plates with different noodles or rice dishes. So far everything I have tried, I liked.The bill is cheaper if you pay cash, but they do accept credit cards.Overall a great place to eat with quite a few different options for everyone!UPDATE: this restaurant was recently sold to someone else and the recipes and quality of food are not the same. It isn’t bad or inedible, but it also isn’t the best pho in Morgan hill any longer. I ate with my family and we all agreed that there was seasoning lacking in all our dishes.I give them props for their friendly and fast service, that’s why I am not rating them any lower, but unfortunately will not be returning.

I’m new to Morgan Hill from Reno Nevada and friends let me tell ya….. I was hesitant at first but y’all I have found my Pho home!!!! I chose the Beef Pho which is P0 on the menu. I got to choose my beef selections for my beef pho! I chose beef flank, rare beef and tendon. I also purchased the spring roll with peanut dip….. all to go! When I got home I was ready to get my pho bowl out as I do with most pho I get to go….. but to my surprise they sent along a disposable pho bowl with all my meats and noodles inside! I also had the delicious pho broth, my sriracha packet, my hoisin sauce packet, and all the usual trimmings of bean sprouts, basil, pepper and lime. The taste was as if I was in the restaurant to dine…… perfect!!! Dare I say Perfect Pho!!!! Seriously friends…… I was completely satisfied…. The flavors…. The components….. yes…. Make the choice to taste REAL HOME FEEL PHO!!

I used to come in here regularly and it has been very uncomfortable to hear the bald man with glasses yell and curse at the women working there and in front of all the people eating!One of these women I am assuming is his own mother, this lady is always running and working hard to take orders and serve customers. I am disgusted by the way he yells at people, the food was always good but every-time I have heard him yell I lose my appetite. His negativity ruined the entire atmosphere. I will not be coming back anymore and am taking my business elsewhere. That lady deserves better than to be working with this douche bag.

Best Pho broth in town. Spicy and Sour Seafood Pho and the Wonton Soup are my favorites, though the normal Pho both is also surprisingly rich and flavorful. Food comes out fast and dining in is not busy though the atmosphere is nice. Smoothies are made from fresh fruit and worth trying. Staff is friendly and at the time of my writing this they offer -10% off your check if you pay in cash which is nice!

It was my first time and it was delicious. 😋 I had the Custom Pho (P0) which included up to 5 meats. I chose rare beef, brisket, and flank steak. Although all three had great flavor, I found the rare beef the leanest and most enjoyable. The noodles and broth were also excellent and very filling. Next time I might try the pork banh mi sandwich.

Will not go again until they change the soup formula and get the original pho noodles back. Being of the same ethnicity as the cuisines & have lived in the east SJ I know good Vietnamese food. Had the shaken beef with garlic noodle. I normally dont stray from the usual red rice, but I thought I would give the garlic noodles a try. Now that Im located in Morgan Hill Im too lazy to drive all the way to east SJ for some great Vietnamese food. Theres not that many Vietnamese food offerings in Morgan Hill, Gave Pho Saigon a try and it was pretty good. Itll satisfy my craving. My dad had the vermicelli bowl and he said the meat was tough.

I visited this place for the first time one week ago and Im I hadnt visited sooner. Its hard to find an over the top good Pho place, and this one fits the bill. The broth is so savory, so good. The menu has a variety of options, not just Pho, including vegetarian options. They also serve boba/bubble tea. Reasonable prices, friendly service. This is a new regular spot for me.
