First time visiting this spot. It was good. The restaurant was remodeled very nicely. The food was good. We did take out. I definitely want to try eating in. I didnt have the Pho, my wife did and said it was okay. I didnt want to give a poor review. My Vietnamese Iced Coffee was delicious. I would recommend Pho Tho.Not bad at all.

This used to be my favorite Pho spot. Not anymore. Not as much noodles and they weren’t fully cooked. The brisket pieces had a FOUL taste, which it wasn’t like this before and the broth isn’t as intense as I remember it to be. Never coming here again.

The tender sirloin cubed on a bed of vegetables was very tasty. It was a large serving enough for two people to share. The meat just melts in your mouth. Will definitely go back again to try other food items on the menu.

The best Pho in all of Murrieta/Temecula. The meat quality is decent and the broth is very flavorful, but as you get towards the end the broth for some reason loses its flavor and gets quite bland. It’s still a very good bowl of Pho overall. My only real complaint is the price increase. It’s too expensive, and it would be nice if you lowered the costs. Otherwise, I would be a regular.

There was a FLY PACKAGED IN OUR SOUP!!! Absolutely disgusting, we were already skeptical/hopeful that our order wouldn’t be messed up due to other bad reviews and this place definitely let us down. It was a last minute decision to order from this shop for dinner and now we can’t even eat. Everyone is disgusted. Between reading other reviews about witnessing dirty utensils in their shop and possibly contracting Covid- and now the FLY in our soup, I highly suggest you STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Money and appetite down the drain. Pho Tho needs a reevaluation from the Riverside Health department because they are clearly not operating up to basic standards.

Food is good, the service is not nice, the women are always with a mad face and attitude, leave your problems at home, I think cause of the bad mood they gave us the wrong food several times and we told them it was not what we order but we will eat it so they will not get in trouble with the owner for the mistake, so we are not coming back anymore …..

This is my absolute favorite Pho restaurant in the Murrieta and Temecula area.the portions are huge! This is the small shrimp pho and its huge. The owner and his beautiful daughters are so kind. The restaurant is always immaculate and your food is always fresh and delicious. I love the food here...definitely try it you wont be disappointed.

I just called to pick up two large chicken pho. I got home within 15 minutes. One of the order had blood on the noodles and container. Cross contamination! I tried calling the store 4 times no one will pick up. Bring food back for a refund. Dont eat here!!!Update: went to resteraunt. I just moved to the area and had a craving for Pho…We came here because of the reviews, but I don’t think I’ve ever experienced such rude service at any place compared to this restaurant. There was 8 of us (including 4 children). We all ordered something and after eating some of our dishes my mother asked if she could have a little bit more broth to finish her bowl of Pho. The male server mentioned that it would be an extra charge of $4.95. We were shocked, but respectfully declined the additional broth. When he returned to pick up some empty dishes, my friend asked why they charged that much, she was genuinely curious and was not rude at all about it. He replied back in the rudest way possible, almost yelling at us, to explain that they cook the broth for 8 hours and they don’t give away free broth. After that encounter, the male and a female server preceded to come back to our table to literally clear away everything even though we were not done eating. My mom asked for to-go boxes and the female waiter was super rude about that as well. They were definitely trying to push us out and do not appreciate their customers at all. Once my friend paid the $100+ bill, they didn’t even say “thank you.” A few days later, she saw that they added a tip even though she never left one because of the horrible service. THE AUDACITY. We will NEVER come back to this establishment and will not ever recommend this place to anyone.

I now have been eating here 1X (sometimes twice) for nearly a year! 1st I have to say I have PHO all over from Murrieta to Ventura back to Irvine! And this IS the best I get! The place is okay.The first impression wasnt that great as the lady who works here doesnt seem to communicate English that well, and the man (probably the owner?) can communicate but its a little difficult to understand due to accent. They mean well though; this is just a heads-up.As for the food, its pretty good with the meat actually being more tender and plentiful compared to the previous Pho restaurant we went to (Pho 2000 in LA). The noodles are just as great, so no problems there.The interior of the place is.. unique. They also have this recruitment poster of the US Army Air Corps, though truthfully Im not really sure at what atmosphere theyre trying to create for a Vietnamese noodles restaurant. The tables are a bit small, so try to get a seat where no one is beside you.tl;dr Food is good, plenty of tender meat in noodles. Communication may be a little difficult, but not much is needed in this kind of place. Not bad.

