Unbelievably rude host, zero customer service skill, all that for mediocre food and surprised they charged for chili oil, what kind of a pho place charge for a single small package of chili oil? Not even one for free? They way she talk to me and my wife is unbelievably rude and were being nice, spent almost 50 bucks on food, I will never ever come back because you do not deserve my business ever again, stay away from this place people,I warn you, this is one of the worst experience Ive ever had in my entire dining history of my life.0 out of 5, not recommended ever.

Ordered a coffee smoothie with Boba and let me tell you its hard to find places that just get how coffee is supposed to taste and this coffee was amazing! The favor was bold but not too strong also the boba was a perfect texture. My daughters loved the cute little cups with the panda ears 😍

I visited their new location with my family and I am very picky with my Pho, and absolutely loved their food and their milk tea. I would highly suggest this restaurant! The restaurant owner was so nice to let us order even though we were 10 minutes past there deadline for serving food. The employees were so happy and positive and gave like a good mood in the restaurant. I plan on returning for more delicious food ❤️

Saddest spring rolls Ive ever gotten :(There were little to no noodles, the rice paper was all ripped up & not properly rolled. The pork was way too salty & the lettuce tasted so dirty. I was extremely disappointed

It is a nice pho place, located inside the Mall of Victor Valley. It is located in the food court, near the Taco Bell stand. I have visited this place, when I was in town, to visit my family. The meals, that I have ordered, were really delicious. The lines to order food were not long. Furthermore, the wait time itself was not long. Definitely, next time, when I am in the Mall of Victor Valley, I might try this place again. Of course, if it will be still in business.

Super yummy, best pho Ive had since Ive moved from the bay. I got a mango milk tea that was delightful and a pho rare beef and brisket. I did order some egg rolls but I didnt notice them as missing until I got home. Only reason Im not giving a 5 star. I will be coming back.

One star for the 7 year old taking orders. First off the lady in front of me in line stormed off mad, didn’t order.I have eaten here so much since it opened so I asked for what I usually ask for, she says “we don’t have that” so I ask her if she’d like to go ask someone and she tells me “no”. So I say - well you can go ask or I can leave. She goes and asks someone and they come out chewing food with rice or something all over his face. COME ON. It must be nice to make so much money with your business that you do not care at all what the customers think. I’m good I’m not eating here anymore.

“We don’t have that here at this location”… items aren’t available like basic veggies to add to your pho, the mint leaves, tofu, etc. Just because it’s located in the mall doesn’t mean they shouldn’t have a full menu. The mall needs a better PHO spot.

This place doesn’t have the best service and the boba drinks aren’t that great. I didn’t try the pho so if you are going there for that, your experience may be better. I wanted to try the manapua on their menu which is basically a steamed bun containing meat. I asked the guy what kind of meat is in it and he didn’t know (he said he’s still new) understandable, he gets the guy in the back who actually prepares the food and he don’t know either. Kind of annoying, so I guess mystery meat manapua? Whatever, I ordered some just to see if it’s good. I’m assuming it will probably be either beef or chicken. Well ends up, they are all out of the manapuas. Nice. So I’m able to get a refund and I just leave with my tea. That tea was like 90% mango concentrate with 10% black tea. It was too sweet for my liking and the bobas were way too soft and soggy. Anyway not worth the price, I went to Manny’s for some carne asada fries and that was good.

They were the only place in the mall that had unsweetened iced tea! So thankful for them because having bariatric surgery I am unable to drink carbonated and super sugary drinks. These guys were awesome and very friendly!

I ordered the Special Pho and 2 Spring Rolls and it took about 45 mins to 1 Hour before I got my order. They didnt seem to be bothered by the fact I was waiting that long and didnt apologize or explain the kitchen was backed up. Also the only reason I found out was because the worker said hi to someone they knew and said the kitchen was backed up and I just over heard it.

I visited the new location today on bv and amythsist. We waited 30 mins for pho steak and a strawberry bobba. They took customers out of order causing the long wait times. When i got home i was given shrimp not steak. They also stated 10% off first two weeks. I was not given this discount. I will not be going back.To this day no response or care from owner. So fyi this place does not care about customers

This is by far the worst pho I’ve ever had. How is it possible that my pho was half stew half oil?! It was sooo incredibly oily that I couldn’t eat most of it. I also asked for a shrimp fried rice and received white rice with shrimp on the side? The service was not very friendly, the employees seemed like they were half asleep and not very thrilled to have customers. Never coming here again.

Placed online order, GrubHub charged my cc, then cancelled my when entire order without warning, without contacting me, for not having all items available, yet, my card still got charged, temporary hold or whatever, this takes time to be released, and if all ingredients were not available, they should not have been advertised as if they were available, update your menu and dont charge if you an on cancelling after giving a eta, time, and stating order is being prepared. Do better.

Im from grub hubThey had to have the order readyThey told me to wait for 15 min.When the time was over I ask them for the order and they said that I Had to wait for another 15 minutes.I was going to leave but I ready drove here and I had already spend half an hour .I went back and waited for 15 min. MoreThey didnt even look at me.Dont recomend this restaurant .After a long time a young lady came and offer me a glass of water wich O said no thanks.I just wanted to go.

This is a great place if you want to wait 30 mins for your food while you see your drink melting on the counter, you are ok with underage staff (11-12 year old) handling money, workers giving you dirty looks-but the kicker is that the staff was not wearing gloves when handling food. I was looking forward to visiting their new location on the other side of town that opened up this weekend - but having visited the one in Victor Valley Mall - I think Ill pass....

I have been at this restaurant once. It was at the beginning of 2020, when I have visited my family in High Desert region. It is a small Vietnamese restaurant, selling mostly noodle soup. The meal, that I have ordered, was really delicious. It was really tasty. The price was quite fair. Furthermore, they prepared that meal quite quickly. There were no lines, when I have ordered a meal. Of course, it might have been due to the fact, that I came in the evening. So, I would recommend to come by this establishment in the evening! It is located in The Food Court, on the left side of the entrance!

Ordered door dash picked up I’m vegan and found small bits of chicken in my food !The food had no taste except to burn my mouth it was dry soggy noodles almost like the repurposed an order . Had to throw it in the garbage that’s how bad it was . Will never order from there again and will let my friends know about this experience. Thanks Pholcious now I’m hungry and wasted almost 30.00

Good morning, yesterday I had bought the chicken spring rolls. I finished one took the other one home with me. When I took a bit, I found a hair in my spring roll. Called to speak to the manager to let him know about it as well what to do about.. (refund etc..?) he Said if I wanted a new one I could get one.. 😒 no thank you.

This place doesn’t give meat or noodles for any pho, they just serve water, one meatball, one beef slice, one chicken slice. I do not recommend this place in the mall. Being honest with y’all. I ordered to go and that is how they served me, i had to drive all the way back to the mall and ask them for more meat and they gave a big problem and get mad. Sorry but, i do not recommend it.

I’ve only tried the boba smoothies, which are good, with a good amount of boba... The service is just okay, not very friendly.. If friendliness is not your concern, then this place does serve a good boba smoothie, in a variety of flavors.. Also, the prices are reasonable...

The food is good, but they dont serve properly, they dont give spoons, napkins, I asked them for a glass of water, the worker told me she doesnt have any.This is not good, water is necessary and important, water is denied to no one.In all small, medium, large, extra-large, luxurious, non-luxurious restaurants, it is mandatory to have purified water for customers and non-customers. We know people who only need a glass of water, they should give it to me. Many restaurants offer bottles of water, they do it for their own business and so it is not allowed......Before the Law of God, Nor the Earthly Law.I hope the Corresponding Authorities take action.
