I really like the noodle dishes and the Thai iced tea. I even just get the stir fried noodles without meat since I just love noodles. The shrimp spring rolls are so refreshing and the sweet sauce for dipping them in makes them even better. I just wish the prices werent so high but maybe that is due to inflation. Every time I go by or go in, the place is packed which is a good sign.

A spur the moment trip for Me and my Wife, due to our craving for spring rolls and Pho. We arrived when it opened, and there was nobody to take our drink orders. When we sat down, the condiments bottle had old sauce on them, and the windows has finger prints and smear marks all over them. We ordered our food and it was great tasting. The trimmings were fresh, the noodles were abundant, the broth was plentiful and was packed with flavor. The spring rolls and were large and packed full of flavor. Overall, a good experience. Would definitely recommend.

Food is okay. Not as good as those down in LA, but acceptable by high desert standards.The broth for the pho is flavourful, pho texture is average with some sticking together. The chicken fried rice is good and recommended.I ordered a pho ga (chicken pho), and a tendon and tripe pho. Two identical bowls arrived and was neither. When questioned the waiter read off his order pad and announced that I ordered one rare steak and one special, which were not whats on the table. I let it go and finished my meal. Its not overtly friendly when I walked in and I thought its taking a turn for the hostile.Despite the okay food that would otherwise be recommended, overall not recommended. They need to improve the ordering process before I consider returning.

Enjoyed the mixed vegetable stir-fry with chicken, stir-fried noodles with chicken and shrimp and vegetarian pho.To the restauranteur: Please list some vegetarian items to the menu. One of our party is a vegetarian and currently the vegetarian pho is on the “secret” menu - we nearly left because we thought there was nothing for her to eat 😮Please add some more veg items to the printed menu 🌱Thanks

Hit and miss. Sometimes the food is really good. Sometimes the food is really not good. I order the same item all the time it always comes with rice. They dont add it a couple times and look me dead in the eye and say that the dish does not come with rice. They lie.

Pholicious is a great alternative to the usual fare. Everyone can enjoy the entrees and specialty Boba drinks and exotic teas. The Phos are served hot and in large bowls. Choose from beef, chicken, seafood, tripe, and much more. They offer other Vietnamese dishes ranging from rice plates to steak dishes. The spring rolls are deceptively large. This place is an outstanding venue for vegetarianism.

I went to pholicious before and love it so much so when I saw this one open near by my house. I been wanting to go so finally went, it was the best! I got pho beef noodles and honeydew smoothie, it is literally so delicious. It was quiet and clean inside as well, I will come again! Thank you guys so much!

Absolutely delicious! Took my team out for lunch and got the shrimp pho and shrimp spring rolls with a Thai tea. The pho was large and very filling (most of the team the leftovers as a second meal) and the spring rolls came with a delicious peanut sauce. The Thai tea was also fantastic. Definitely strongly recommend this place 👍

Service is slow! Took over 30 minutes just for them to come take our order. There were only 3 tables full that were already served, 4 workers and still took a long time! Pho Saigon Le has one worker that can cover 10+ tables, unfortunately they closed early so this was a last resort. Owners really need to train their workers to not just stand around and assist when needed.

This is one of my familys go-to Pho spots. Im not sure what happened, but today they were short-staffed, and they ran out of rare steak. We were with given extra brisket as a replacement, which I actually preferred. Overall, great Pho and broth! We will return as we partake in Pho Mondays lol

This place has terrible customer service everytime I do a take out order they mess up. Came in to get a brisket bowl and 20 mins go by. I ask about my food and they look lost like I havent been sitting there for 20 mins. Then they ask for my ticket like I didnt order and you can see them make the bowl really quick. Just shows that I waited an extra 15 mins for no reason. The food is okay but they need new employees. Also make sure your clear about what you want because apparently shrimp and chicken sound the same and they get confused.

I had the brisket pho..omg it was so good. The broth was very flavorful. Comes with fresh basil And chili sauce jalapenos and bean sprouts. I was not even that hungry when I stopped in and I ended up eating the whole bowl. I will be back try more. The staff was very friendly.

Went in place an order for pho, stirfry and an appetizer.they bring the pho....15min later they bring the stirfry. When we are almost done they bring the appetizer...oh and never brought our drinks. When I call for the lady,she ignored me yet the whole restaurant heard me calling as she passed by...THEY NEED TO GET ORGANIZED AND HAVE WAY BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE.

