Im kinda confused this business opens at 11am. I arrived 11:10am, and was told the Pho will not be ready for 10 or 15 mins more. Why advertise the open time of 11am if the Pho isnt even warmed up to serve? Waist of my time to drive here and leave because the food isnt ready for the customers..
Food was good, service was fast, I am giving 4 stars to this place because the kids options were too plain as well as there were only sodas no apple juice or milk 😖
One of the best pho restaurants in town. The egg rolls are crispy and savory. The pho tai (sliced beef) is hot and tasty. Weve done dine and take out here and always good.
I ordered pho. The noodles seemed to be low quality. The pho color was fine, but in a few minutes the broth turned whitish. It seemed to be like the color from the noodles was dissolving in the hot broth. I have been to many pho places and I have never seen anything similar to what happened at this place. I am disappointed.
This is one of my favorite places for Vietnamese food! I LOVE the wonton noodle soup and every salad on the menu is delicious! Its inexpensive and filling. I come at least 3 times a month, I should have reviewed it a long time ago. The pic is the filet mignon salad, 👍👍
Wasnt sure what to expect with some of the reviews I read...but happy my family tried it out tonight. Staff were super friendly! Food was prepared fast...and they had great Banh Mi sandwiches (tried all 3 beef, pork and chicken) loved them all. Ordered the fried wontons and egg rolls, they were really tasty and crispy. Loved the grilled pork spring rolls and lastly...absolutely loved the diced Filet mignon with mixed vegetables and fried rice...it was definitely a nice treat! Looking forward to trying more of the dishes on the menu!!!

Ordered the number 24 (rare beef Pho) the broth is incredible. That might be the best Pho broth Ive ever had. Price to portion ratio was incredible. Friend got the Thai Tea and it was delicious.
My wife and I used to go here often since their broth is really good, we started getting Takeout and after consistently ordering twice a week we kept getting incorrect food orders. Often times drinks would be missing and food orders would be prepared incorrectly. I also dont understand why they started adding the stem portion of the cilantro, it becomes super annoying to eat and dont really have a taste. Needless to say, unless your eating there then your better off ordering Takeout pho from somewhere else.Pros: food is good when they get it right, lemonade is delicious.Cons: constant food being made wrong, food prep is not so good.
Met my friend for lunch and I told him I was craving Bahn Mi so he suggested Pho So 9. We never ate here so this was a new experience for us.I ordered the pork and he ordered the beef. Ive eaten lots of Bahn Mis and this is one of the best so far.The baguette was soft and the sandwich itself was at least 12 inches. The ingredients were fresh and it had lots of flavor. Sorry no pictures i couldnt stop eating! 😋Definitely recommend trying their menu!

I started going there last week with a friend of mine who said hes been there and the food was good. I tried out their food and theyre delicious! I love Pho So 9 and their noodles especially rice noodles which are my favorite! I would love to come here again another time.

Incredible, we came in on a Sunday afternoon. Its clean and calm. The service is very prompt. The Pho is amazing, the pork sandwich is incredible but the chicken fried rice took the show! Highly recommend this place for a quick bite to eat!
Love everything about this place. The food is amazing. Always used to come with an old friend of mine 2-4 times a month before the pandemic happened. And their combo rice with the beef pho is amazing. Nice and friendly staff too.
I love this restaurant, best vegetarian phone soup ever. I have been coming here for a couple of months already, and besides the food what also truly impresses me all of the time is the service.Crystal, is just amazing, since the 2nd time I visited, she remembered my plate, her smile and her great personality not just to me but to all customers who she attends make this place an extraordinary place. This is probably my favorite restaurant to go to. Definitely my favorite pho restaurant, I dont know of any better than this one. I always like to get the chicken pho and try some before adding anything to it, and its always good like that. Ive had some appetizers before and they were good. The service is attentive and friendly. The environment is clean and nice.

Sandwich and the egg rolls are great. Beer could have been colder. Complementary soup with sandwich and rolls when requested...there might be a minimum order for this request to be granted. Soup spoons are clean as well as the table/seats. Wooden/bamboo chopsticks are always preferred over the reusable. The music is too loud and the selection of music didnt fit with ambience. AC is on and temp inside is comfortable. Restroom is clean with full supply of soap and paper towel. Wait staff is excellent...the waitress is friendly, asked if the food was good and brought me water+lime slice when I had not yet asked for it...Good call on her part! Parking spaces are many. Will always drop by this place whenever I am in their neighborhood.
Been here numerous times but this experience sucked.Lettuce with the egg rolls had a bunch of dirt all over it. Are they even cleaning their food? Are they cross contaminating in the kitchen? Ugh makes me worried, I really don’t want to get sick.Customer service at the end of the night was ridiculous.How many times does my waiter need to let my party know that they close at 9pm? 1, 2, no, 4 times within 8pm-9pm.Felt incredibly unwelcome - was my usual local pho spot but, unfortunately, I’ll be looking elsewhere with my party.