This was one of my favorite pho places pre-covid. I know the pandemic has really hurt a lot of businesses but this place has majorly gone down in quality. Like everyone says, food is great and the pho broth is decent. Other places in town have better broth. Most of the staff won’t even acknowledge you. You know the restaurant has a problem when the customers treat the staff better than they treat the customers. When you say hello or goodbye to the staff, they don’t even reply. The atmosphere was too awkward and unprofessional to even dine in. As a customer, you can tell they want you in and out. Which is exactly what we did.

Walked in sat down at a table, after placing the order I asked to change my seat to outside. Server told me yes but you need to pay first…..as if I was going to run off with 12$ soup, however the super bland broth is what made me decide okay this needs a review. Being a frequent to Pho I can say this is terrible and upsetting. I have never had broth this bland.

I’ve tried several Pho restaurants in town and was not very pleased but when I came to Pho Tho, this has been the only Pho place my family and I have been going too. We love it here! The 1 star is because they put a lot of meat in the pho. Otherwise it would be 0 stars (if that were possible).The service is a 0/5, the pho is standard, the price is high, they get your order wrong most times. If you order here, make sure you got the right meat with the pho you ordered! I’ve had multiple times where I ordered their B2 (pho w/ all meat except meat balls)and received pho with just the raw eye round steak. Paying almost $14 for pho, you’d expect the order to be accurate.Don’t get the vermicelli either, it’s more expensive than the pho, it’s really plain, not good. I’ve never had vermicelli without crushed peanuts before this place…it doesn’t come with it here.One thing I do recommend though is the bahn mi, this place has the best bahn mi I’ve ever had for about $7. I considered giving 2 stars just for the bahn mi.

I truly don’t understand how I’m seeing so many reviews that say this is the best pho in town, I completely disagree. This is the worst pho I’ve ever had by far. The broth tasted odd and was ice cold and the beef was insanely bland and to top it off, there was a hair in my food. I’m so bummed that I didn’t go to my usual place and wasted my money here. To each their own but I’ll never be returning.

Good food with the rudest staff ever. The manager shuts down the dining room at 6:30 p.m. even though the signs say closes at 8:00 p.m. You walk in and he just barks out take out only. I hardly ever make reviews anywhere but I just had to do it for this place.So, I ordered food with them through Uber Eats and when it was delivered, it was missing items. I called the restaurant, explained everything and the person didnt hesitate to assure me that he will take care of it. Well, about 10-15 mins later, our doorbell rang and we got our FULL ORDER! Not just our missing items but everything we ordered the first time. I was in shock because not everyone would do that! It shows how much they will go to satisfy their customers! Such great customer service for sure! They also put the raw meat in bags instead of putting it together with the rest of the meat and noodles like everywhere else Ive ordered from. Very clean! AAANNNNDDD the food is just DELICIOUS! My kids are picky eaters but they LOVE the food! If I could put more stars, I definitely would.Thank you guys for such great customer service and delicious food! We will definitely be coming back for more!

Me and my dad got COVID from eating pho. My mother, who went with us, had a rice dish. She did not test positive. We never leave the house. Eating here was the only time we left the house in more than 3 weeks. I am convinced the broth had COVID, as my mom did not get sick. I started showing symptoms exactly two days after eating here. The place was unclean, the silverware was unclean, and the taste was nonexistent. Please avoid.

Tried this place for the first time (since our usual spot was closed on Wed) and the chicken pho tasted really good. I read some of the reviews and its pretty close. The restaurant is facing Seven Eleven gas station. Service and food was great. Food portion is big. Great for the price & portion($6.90 for a chicken pho) The restaurant has an old mom & pop style restaurant. I was a little put off by the flies. If you can fix that...thatll be great. :) Definitely will return.

They are very FAST!! Some places are good locally but truly unacceptably SLOW that a bowl of Pho takes TEN to FIFTEEN minutes to come out!!!! That is when there is no one around. These folks, the bowl comes out in literally 2 MINUTES or LESS on a slow day. When it is packed, less than 5 Minutes! They are amazing and their broth ROCKS!!!

