Pho Viet Restaurant in Rancho Cucamonga

I’ve been coming to this place for a year and I think they have pretty decent pho. Today they decided to charge me an additional $1 for a cup of water (while sitting down to eat). The cashier said the OWNER started charging for cups of water like a month ago.This is wild to me and I don’t think I’ll ever come back to this location just for this reason.What happened to the plastic cups that restaurants serve water to?

Service was lacking, had to ask for water just to get water to the table. The restaurant was hot until until I asked fir the air to be turned on. The food itself was okay. I would try once more but if the service is the same my star rating would not change or go lower if any worse...

Every single time I come here, and I do mean every single time, this place manages to do something that upsets me:- fingers in my bowl as the server gave us our dishes- man comes to scold me about taking the onions out of the soup and I should have told them but forgot.- servers understand very little English so anything outside of pointing to the number you want on the menu—— expect for your order to be messed up- there is rarely anyone around to ask for help or pay for your meal.- they expect a tip and has followed me outside to ask me why I didn’t tip and I told him the above reasons. He was still upset.- even if you write down your order and show it I don’t think they can read and will charge you for the # they saw and not see it’s the 1/2 order- and last but not least the tables are always sticky and there’s no AC in the place. Just fans.I like some of their food but my main dish is now PLAH 😵‍💫 instead of pho. It’s now tasteless and oily and barely any meat and with the price hikes- not worth the headache for even take out. They managed to mess take out too.Another lost family of customers.

This is a family owned and operated Vietnamese restaurant with a wide range of menu and they recently added more dishes to choose from. In addition to a variety of rice dishes and Pho noodles, they also have different hotpot options. Service is very friendly, especially when Chloe is there to take your order(s) and serve your food. Make sure to leave them a review on Yelp when you dine-in and show the server so you can get a free soda with your meal. Will i go back? Definitely Yes.

My husband and I went to eat here a couple weeks ago. We like to try different pho places. First thing we noticed was they had a B for their county inspection. Customer service was not bad but not great! Pho was okay but not the best. We were then charged $2 for 2 tap waters?! Will be out last time there.

Food was amazing!!!! We had the filet mignon with garlic rice and a seafood soup. Our server attended us promptly with a smile upon our arrival. The atmosphere was quiet and pleasant. Will be back for sure. 7/23

The service here is very good. I originally ordered my food to go. I got the seafood fried rice. I did get there a little late, like the last hours of operations, they were still very kind. I walked to get a milk tea from the tea shop in the same plaza and when I came back my food was done. they had 40 more mins of operation and the server let me dine in still. The rice was very good! and the sauce, you could smell all the strong flavors incorporated into it + it tasted amazing. I think the portion was very generous for the price as well. I will definitely be coming back.

Great new Vietnamese option in this area! Customer service was great, for us. New furniture, nice decor, restrooms were still very new and clean! Food was not great but pretty good. The fish sauce they used for their bánh hỏi was a bit too salty and spicy. Lots of drinks and fruity smoothie choices. Prices was low and of good value!

Not the best pho I ever had. By far the worst. Pho broth was too oily and meat too thick for pho. First and last time I stop here.By the way they charge for water

First time brought my family here I had a bad and rude service at this place and the person didnt actually understand any English after finishing our food the server wanted a tips I said to my wife dont bother giving it cause he was very rude and not understanding what we said when we ordered the food and the server was not nice and also when he ask us do you want water he didnt tell us it was $1 dollar each per water I would just tell him give us Coca-Cola instead of water for $1 dollar more. You just loss good customer will not come here again