I have eaten here several times, and everything I have tried is delicious. The staff is always friendly and the atmosphere is nice and relaxing. The last time I went I tried the beef stew and could not have been happier. I highly recommend this place if you are fan of Vietnamese food. The food is excellent and the prices are extremely reasonable.
Nice clean place to get Pho and other Vietnamese dishes. Pho is slightly to salty sometimes and they need to get rid of two dead potted plants by front door or they would have five stars. Very friendly young staff even though they dont know their beer selection.
I ordered the brisket pho. The food wasn’t bad, but the portion size was disappointing. They only offer 1 size of pho, and it was maybe 4 or 5 bites of noodles. I don’t feel like I got my money’s worth for almost 10 dollars.
My mum and I tried to order from 5 Pho places last night, all of them closed mid ordering online. We both were exhausted and Pho was all that sounded good. So I found PhoSo9 on postmates, we both agreed its the best weve ever had. Not to mention their packaging was so organized tidy and efficient. It looks like were never eating Pho again, I got the Beef Broth and Beef Ball, and my mum got the Beef broth and rare steak. My mum never eats left overs....she is eating her left over PhoSo9 this morning. When I say its the best...there is your proof.
The pho isnt bad, average at best. In this area there are better shops little more than 3-5 min away. Its a clean quiet little shop in a strip mall. My only issue with the place is that they are slow to take your order, walk past your table doing nothing when you dont have menus and overall it just takes forever to get any basic task done.
Get the filet mignon fried rice dish... Super yummy.
So, more like 4.5... I really like the pho here. Service is friendly and they try to please. They will get a little cheap with the sides, like not enough veggies for the soup or not filling your drink all the way. But, that being said, they will top you off or bring extra veg(free of charge) if you ask. Food gets out fast. Its our local pho.. Only one place better that I know of.
Not too shabby, Cypress. We come here because our go-to spot is another 5 miles away. Its a hit or miss, but for the most part, its a hit. Sometimes, their soup is lacking and sometimes, its not. Service is great and theres TV for your viewing pleasure. Oh, and parking sucks when everyone decides to go to the gym.
This our favorite pho place! Its family owned and the food along with the cleanliness and service are exceptional. We live close to hundreds of quality pho places but this one stand out as the BEST! Everything on the menu is wonderful!
Terrible wait times for pickup . If pick up is meant to be a convenience . There is no difference from placing a pick up order and placing an order than waiting for it to be prepared. Ridiculous

The food was very delicious, I ordered some meat and pork brisquets, I honestly dont remember the name of my dishes but everything tasted delicious, I also tried the soups and they really tasted delicious. The sweet and sour sauce they put with the sandwiches is exquisite and I like that they have a variety of sauces, seasonings and spiciness. I look forward to the day I go to this delicious place again. Thank you for this exquisite experience.

Although, this restaurant was surprisingly cleaner than most of the ones I typically dine at. Also, the food is excellent, the pho is hot, and the customer service was terrific. Im so happy that this is just 10 minutes away from my job, so I can get a quick good bite to eat and get back to work within 45 minutes. I will come back

2023-01-26 13:43:49Based this review on the quality of food. Food took over 20 mins to arrive and that were only 5 people in the restaurant . I ordered the Pho Dac Biet, the nem nuong (pork pattie roll), Iced coffee. The noodle soup is supposed to have all the meats, it had 2 types. The beef were all over cooked with only 2 halves of a meat ball. The broth was very bland. I had to ask for extra fish sauce, very disappointing. The side veggies pictured there were very little and withered including the jalapeños. Moving onto the nem nuong rolls, I ordered 2 orders. I ate one order and the pork pattie’s were very bland. All sauces did not help as well. However, the veggies inside the rolls were fresh. The service overall was good. I left an 18% tip. This place is not authentic. I did not finish the soup ( took 2 bites of the noodles and a few slurps of the bland broth left the whole bowl) or the rolls. The Iced coffee was the best part of this lunch. Get the coffee for sure. I could’ve spent $5 instead of the $40. Hope this review helps those whom want authentic Vietnamese Pho. Do not have those expectations here.

The new owners seem to skimp on the main entree, which sucks because of the prices that you pay. Under the previous owners the food portions were better. Its gone downhill since then. 😕

Especially the Lemongrass Chicken, Teriyaki Chicken Bowl, Brisket Pho, Spicy Garlic Shrimp and Spring rolls! If you go I highly recommend sitting in Nates section... he is a delight to have as a server! Very knowledgeable about the menu and always suggests the best options! Plus he is just plain cute and attentive! Couldn’t ask for a better server!

They should mention that everything is artificial and synthetic here, they actually buy most of their food supply next door store, which is the 99 cents store. 😒. I paid $11 for a very small portion of synthetic/artificial food with no flavor at all! I had to add a lot of limes to eat it... Not a recomneded food here if you want quality or a so so food. Lots of others pho restaurants with much better food and prices.Definitely I Will Not Come Back here!

2019-01-07 02:35:08Went there for a mid afternoon light lunch. Ordered chicken lettuce wrap, sandwich and a small bowl of pho. Disappointed that the chicken in the sandwich was not seasoned and grilled. The ice tea was good. The lettuce wrap was disappointing because it tasted too much of regular soy and sugar and not much of other flavors.

The broth is very flavorful.Tried the pan fried noodles today (#49) and enjoyed. Ice tea is not good.... sorry.Shrimp pad thai is delicious.

2023-06-15 04:05:17I used to really like this place, but they have been messing up my order every single time I come here. I asked for no cilantro, my dish is overpacked with cilantro. They give me the wrong meats. They’ll give me raw steak when I ask for cooked. It’s just a nightmare. I’m not coming here anymore. The noodles are overcook. It’s just gross.

2019-12-27 03:25:26This place is actually Pho May. Its probably going through a name change. We came and ordered two soups, pho and wonton noodle soup. It took 21 mins for our food to arrive. The wontons were also grainy and hard. We would not recommend it. The pho was flavorful and condiments tasted great. Service was ok and not friendly. We may come back only if its in a pinch.
