Yum! Tastes like home. Happy to find a place close to my work with authentic tasting pho.Fast, friendly service got me in and out in under and hour.Also a great place to order take out from!

Currently my go to Pho place based on convenience, location, and quality.Always clean inside. Food is fresh, delicious, and comes out quick. They give a lot of meat.I think it’s a family run restaurant, but the host/cashier is always friendly. I brought my friend and my dad here and they enjoyed it. I always get the #1.

Forgot to take a picture before we started eating! But here is a recap of our Friday Night dinner. Finally a delicious and clean place to eat that is close by to my house. Food is super fresh and delicious. We got the number 12 and number 99 from their menu and a order of spring rolls. We ordered 2 lemonades as well.Everything was super delicious! My favorite place!I would recommend this place! Staff is always friendly and food is served fast!

Don’t order togo when it rains. Their quality drops to the ground.Ordered shrimp fried rice that wasn’t seasoned and it was too oily. Stir fried beef lemongrass and vegetables and this is what I got. Wasted $30 on these.

My food was ready in 10 minutes after placing my order, which I thought was amazing! I wanted to try this location for a while since they open this year and today was my chance. I ordered their #1 pho dish with extra noodles, their #1 is the deluxe version of the soup with the meat and etc. I also got 2 orders of the spring rolls which were delicious! The soup wouldve taste better at the restaurant since its fresh and the broth will be very hot but due to covid we all have to adjust. They didnt even asked for my name when I put in the order and when I walked in, the person working the front already knew what I was there for. Ill be sure to order from this place again in the future.

The beef stew was diluted with water. The meat was not stewed in the broth, they just kind of assembled it together. If you don’t have the item just say you don’t have it, don’t serve something else to the customer. The server agreed that the stew should have been thicker.On a positive note, the service was very good, restaurant was clean and had a nice ambience. I won’t be back because I go for the food…

Number one I’m a huge Vietnamese food fan growing up in Seattle I got to eat it all the time and I absolutely love this place they’ve done so well to make the food convenient and easy and it’s perfect to enjoy outside.I had to of course had to have the pho with beef and tendon it was the number two on the menu I was greeted immediately and by the way everybody is very friendly, even the interior of the restaurant makes me excited for the days when we can actually go back inside again.They kept everything very clean sanitizers available at the front desk if you want good cheap food then you need to come here this place is beautiful they’re working very hard I am coming back!!One thing I love is to get the extra peppers of course in hot weather that’s not desirable but vitamin C and healthy content load up the bean sprouts let the broth soak in through the super mouth watering I’m going to try many other items on the menu!

Place opened up during the pandemic, my family and I were hoping that this place would make it thru the limitations of stay-are-home order. Glad to say it did. Honestly having pho anytime of day is absolute steal. Very spacious, food is really good, staff is attentive and helpful.

Worst service I’ve ever experienced. The woman took my menu without asking if I wanted a drink after ordering I had to ask he while she was walking away. No one asked if we were doing ok while eating but they did to the table behind me. The food came out 3 minutes after I ordered as if it was waiting to just be reheated. The vegetables looked dry and old. The egg rolls did not taste fresh. Soup was mediocre and towards the end I found a hair in it. Regretted immediately upon tasting the food. Instead of leaving happy I left mad af. Never again 🤮

Good food and kind service, we hadnt had Pho and they basically gave us a quick run down. I had the number 12 (Tái Chín) and it was really good, and it was a big portion as well for a good price.

If you’re looking for the perfect place to eat pho, look no further. The pho is top notch and the staff provides fast and excellent service. One employee in particular, Tram, is super friendly and always there to greet the customers with a warm welcome.

Whenever I come in, I always have a pleasant experience. The workers here at Pho So 1 are very friendly and kind. You can end up getting a big portion of really amazing food, and for a good price at that. Their dishes with tofu in it are really good. I would recommend the #50 to anyone that is vegetarian.

