I agree with others review about the broth, it was delicious. Their prices are higher. However, their portion is very generous. I ordered the regular pho with meat balls, and I could not finish my noodle. The meatballs size are larger than most places.The Vietnamese Coffee is strong and not too sweet, so I can enjoy the coffee flavor more.We also ordered the desert mango with sticky rice.The restaurant is very clean, friendly service and the restroom is clean as well. Im pretty happy with my overall experience.

Not many pho spots have cocktails, and when were in the mood, well come here. They have a variety of pho soups plus more. Always get a fresh coconut, too.They have indoor and outdoor seating and quick service with self-serve soft drinks.

Rice noodle is fine, soup not hot. the meat too dry to bite, the meat not good,the cut direction is wrong . Rice roll ‘s skin also hard to bite.The service is good. Wish they do foods better.

Had the egg rolls and they were delicious, small, but delicious. I also had the rare steak and meatball pho and it was the best I have ever had by far!! The food had no heavy flavors and not heavy on salt. It was the perfect portion of food. I just couldnt stop drinking the broth. Could have earned 5 stars if customer service was better. The food overall is the best Vietnamese food I have ever had and I have tried all over fresno and surrounding areas. Come and try here.You wont be disappointed. 🥰😋

Ok space and location. Food and services was awesome. We got pho, vermicelli salad and banh xeo dish and it was awsome. Great amount of food for the price, my family didnt finish the banh xeo dish as is was more than what we expected. Waitress took care of and was very knowledgeable of the menu.

Phoever has great tasty Vietnamese food, however their price tend to be little higher.Some of the good:their pho broth is very tasty and they always serve it really hot (steamy hot). I believe that’s how all pho restaurant should serve pho, which I think it tastes much betterthe bean sprouts, onions, thai basil and limes are very fresh and cleanthe restaurant is modern and cleanservice is attentive and very friendly, I always was greeted with smiles upon entering and leaving the placehave outdoor seating which is great option on a nice sunny dayspacious dining area (a plus after COVID)Some of the not-so-good:their pho noddles are slightly overcooked, consistently throughout the few times I dined inportion of food is a little smaller compared to other places, on top of being slightly overpricedSince Phoever is located in a nice neighborhood and provides a modern and comfortable dining environment with great service, I would definitely return and recommend this to everyone, even though I feel the food is overpriced.

I have to believe this is one of Clovis, CA best hidden gems for Vietnamese authentic food. The pork belly banh mi (with consummé) is so delicious you will be wanting more even after youve left the restaurant. The broth for their phó is A MUST even if its just a side soup. Lastly, their mango smoothie is perfect to give a vitamin c boost! The customer service is quick & friendly. You are always acknowledged even when its busy hours. The ambiance is perfect for the family, to go on a date or just go for a late night meal. They even turn on the tv for sports events to enjoy while you eat. Check them out! You wont regret it.

First time trying it and I thought the food was ok. Its not bad but also not the best. I would say this place is for beginners who are barely trying out Vietnamese food. I prefer authentic Vietnamese cuisine and this place is more diluted to the beginners. Ordered the Phoever pho special, spring roll and Vermicelli bowl. The Pho was ok. I probably liked the Vermicelli bowl more. The spring roll wasnt my favorite, Ive had better. If youre a beginner and wanting to try Vietnamese food then its a good start.

Very delicious! Ive been to a lot of Pho around, this one is by far the best. The broth is very rich, flavorful, and delicious! Veggies were very fresh 👌 My kids also loved their kids Pho Bowl. We also had the Avocado Smoothie which was extremely delicious and light.The place is very clean and modern with flat screens throughout.Also has a bar area with Taps on hand.Definitely worth the trip!!!
