I was craving noodle soup today and saw that this was close by. It was definitely a great choice and solid spot for pho!I ordered their “Pho Dac Biet” or house special pho with fried egg roll side and a Thai tea. The broth in the pho was excellent and I loved that the noodles were a lot thinner than I’m used but now I prefer it that way. The meats were excellent and the overall soup was phenomenal. The egg roll side was also a great addition and their Thai tea was great.I would definitely come back here again to try their other menu items.

Price is competitive with other phó restaurants but i feel the taste of the broth is lacking... overall i would not go outta my way to eat here. Their drinks are 1 can for 3 dollars which seems crazy to me. Egg rolls are maybe a 6/10

Not a fan of the thick white onion slices in my soup. Suggest, thinly sliced spring onions only; for better flavor and texture. Double check the temperature. Sometimes, its not HOT enough... I can recommend the fire roasted, (Grilled) porkchops. In my research, I have discovered that this restaurant has been sold to a new restaurantur. Best of luck to the new owner. I hope for some tasty, positive changes. 👍 Cheers!

Went for lunch dine-in. This place got a strange smell inside. The Pho portion is small. Pho broth was alright, not flavorful. The fried rice was a bit overcooked, rice was burned brown. The seasoning makes it a bit too salty. The service was nice tho!

I was raised in and around Vietnamese culture, so I have a great sense of taste to all Vietnamese food, including things not even some Asian Americans will eat. That said, my first experience is this; very good attentive service. The noodles were perfectly cooked and not rushed (Asian noodles should never be al dente and this place definitely does them right). They do not use chemicals.I had their House Special with chili oil of course. And Vietnamese Egg Rolls with spicy fish sauce. Absolutely love it. Im coming back to build my own Pho.Their cafe sua dau is also very rich and creamy and it doesnt over-power with sweetness like Lees Sandwiches does.All-in-all, I highly recommend this hidden Fountain Valley jewel off Slater near Euclid. This place is to Pho what In N Out is to burgers. Seriously. The restaurant is SUPER CLEAN. Everything is perfectly arranged and the turning of tables is very smooth. I was very impressed. It was almost like ballet the way they fluently run the dining area. They make AUTHENTIC CHEMICAL FREE VIETNAMESE PHO here home style, so I do not recommend any American who is content with a limited palate. If you are about flavor with no frills, this is your place. As a former sous chef, if I worked for Michelin, I would definitely recommend them for a Michelin Star.

I come here at LEAST once a week to get the egg rolls and I’m usually not disappointed, but this time round I bite into the egg roll, not only is is mushy, it was undercooked. I had to spit it out. I also asked for extra cucumber as per usual; never had a problem, and I literally only got one. There was also dirt all over my lettuce. I don’t know what happened today but it was not a good one. I expect better. Especially if your paying almost 10$ for 3 egg rolls. Service and atmosphere is great and on any other occasion I would highly recommend!

It was a nice place. The inside is clean and the food was good (Pho Ga with shrimp add too). The service was so so. I dont know of the previous staff was replaced due to 2020, college or the business was sold. No overwhelming complaints, just Meh..

The previous times i went here, i had pho. The pho here is pretty decent. Nothing crazy but a good meal. Just today i went into the restaurant and had a distraughting experience. We got the mango tea which used to be enjoyable, but today, it tasted like syrup and water. The rice dishes was when the meal went downhill. The pork chop and cubed beef dishes were too salty for our liking. We decided to talk to the people about this, just to let them know. We told the waiter and chef politely about how the dishes were too salty, and thats when the chef lashed out at us. He yelled at us and told us about how we could complain all we like and he wouldnt change. He criticized our taste and told us we were too used to liking bland stuff. We paid and left. While walking out, we overheard the chef yelling about us from inside the kitchen. To make ourselves clear, the waiters were nice, the chef was rude and disrespectful. Im not returning

Great restaurant. The broth was so flavorful and the noodles had a good consistency. The server was so nice and sweet! Minus one star because the rare steak came out over cooked and rubbery but the broth and noodles more than made up for it! Skip the Sriracha and go right for the chili paste. You won’t regret it!