I dont really like pho but my parents love this place. We got here 30min before they close. Yep were that kind of people. Just expected, theyre out of half of whats on the menu and servers are grumpy AF because theyre busy for a sunday night and its almost closing time. I didnt get my usual stir fried rice so since they were out and i got a stir fry noodles instead. At least their food taste remain consistent and served quick. I always get their Taro Boba. This time its very powdery like they didnt mix it well. Maybe theyre just trying to get us out before they close.... then again I dont go here unless my parents drag me to.

But everytime I come here the food is great, I normally get chicken pho, and other places in the area the chicken is very dry, NOT here, it tastes fresh and not overly done. This time I tried the vegetarian pho, and as you can see from the picture is it packed full of veggies!!! Staff is always attentive, and well mannered, I cant speak for closing times but around lunch things are great !!

The meat has no taste very bland and it looks like who ever made it did not want to be at work because it looks lime it was just dump into the plate! Then they over charge me $8 more dollars and the menu say small and large pho and I said I want the large size and charge me .95 cents more for what the large size price! One day my husband and I went to our usual joint, but it was closed so we ended up at Pho Tho.Man, was I wrong about the rating!?!?!? This place is the Little Saigon in Riverside County. The SERVICE is friendly. (Plz dont mind other reviews. One girl said the waitress was unfriendly. I found out the waitress doesnt really speak English so please have some compassion.) They greet us with a smile, always help my hubby and I pack our food to go after we eat.The FOOD is SUPER DELICIOUS! Big portion. Veggies are really fresh! When we ask for additional basil and chili, they are really generous about it. We usually get the special pho, combo rice plate with pork chop -- YOU MUST TRY IT! Oh~~~Now, PHO THO is our new joint! I understand that she has an accent but just like i had to, she needed to have a bit more patience. Then she forget my childs food altogether. Pho Dac Biet: the broth is the heart of Pho, which this dish lack. There was no depth to the flavor. I would say the broth is 4/10 and the meat was 5/10.2. Spring rolls and Egg rollsEgg rolls were okay, 6/10Spring rolls, 3/10 - no flavor, wrong veggies, soggy vermicelli.3. Hu Tieu Mi Tho 2/10Such a disappointment. It tasted like the seasoning packet from Top Ramen with noodles and broccoli.I am not sure why the rating was 4-stars and why the restaurant has such disappointing dishes. We have eaten at several Pho restaurants in the area and this is our favorite. Food is very good as is the price. I have ordered the beef soup on several occasions and have always been happy. Some of the other Pho places give you a very small amount of beef in the soup, but this place gives you a generous portion. One of the other things I have not liked about other pho restuarants in the area is their peanut sauce. it is often very thin and runny. The peanut sauce at Pho Tho is just right and tastes great. The first thing we noticed when walking in was how clean everything was. Even though I live right next to Pho Dao, I am willing to travel just a little further to go to Pho Tho because of how clean it is and the food has always been great. Also, to the person who said it does not exist, it absolutely does, it is in the same center as 7-11. I highly recommend Pho Tho.

I used to believe theres no such thing as bad pho. Then I came here. Overpriced, bland, and the service was terrible; inattentive and indifferent. And the flies! Seriously, I understand that flies happen sometimes but this place was swarming with them. You cant just throw a pound of noodles in water and call it pho. I never knew pho could be so bland. The servers were on the phone the whole time, there is no professional restaurant attire one of the girls was wearing slides. Which in all aspects is not okay. I say this simply because i can tell, that when they make their beef pho, they throw beef bullion cubes in it, something that i can do at home for a quick fix If Im not able to cook a pot for 8 hours. Prices are above average and their service wasnt that bad either. I believe that Rating to be the best is a matter of opinion but in my humble opinion u can go up to the next exit to pho dao for a much more authentic and better bowl. I will endorse this place for a decent bowl of pho although it wouldnt be my first choice

Horrible service. They were more concerned with ringing up other guest then checking on the tables. We never got a refill on our drinks, my husband waited 30 minutes on steam rice that never came even after he asked for it twice, and all the waiter can say is u need to remind us like its out job to do theirs too. The waiters started talking in their Asian language which is F××××n rude. No apology. They brought the bills 45 min after we waited. They attempted to charge my husband for a meal he didnt even eat.
