2023-09-30 02:40:20This is my go to spot and I love the entire staff! They have great options for those who love complex deliciously flavored dishes and they also have easy simple vegan options. They’re always creating new menu items and drinks depending on the season and they never disappoint. Definitely worth an evening out! The burger, pho, mushrooms and a hopefully new item they’ll be adding (pictured below) are my favorites!

2023-05-23 20:24:11Just came back here a few nights ago, surprised to see a new menu! The item I gambled on was the Wagyu Pho Burger which was incredible! I was unsure about it because of the Bleu Cheese but the flavors of it all together were to my honest surprise... I had to take a photo! Anyone looking for a dope neighborhood spot? I recommend to check this place out.

2023-05-09 15:33:09This is my favorite place and I have been a patron since the Overland location opened. My favorite go-tos are the marys free range pho ga, mary’s wingz, oxtail pho on a rainy hungover day, and pork vermicelli…so I guess every item on the menu. I love how they use organic ingredients and you feel nourished after a warm bowl of soup. Oh the spring rolls are also delicious. Also, the cocktails are fire (and perfect for when you need the old hair of the dog).Thank you Phorage for curing my hangovers over all these years! Cheers!

2021-10-18 22:20:22My review is for their Detroit Pizza style menu. It is a bit strange to see one kitchen offering two very different menus but they really make it work. I have not had a Detroit style pizza before and this one was a fantastic first time experience. The dough was thick but also quite light and fluffy. The edges were nice and crispy. Combined it makes for a tasty treat. The wings are Asian inspired because I detected some soy flavor but I forgot to ask what else goes into them.Overall, quite happy to give this a try and while youd think two very different menus in one kitchen would be a red flag, it most certainly is not the case here. Ill come back to try the pho and I suspect it is just as good as their Detroit Pizza.

2023-08-21 02:03:48I’m surprised I haven’t reviewed Phorage already. Been coming here since things opened up in 2021. I literally love this place. Alejandra and Fran we’re amazing today. Food was on point, drinks were in point and service was ON POINT! I left my card and Fran rushed to get it to my by the parking structure. So appreciate of him and everything Phorage related. Don’t come as often as I should but ALWAYS a good experience. First time meeting Alejandra but I see Fran all the time. Definitely a must go.@angelepatino

2023-05-02 15:12:10Waited for over an hour for food. Only two other parties were dining there. Chef tells us it was a problem with the WiFi. Not sure how that makes sense. They comped 15% and two drinks which was insulting given how patient we were and how long we waited. Food was not authentic nor good. Drink menu was fun and interesting but tried the pho mojito and tasted just like any other mojito. Not in a rush to come back especially with that kind of customer service. Such a shame as I was hoping there would be a reliable vietnamese spot near me.EDIT:In response to the reply, our table was left waiting for 45 minutes after we placed our orders with no one checking in on us. We were pretty much the only party at the time so regardless if the WiFi was down, we were confused as to why didnt anyone think to just verbally communicate to the kitchen what our orders were? The second round of drinks were offered for what we thought was complimentary, which we would not have gotten if we werent waiting for so long. To offer a 15% discount for a 2 hour waste of time is just not very understanding or deserving of a return visit.Take ownership of a poor guest experience and improve rather than speak as if you did us a favor by saving us 40-50 bucks when our time is worth so much more.

2023-10-18 00:56:21Extremely rude lady from the kitchen. Some of the staff members apparently think that if a customer is a delivery person, they can be treated like rubbish. That its ok for the staff to raise voice at them, and accusing a customer of their own(staff) mistakes.Responding to your threats:My review is 100% true. I spoke to Uber and will go to the support office to share your threats regarding my employment youve just made. This is a Review section. I have a right to share my experience with your business. Your restaurant made a complaint to Uber, affecting my customer satisfaction rating. For the mistake of your staff member. Why do you think I cant rate your professionalism? If you continue threatening me I will do everything necessary in accordance with the law for an adequate response, protecting my rights and employment. As you said, lets be adults.Response 2:* I am responsible for my review only. I did not write any other reviews here. Only this one here and one on Yelp.As I noticed after your latest addition to this review response, you copied your response with threats to multiple other 1 star reviews, even though some of them were posted weeks before the incident occurred.I cant travel in time (I wish I could, to avoid that situation).* Your staff member was the first(!) to raise the voice. Of course I was not expecting to find myself in the situation where a restaurant employee made a mistake and then tried to make me responsible for that with raised voice and accusing tone. I came to grab a package for a customer, not to be treated as I was. And not to tolerate threats either.

2023-09-10 05:43:44Bowl was huge. Phó was just okay. I had chicken. Broth was a bit oily and nowhere close to clear. Chicken was dark and noodles were plenty. The meat to noodle ratio was noticeably off. Best part was the rice lager imported from Laos.

2023-08-27 05:51:39I came here for the pho, big mistake. I got the wagu pho and it tasted like beef broth that was really salty. It didn’t have any depth of flavor. No star anise, no nothing. It was so disappointing because as a chef myself, I expected the name of the place to be what they thrive at. I guess not, maybe I came on a bad day? But looking at other reviews, I see similar experiences. I also tried the chicken pho, same thing. The “one bite salad” was delicious though !! That’s pretty much it. I was surprised to see the pho’s rated so highly as it was not worth it.

2023-08-28 02:17:14I frequent here often to enjoy my food and the service. It is eclectic that they offer Vietnamese pho and a Wagu burger. I will return, and the location is conveniently located near Trader Joes, so I can have decent parking and go shopping afterward. The bartenders are phenomenal and often give you a kind wel, coming friendly experience
