Stopped in for a quick lunch with hubby. I ordered the grilled salmon salad and hubby the teriyaki chicken with fried rice. Everything was just about over salted. The salmon salad was saved by the vinegar-based dressing and mandarin wedges. Hubbys fried rice was mostly salty and the chicken was good without the sauce.The staff were friendly enough. The restaurant was clean; the bathroom immaculate.

Worst decision Ive made in a while, I spent a lot of money on food that was horrible! The food was low quality starting from the orange chicken which didnt taste like orange chicken at all! I bought my daughter a kids meal with chowmein but the chowmein tasted like rubber! And my wife got kun pao shrimp which was really salty..she got a sore throat after eating it makes me wonder of they use fresh ingredients or not!! For sure Im Never going back there again what a disappointment!!

We ordered and it would of been almost $80 for my family of three. Heck no. McDonald’s atmosphere, with expensive food does not add up for me. I ended up canceling my order and going to a mom and pop shop.

The place was empty. I was shocked the bathroom had almost no water in the sink. Had 2 bathrooms one out of order. Do the employees use, not wash their hands?The water was a drip, there was water on the floor. Wont eat there because worried employees dont wash their hands. Also now you just get a bowl of food instead of individual containers, not friend sharing.

I had gone there a few months ago. I love pick up stick, but this location was the worse one I have ever eaten at. I thought Id try again. Still has not changed. Their sauce has no flavor. Its watered down. Thier entrees are over cooked. Someone really needs to get rid of this location. Two strikes. BOTH REALLY BAD FOOD.

It has been a while since Ive been to a Pick Up Stix. 12 years? Anywho, I remember it being better. Was it? It could have been, it was a different location.It wasnt the cleanliness or service that disappointed me. The place is clean and the employees were nice.The food quality was good, nothing under or over cooked. So thats great, so far so good.The problem was the food was rather bland and this with something they defined as spicy. That doesnt seem like something that should vary from location to location. So it must have been bland way back when, I just forgot.If you like bland, this is your place! Otherwise move along unless you have people in your group that think Bushs baked beans are very spicy.

Food didnt taste fully cooked veg stir fry poor quality. They opened front doors ( cold out Eve) and brought in lg containers for 15 minutes while we got chilled. They could have used back door or waited till customers were gone. Not sure about mngmt there. Dont want to go there again. Used to be a regular customer.

I love the food. Their policies suck. I ordered a chicken entree and it comes with steamed white or Brown rice. I cant eat either of those so I asked for lettuce instead. I was told it would cost $3.00 to change my rice for plain lettuce. I declined and said they can keep the rice since I cant eat it...The EMPLOYEE was completely unphased...

The house chicken with fried rice is soo delicious, I strongly recommend it! Im picky with my chicken and they cook it up to my expectations. This is good quality and very clean. The staff is nice too.

Very disappointed. I have not been to a pick up stix in a long time. My last experience was ok just expensive. This visit I waited longer than people that ordered after me and my food was room temperature at best. I was really looking forward to some fresh hot food but that just wasnt the way it turned out today.

First off the customer service was fair. The prices are ridiculous. I paid 10 dollar for 1 cup of rice and 7 tiny pieces of chicken. The food was ok, just like panda express. I would definitely not recommend this place.

Orange Peel Chicken cooked perfectly but the ChowMein was mushy. I was disappointed that my whole meal was just, well, brown. Stars are for flavor, moist chicken, and restraunt. Thankyou to the crew

After my wife & 2 young kids ate there yesterday late afternoon and went straight home my older kid vomits in the car before got home & she vomits again the house. My youngest kid have diahearr. My wife & i both have ozzy stomachs & vomitting. I woke up around 5am this morning feeling chill, fever, still ozzy stomach & still feel like vomitting. We all got a stomach flu virus & wondering anyone else have the same thing.
