During my visit I ate the Pho Meatballs and it was exceptional! My pho had flavorful both, tender meat, and fresh toppings. I also tried the Sweet Cheddar Fries and they easily became the highlight of my meal. Also, the staff were courteous and friendly. I look forward to trying other menu items in the future!
Tried this place for the first time today, Pretty pho-kin’ good❗️😁 Had the Pho noodles with meatballs and added ribs as an extra because you can! It was delicious and filling with fresh tasting ingredients. I got take out and this was perfect for that because the noodles broth and other ingredients are packed separate and when you throw it all together in the big bowl it’s more like a freshly prepared meal! Also need to mention the super nice people who work there that were eager to answer any questions about the menu . I will definitely be back! 😋
Foods didnt have much or any flavor. The noodles 🍜 definitely didnt. Food looked bomb but didnt have any soul.I love pho and was recommended this place but was a bit disappointed. 😕Normally I get to pho places an get spring roles, and put the think red chill in my soups 🍲 but they didnt have it so it was a be of a bust.
The Eggs Rolls and Garlic Noodles are some of the best I’ve ever had. The staff is positive and so sweet. I tried the Lychee Lotus Tea today. It was delicious. I will be coming here often!

Been there a few times to get their Banh mi and.. let me tell you, they stack that bad boy. Good bang for buck and flavor is decent. I recommend anyone to try their lemongrass pork.Edit 05/23/23: Tried the pho there today and it was fantastic. The broth is as flavorful as it should be.
I ordered the Pho Filet Mignon, Fried Dumplings, and Golden Baos and they did not disappoint! Delicious and fragrant. If you dont like fragrance perhaps it may be too strong but give it a shot because the flavor is yummy! They served a lot of meat and noodles too! The customer service was excellent as well.
I brought the Pho Brisket and a lemongrass banh mi. Havent tried the banh mi yet but the pho was good. Just wish it came with more Thai basil or more greens, but I didnt bother asking for more so it was fine. Broth and noodles were delicious and the serving size was just fine IMO. Ate here for dinner in Sept. 2022. I ordered the Pho Brisket (~$16) and the Lemongrass Pork Bahn Mi (~$9). TLDR: Upscale café. Pleasant venue and nice staff but food was overpriced and just ok.The Pho was disappointing considering the high price (to compare, most pho places I go to charge $8-12 per normal sized bowl). The broth lacked that traditional rich pho flavor, the amount of meat was generous but too thickly cut and the rice noodles were too large (they used the medium-wide flat style noodles that are better suited for stir fry). The pho was also served in a large disposable carboard bowl even though we ordered our food for dine-in.The Bahn Mi was tasty with well-balanced flavor and both the bread and the toppings were good quality and very fresh. I would order this again!Venue looked very clean and new and had a relaxed hipster café/coffee shop vibe. Lots of seating indoors and out. Biggest complaint about the venue was that they only offer disposable bowls/plates/cups/utensils despite offering dine-in service and they did not appear to have any recycling which seemed wasteful for an upscale café.All in all, not a bad spot but definitely pricey. Ill probably go back for another sandwich in the future and will update my review if it improves!
I tried the eggrolls, Golden Bao, (fried pot buns), and the grilled lemongrass pork Banh Mi. Everything was delicious, with fresh, tasty ingredients. The Pork Banh Mi was one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had, served on fresh, crusty bread. Highly recommend !

The meat quality is incredible. The first pho Ive had were they put in a beef bone. It was amazing. They dont have rice dishes. So if youre looking to have that it wouldnt be the place for you
Phox aka Fox is located only a few blocks from Cal Poly Tech..I love trying new Pho places. The color and seating arrangement was cute. Ive tried many places worldwide. Vietnam, San Gabriel Valley, Westminster, and San Francisco to name a few places. This place near home was very tasty. The broth is well made and the meat choice is great. The value of the ingredients are important when making a good pho bowl. Also note that they have a sister tea bar place a few steps away. Its called Zero Degrees or ZeroX. Id recommend both places to anyone who wants a real good taste of Vietnamese cuisine and try out their tea or boba collection afterwards. You can order the tea to take home and have it for the following day.
Garlic chicken and noodles are really good, especially the onions that come with it. I like how they add just a bit of browning on the noodles to give it some crunch 👨🍳👌Flavor explosion in your mouth, and the vibe is pretty good too

The bahmi sandwich is very good, as are the bao. Garlic noodles and fried chicken Also very good. Give this place a try. Youll get hooked too.

2023-10-17 02:21:33Pretty good Vietnamese food joint! Seems like it is the same owners of ZeroX. I ordered through the phone, and each time it is quite easy. I haven’t dined in but ordering take out is quite easy. They do take smart pay and there is plenty of parking.FoodI always end up getting the bbq beef brisket sandwich and fried chicken by itself. I tried their pho and their garlic noodle, but the flavor is a bit too intense for our family, so I end up sticking to the other items that are really good. Would recommend getting what I get ! The fried chicken comes with 2 pieces and the dipping sauce along with pickled onion.This has now become a place I can stop by regularly if me and my family want to eat sandwiches or want to get their fried chicken and eat it with some homemade rice. Will be back soon! Until next time !

Garlic Noodle is definitely for garlic lovers while your mouth will be full of garlic with each bite. Most important thing is it wont break your wallet. Will come back again for sure.

I will definitely be ordering it again in the future.Only feedback is that my family thought that the food was a little too greasy but other than that it was very good.The place has a very nice atmosphere and environment and the employees are nice. I will definitely be coming here again to try other items on the menu.

2022-10-14 05:23:18Its a cozy modern Vietnamese spot thats definitely a sleeper! We only had a chance to try the fried chicken and wow... it might be the best chicken Ive had in a while! I dont know if its air fried or what...but that recipe and frying technique is damn near perfect!The menu is small which helps with quality control. Next time were out in Pomona, we are definitely trying it again for the bahn mi.But yo....go for the chicken! I promise it will be in your top 5 easy.

2022-10-18 21:06:32A chill Vietnamese food spot near the corner of Temple Ave and Pomona Blvd, Phox is relatively new to the area.They have a good selection of appetizers, Pho, Banh Mi, and Garlic Noodles.The prices are reasonable and would justify the quality and taste of food.Chowed down the fried chicken garlic noodles and the sweet tea for lunch. Serving is good for two people - the quarter chicken leg is HUGE! You must try this!

2023-10-11 11:58:42Food and service was great. During this visit I tried the parmesan chicken wing combo and it was delicious. Next time I will try their garlic noodles, it seemed as a popular dish at the time I was there. Definitely a place to go grab a bite!