If you aren’t Vietnamese this place isn’t pho you. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. We ordered the egg rolls & beef as an appetizer and it was all cold. I told the hostess because our server could barely speak any English. And the hostess just said ya that’s a cold dish. (It doesn’t say that anywhere on the menu) the menu is very unclear and it doesn’t help that basically no one in there speaks English. Then we basically argued with them for 5 mins because they wouldn’t take the appetizer off of our bill, they have no clue what customer service means and treated us very poorly. What a shame.

This restaurant is within a mile from our place & we got very excited thinking we found a good PHO place. Went there a few times, food is average, it’s more like school/cafeteria cafeteria type of place. Very simple, I wish the management was simple & friendly. Manager” is a young guy who has difficulty speaking & understanding English, he is very unprofessional. I wanted to complain about the wait time, he started yelling & screaming at me. When I wanted to praise a hard working & nice lady who served our food, he rudely said why are you talking about her???He is Disrespectful & rude!He doesn’t care to leave a good impression, provide good service or talk politely to customers. “. I wish I could give minus stars!I wish the owner understands that Food is not the only attraction of a good restaurant, it’s the service, management, employees and welcoming atmosphere.He doesn’t get it!!

Pho So 1 is my favorite VIETNAMESE RESTAURANT. Granada Hills location is the newest in the valley. All personnel are polite and appreciative of our dining in, and as well as take-out orders. Super clean and fast service too. The meat, chicken, and vegetables are always FRESH! The Avocado Shake is the BEST... Best service! We can eat here everyday!

Hate to give them 3 stars and here is why. It was busy evening, but under staffed that made us wait long to order, and pay after eat. The tendons in the soup was cold, and the size of egg rolls are noticeably smaller than before. In addition to the dining, we ordered one dish to take home which was sitting at the cashier area for awhile. The staff didn’t even notify us if it was ready. It made worse that they gave us the wrong foods which we discovered at home.

This pho so is trash compared to the one in van nuysHow do you mess up a vermicelli?!?! Some Garbo portions and you forgot our fish sauce like what?!? Why is it so hard to find good Viet food in the valley compared to Anaheim. Stay away over priced too for what I got. Jesus if you’re gonna overcharge at least give us what we paid for.

Im hooked...been going once a week for their really good pho.Ive tried 10-12 pho spots in the last decade, and this restaurant not only makes some of the best pho, but they serve up a really healthy portion. They also offer one of the widest selections of pho. Dont like tendon, or tripe in your pho? No problem, they got it. Chicken pho, vegan pho? Yup, they offer it. Want to change it up and ask for it different than its listed, again...no problem.Decor is the best that Ive come across yet(at a Vietnamese restaurant), really a relaxing and beautiful decor. My table was besides their beautiful cherry blossom trees for lunch today.. You almost dont want to leave, its so nice.Almost too nice for the area, almost.Good job!

Its a chain, popular among the Valley residents, that my family has been going to (between this place and pho 999) for the past 20 years. With that being said and the fact that I lived 10 min walking distance away from this new location for the first 18 of those 20 years, I was genuinely mad and upset, but excited at the same time, when I first found out that theyll be opening up another location so close to my place, because they opened up less than a year after I moved away I believe... In regards to the food, well, whats there to say, especially when I already explained that Ive been going there for 20 years, grew up eating it every saturday for years? I will say that there are some differences between pho so 1 and pho 999 though. My parents prefer pho so 1, Im ok with both, and my exs family preferred pho 999. Pho 999s broth has stronger smell. Either way, both places are GREAT and I will be genuinely sad if anything should happen to either of the places. In regards to how theyre doing with COVID pandemic? Pretty good. Kept real good distances between the tables, BUT they still have sauce bottles, which I did not like and agree with AT ALL. Food tastes the same, but their prices seemed to have gone up a little.. OH! and they also charge $1 extra per person for COVID issue,, which I was fine with. Id be happy to support the local restaurants like them! :)

We are so happy that they have finally opened the restaurant. The ‘coming soon’ sign was up for almost a year. We ordered ‘pho with lean beef’ plus ‘pork chop over rice’ and they were both quite tasty. It is wonderful not having to travel to Reseda or Van Nuys for good pho. The only surprise was that they added $1 to each order to make up for rising meat and vegetable prices from COVID-19.