If you have experienced authentic pho this place will disappoint, but if you want to try it out then its a good place to start.Biggest issue was that they were under staffed and the manager (owner?) Was rude and yelled at his waiter in front of a full restaurant. There was a situation with a customers food and he yelled at the waiter (who doesnt cook?) That he was going to pay for it.The statement above is 1) illegal 2) threatening and harassment of the employee and 3) made the atmosphere super uncomfortable. He yelled for the entire restaurant to hear and the waiter was obviously scared and confused.It took us a really long time to get out bill due to there only being 2 servers for 18ish tables. They were also serving, cleaning, ringing in orders and etc. And the whole time the same manager (owner???) Just walked around with a grumpy frown on his face and yelled in his native language.Im not blaming the staff at all. They were all very kind and hard working. Both servers were attentive and tried their hardest to help everyone but they were so clearly overwhelmed that I felt guilty for asking for anything.I also watched as two children ran in front of servers as they handled plates of steaming pho, almost spilling it. These children seemed to be the same Grumpy Managers kids. He never seemed to care that they were in danger. I understand the tradition of brining kids to work, but this was irresponsible . No one was watching them .Overall I would not come back. Not until upper management learns how to handle and compose themselves in front of guest. If you want good service and good food, I recommend Pho Kobe much more. They are always kind and the workers are never yelled at. The food is much better too.EDIT: looks like Im not the only person to experience issues with this manager. Check out previous reviews for more stuff of this dude. Definitely dont give him your business

We order the pho to Da $24.99Its great for two. Eating pho but hotpot style. Highly recommended 👌 broth was perfect. Alot of meat. We did order extra noodle n broth. It was recommended by the owner and it was definitely on point. Love that the bowl was hot the entire time. Great stop on the way back from Vegas!

First time here since we were in the area for a swim meet...Food: 4 stars...Customer service: minus 2 stars...cleanliness: minus 1 star. The bottles of condiments were all very sticky and dirty along with the utensils kept at the tables. I had to wipe down a few spoons before we could use them. After our food arrived, there was zero follow up to see if we needed anything else. I had to go up to counter to order my own drinks and get it myself when it was ready. Ordinarily I am a great tipper...but this visit could not be justified. I really hope the owners read our reviews and work heavily on their customer service and cleanliness because it was substantially BELOW THE STANDARDS. WILL NOT RETURN!

Boba drinks are good even if they have weird fees. They also dont make it properly if you want less ice or something (it doesnt get close to the top even if you pay the fee). They keep the change tho. You wont get exact change here. I like the drinks, but hate how they skimp on me every time. Not good business etiquette IMO.

Food tasted great and good portions for the price...at least for the pho. Now on to the negatives. Customer service is bad. The lady who brought menus and took our order never even looked at us when talking to us and she sounded as if she didnt want to be there and we were bothering her by coming to eat. This wasnt the first time either. The place is more often dirty then not. Tables arent clean, condiment bottles sticky, barely any utensils or napkins, windows smeared, floors dirty. Makes me wonder about the kitchen in back. Weve given this place a few chances, but it hasnt seemed to get any better in those two aspects.

I ordered pho with brisket & double tendon they have me tripe. Waiter is eating in between serving guest and never bothers to follow up with current dining guest. Dont bother coming to this spot if there are more then a few people eating in or your not taking out. Was quickly seated even though it was a little bit busy. Sat around waiting and gave them the benefit of the doubt since a lot of people started to come in. Waited around for 15 minutes and still no one came around. Everyone who ordered take out or were picking up orders were quickly handled. My daughter asked me when the food was coming since she was hungry I told her they should be coming. A few other people where seated way after us and got their orders put in. Once I seen that I was livid. Kept my cool and put the kids jacket on and right as we were getting up they tried to take our order. I told them its OK thank you if it takes this long to order then I dont wanna wait an 1hr+ for my food.

Well, I had their pho soup earlier last year and it was not good, noodles were over cooked and stuck together which made my soup look like mushed flour. We went back last weekend and boy have they stepped up their game! Soup was bomb, broth was amazing. Customer service isn’t great because they don’t attend you right away. The workers seem to be getting a hang of thing still. The Thai tea and boba is delicious!

I will never go there again. First, the waitress didnt write down my order, so my plate was wrong. Then she forgot my sons order so he never got it. Half of my order was given to somebody else. I left after I seen my order was given to another table. And the waitress tried to charge me for the things I never got. She turned to look at my table and she realized there was only 2 bowls of soup and missing the other items on the computer. The service SUCKED!! And No apologies .. Screw that place!

