Pick Up Stix Fresh Asian Flavors in Westlake Village

This has got to be the worst Chinese food I have ever eaten.I ordered the Family Pack for my...wait for it... family (haha) since we were craving Chinese food. The meal deal was 3 entrees, rice, chow mien, dumplings, and fortune cookies to the tune of $65 including tip for the driver. The meal was advertised to feed 4-5 people, well it was not even close to that. If youve been to those hole-in-the-wall restaurants, then you know what I mean when I say I was disappointed with the amount I got. The meal came inside one of those party platter trays and to be honest if I went to Combo A in Echo Park I could have gotten way more and higher quality food for less money.The chow mien tastes like those cheap Instant Yakisoba Noodles you get at the store for $1. Which is not what I want from a restaurant, especially after I paid what I paid for this meal. The teriyaki chicken was dry and over cooked and off course lacking in the teriyaki sauce. The rest of the food was just as subpar but those two were the biggest offenders.I felt compelled to apologize to my Wife and Child for how bad it was. I even told my Wife Id understand if she chose to break it off with me for a day due to this food.Its bad and Pick-Up Stix as an organization should rethink their menu or something because this is an embarrassment to food and the fast-casual restaurant industry as a whole.

This place needs to change the name to, Pick Up Sh#t. We just had the drunkin noodle for the first time. It was the WORST noodle anything Ive ever had.1. Noodles felt and tasted a week old or were made from plastic ingredients from China were warned about. Dry as the Mojave Desert; and2. Absolutely no flavor except for the one piece of basal.WARNING: Do not waste one dime on this dish. If I received a free coupon for it, I would not waste my gas to get it.

Very nice place,,you order and they will cook it for you..they serve beers and wine at their Bar..staffs needs to smile more and be friendly..my order was delicious,,will be coming back for more.

The online ordering service here is atrocious.Ive come here for sit down dinners a lot and never had much issues. Ive also been to a lot of pick up stix and ordered online. So I think its safe to say that the service I had with, and others had by other reviews, the mobile ordering at this store was bad. Took about 10 minutes to get the food that was done at 6pm. Although my food was done the entire time I was inside, it was impossible to get the staffs attention to get the food. I made eye contact with multiple staff while I was standing at the counter. Eventually I noticed that got the food, but turns out they messed up my order and gave me the wrong food, but after I got home.I wouldnt recommend anyone use the online ordering at this store. It would probably be quicker to just order in store and wait for it.

Paid a lot of money to feed 5 people the food sucked service was horrible we all got food poisoning

It has been several years since I have been to a Pick Up Stix.There was a 25-30 min wait (which they had informed us prior to ordering), but food was hot, fresh, and well portioned.Menu could use some updating to reflect options (white rice, brown rice, AND noodles)

Ive been to this place twice and twice I order online to a specific time frame and it doesnt matter. Because, the food isnt ready. I see no point, and I might as well stand in line and wait. The employees were nice so I give them that but theres no excuse. Sometimes you just want what youre paying for and I rate this place for the performance 2 stars. Food is good tho!!

Awful service and not happy with the food. We arrived during a slow period and the people ahead of us let us go because they had a large order. We ordered 2 apps and a chicken entree. 20 min later - no food for us however the large order behind us - they were enjoying their dinner. After asking 3 times for our food, the person who appeared to be the mgr tells us that our order needed more time than the large order - huh? So we waited another 10 minutes. Now the restaurant has a line. We asked again for our food. This mgr type person tells us that the delay is because they are busy - huh? Why not just be honest and tell us that you forgot our order until we asked at the 20 min mark. Own your mistake. It makes it worse to provide the customer will a ridiculous response! To add insult to injury, when we finally received our 2 apps and 1 chicken entree, they tasted so salty to us we ended up throwing away most of the food. A bowl of nothing but salt would have tasted better to us. This was our experience and we hope that others dont have the same. We dont intend to ever visit this location or another one...did I say ever?!!
