Lots of things to pick from great flavors and the food is cooked fresh In front of you. Their air conditioning is ice cold there are a few TVs and the staff is great and attentive. Lots of parking and it is also family friendly.

We had the lunch special offered from 11:00 to 3:00 everyday. I had the Orange Chicken with fried rice and it also came with two cream cheese stuffed wontons. Really nice place. Be sure to check out the lunch specials, a good value for your money.

Only eaten here twice. First time was really good and portions were good. Second time not so much. Kung pao chicken the first time with rice was good. Rice a little mushy but tolerable. Second time i get Kung pao chicken and chow mein. The flavor was there but i got absolutely the worst chicken in the history of chicken. Little bits or shreds, No big chunks and mostly mushy breading. Not sure if thats how they normally serve it with chow mein but its kind of disappointing. Oh well like i said tastes good

What happened to more vegetables in the kung Pao chicken. Back in the good old days it had bell peppers, mushrooms and green onion. Now all I can see is Italian squash.

July 4th. Afternoon. ordered Asian Lettuce wrap to go. Have ordered that dish prior with success. NOT this visitThe cook only gave 3.5 small pieces of lettuce to use as opposed to the usual 6-7 Ive gotten previously. ( I went through that too quickly and had too much garnish left which is the opposite of my other experiences). For these finger foods the front counter young man forgot to pack napkins which caused a problem after I had driven away and got to a park to eat. ALSO - left out the sprouts.OVERALL - very POOR performance by this lackluster group. There was no one in the restaurant except myself. If this is the WOKE Generation then these people need to wake up and get off their cell phones and be more cognizant of servicing the customer and not being distracted. BAD CUST SVC

Now given my portion of food was pretty good. Pretty much what I expected but I got a kids meal as well and that was probably the worst kids meal Ive ever seen. 90% rice. If youre going to get a kids meal go to panda Express, the kids meal at Pick Up Stix is just sad. The chicken looked like it was just left over and had been cooked a while ago. I expected way better from Pick Up Stix and I was really disappointed

Pickup Stix you really need to improve on couple of things if you want to survive.1. The gravy to Rice portion size is disproportionate. 50% of white rice cannot be eaten without gravy as it finishes early and a waste.2. Make the servings little juicy.3. mention clear condiments available with food.4. Improve the way chicken is cooked

I have had this locations Pick Up Stix 6-7 different times now and honestly me and my wife werent pleased in anyway. Ive tried every flavored chicken dish and I just wasnt happy after either meals. The brown rice flavor was off compared to many other restaurants.Service here is good; they all work well together for fast service, communication is great and its a very clean restaurant.

Amazing food, but especially amazing service. Angel, the man who greeted me at the register was polite, fast, and when I had questions about the serving size of the dish I had selected, he showed me the container it was served in.Food was delivered quickly and fresh. Most importantly it was tasty, I had the Mongolian dish. And the spring onion was delicious, the beef was very tasty as well. I think I will be returning here very often on my lunch breaks! Excellent work by Angel and the cooking staff has created a repeat customer.Give that Angel guy a raise.

Definitely improving. For a little while there were some employees here that werent quite with the program resulting in longer than acceptable wait times. During my last two visits there have been new faces that seem more with it and cheerful. Ive worked in the food industry and I get how under paid and over worked it can be, but dont let the customers see it. Good job to this location for pulling it together.

Just ordered tofu fried rice. Took one bite of the tofu which was sour and expired.why does the franchise not check expiration dates on foot being advertised on their menu? Is it to much of a hassle to not get your ex customers sick??? Will never return. Pick up sticks is a disgrace.

Years ago when this chain first opened for business, the food was delicious and my favorite. Unfortunately the last few years, its been consistently poor. If you order any time in the evening (4p-8p), you often get dry and over cooked looking food. Many times it has a stale taste to it. Its very frustrating because its expensive and I have to throw it out.

Clean, Customer service was great. I kinda knew what I wanted but was not familiar with the menu. I asked for recommendation and she was spot on. The food was great and very filling.The only recommendation I will make is more of a soda selection. I love Diet Dr. Pepper they only had dr pibb. My second go to soda would be Sierra Mist and they didnt have that either.

We came about half an hour before they closed and my wife ordered the bourbon chicken. The lady at the register said it’d be about a 20 minute wait and told the cooks to make a bourbon chicken plate. The cooks looked upset and started speaking in Spanish very angrily to her. My wife speaks Spanish and understood him. He said we don’t want to make the grilled chicken after we’ve put it away. She turned and looked at us and said there’s no more grilled chicken left. I understand they were closing soon but we still came in during business hours and ordered off their menu and on top of that we got lied to. I will never go back there again after that. Very disappointing.

Ordered food to be delivered on May 31st. It is June 16th Ive been dealing with management of the store and management of the region ever since. $58 worth of food nobody will be responsible for. Trying to do the restaurant business a favor, & paying an exorbitant amount of delivery prices and still not receiving your food, its a disgrace. If you want to spend money for nothing go for it.

Used to like going here. Seems like ownership has changed. Quality seems to have suffered and they changed the portion size of the rice to almost 1/2. When ordering the standard offerings (not the combo lunch menu) the entre used to come in a large container along with the same size rice. They cut the rice in half to save money I am guessing. Not cool...

Well this place is just ok, I enjoy really fresh food and this place didnt have that taste of freshness and sauces seemed a little watered down. I still ate it but they need to put a little more love into their cooking. Come on people we pay for fresh food not leftovers from yesterday!! Sorry 3 stars for them and thats being polite

Weve had plenty of chinese take-out all over the country. This place is less than average. Veg spring rolls taste like they sat in grease for an hour and just moosh! White rice and fried rice just not pleasant and the rest of the meal was barely mediocre. First time trying Pick Up Stix and will be my last!

Worst customer service ever and worst Chinese Chicken salad ever. Angel the cashier seemed unhappy and rushed everyone through like there was a fire. I added the app while I was in line. Just tried the salad and then deleted the app. Bummed. It was my first time trying this place.

.... Fresh ingredients, signature sauces, and a passion for perfection. Fresh must be frozen, signature sauces are just normal sauces, and perfection must be burnt food. See, I understand saying something like signature sauces for business, but dont say passion for perfection when the food is burned. Not horrible, just tasted like every other Chinese restaurant.

Okay so this was our first time to try this place. It was OK. my husband and I spent $28 dollars on the two of us....might as well go to a restaurant if we are gonna be spending that much...we would get more food out of it too. Lol lesson learned.Plus panda express is better than the batch we had here and cheaper. Just fyi! Lol

The manager here knows nothing about customer service. Very rude to me and happily turned away business from me when I was picking up a large phone order. I love the food here but for as much as I pay for it there should at least be a positive experience with decent service. I will go to other locations in the future, hes not getting any more money from me.