They need to improve their customer service so many people working there and therefore it took 15 minutes to bring the menu, 20 to bring our drinks and to top it off our appetizers was not what we order we pointed it out to our waiter and he was willing to change it but then came back with the appetizers to our table stating his manager said we couldn’t exchange it and right behind him came the manager with a really bad attitude long story short I said it was ok was going to pay it but that wasn’t what we order . So called ahead to see if they have a vegetarian pho (made with veggie stock) and they said they did. Even if it’s not listed on the menu. My mom and brother are carnivores and usually I’ll order fried rice or something but I really wanted pho. It was pretty good! Could’ve added tofu but it had a good amount of veggies mixed in. Vietnamese eggrolls were meat but it’s nice to find a place close by that I can actually get pho! Definitely recommend! Also staff was also very nice and food came out quick and hot! Horrible service!!! I ordered 2 Pho Specials through Uber and there was hardly any food inside the soup. Hardly anything of what they described on the menu was in it. I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager or person in charge and instead of trying to resolve the issue he yells at me saying that everything was inside and hangs up. Do not order to go, these people are very rude and charge you for something and do not give you what you paid for!

Quick service. Amazing Phò and Boba! They separate your meat and broth perfectly and give you all the fixings when you order to-go. I live in Wrightwood, and our soup made it home hot with the meat looking/tasting amazing. Its definitely a go-to on these cold days!

Im am not picky when it comes to eating from taco carts or street vendors.....but when I walk into a restaurant that has running water gas and electricity...... I would expect that if you open your doors at 10AM every corner of the restaurant should be clean and ready for the customers to enjoy their meals without wondering if the kitchen is as dirty as the rest of the restaurant .....Ive visited around three times already and each time it looks worse..... I dont know if they changed owners or if its just us but todays Pho had no flavor 🤷‍♂️..... I would hope that if they value the busines of serving food to not forget that the best advertising is word of mouth.... I strongly suggest that they invest more time on clean utensils, floors, Restrooms, and the squeeze bottles of chile and sriracha.....but not all is disappointing the staff is always at their best

This place has a wonderful blend of Americanized and traditional pho food. They serve wonderfully crafted boba and non boba drinks as well as smoothies. Delicious soups with very flavourful broth. Several varieties of fried noodles as well as fried rice. Tastefully hand made spring rolls, and vietnamese style egg rolls which are very delicious. This place is definitely worth a stop or two.

I think for pho, it does the job. I wouldnt say its the best here in the high desert though. Their broth is a bit more on the oiler side, but still flavorful. The springs rolls are a little too plain with watery peanut sauce.

I’ve been here a couple of times and the food is pretty good, however I’ve never been charged almost a dollar for asking for no ice at any restaurant. That’s seems exceedingly preposterous to me. Also pestilential as I have tooth sensitivity and do not like my drinks with ice do to discomfort and I’m being charged for that? That’s honestly something that makes me not want to go back to a place. The last time I encountered something like this was back when I was approx 7 years old I wanted a fountain drink from a local quick stop and the man said the drink comes with a full cup of ice. Umm no, I turned my young self and marched right back out that door. I didn’t accept this nonsense as a youth, I will not accept it as an adult. Had I known this had happened I would have walked out today. It was only upon coming home and seeing my receipt that I noticed this. I must also add that maybe I’m a little brash today too because I just return from south east Asia. Vietnam being one place I visited and this same drink would have cost like 46,380.00 VND ($2.00 USD) in even in a popular city like Ho Chi Minh (Saigon). 🤷🏻‍♂️

I came here today asked. For water to drink instead of ordering A beverage because water is more healthy than a soda i was given a very small black cup of water I was able to get one refill which the water wasnt even cold once two younger ladies came in they were given refills on their water without asking while my glass sat empty the young man who offered them refills a couple of times never even came back by my table to offer me a 2nd refill I didnt even finish my food because I had no water to wash it down with this was my 2nd trip here where I wasnt able to get the helps attention for a refill on my water or soda purchase on my previous visit and as much as I like the food I wont be returning here because of my last 2 experiences here .I did receive my food order quickly but otherwise I was very disappointed in the service I received

I made an order on Uber eats the other day for some teas with boba they didnt put boba in it and today I made an order for 3 teas with boba and got the extra boba option to be sure it got boba this time not only did they forget a drink my Uber eats driver had to go back to get the third drink she was nice but the third one wasnt even the right tea and it had no boba Im not going to go to this place for a while for that and reason and Im going to tell my friends about the whole situation.
