I moved away from CA almost 26 years ago and this used to be one of my favorite places to eat. I loved the house chicken. I dont know what they changed, but it didnt taste the same as I remember. It was still good, just not as good as it used to be

Overall the service and the food where great . The only thing that we didn’t like after ordering the family value pack, was the portions . They where really small portions . Unfortunately my coworkers and I won’t be coming back . We where still hungry btw.

Great food. Even better prices. Excellent service. Had an online order that needed modification. I called the restaurant, and without hesitation, the order was revised and prepared right on time. $30 for 3 people, in this economy, for food portions that last at least two meals, is totally worth it.Quick Update: ordered the wrong thing, remade the right thing free of charge. Over and over again, this place impresses me.

This is a great Pick Up Stix location. The manager, I believe her name is Michelle, is awesome. Shes always friendly and appreciative. The food is always hot and tasty.The restaurant always feels clean too!

Went here for dinner with my husband on a Sunday night for dinner. Service was okay, but after we bagged our leftovers up is when things took a very disgusting turn. When we were getting ready to leave we noticed 3 Giant cockroaches crawling across the front of their front counter. Meanless to say we threw our leftovers in the garbage. The manager on duty was afraid of the cockroaches we found and a male employee chased the cockroaches into the dining room area to kill them. We will not be returning as a result to this location. Insects only show up when proper cleaning is not being done, since cockroaches look for food sources before they start to infest. This location needs better pest management to avoid cockroach infestations.Update: The VP of Operations Ben reached out to us and made things right, by providing us with a full refund due to our bad experience.

Horrible experience. To begin with, the place was dirty. I should have left as soon as I noticed, however I was hungry and kind of desperate. Lol. Having eaten at another locations and having a pretty descent experience, I figured ok I’ll overlook the food on the floor. 😕 big mistake !!! The food was badly prepared and did not live up to my previous experiences. It had been several years, so it’s hard to say if this is a location issue, or a corporate failure. Either way I would just avoid it.

This location cooked up my food fairly quickly.Their Crispy Chicken Dumplings are phenomenal, I could make a meal out of those and the Cream Cheese Wontons alone.Aside from the awesome House Chicken Nachos that show up from time to time, my go to favorite entrees are the Crispy Honey Chicken and the Mongolian Beef.

We havent been to this particular PUS in a few months but wow it has gone down hill. The dining area is absolutely filthy with dirt and food on floors and walls and that has been trapped under table legs for weeks. Its disgusting to look at! Obviously they dont move tables at all each day to mop under. This is our last meal at this store. Im seriously worried what the kitchen and wash room must look like. Do not eat here

Ive been there for both lunch and dinner three times in the last week and they are delicious! Prices more inexpensive before 2:30. Ive had their Shrimp fried rice, kung pow chicken and crab rangoons and chicken egg rolls.

There is only one person who does everything. She took my order and in the midst of placing my order a phone call came in, in which she had to pick up and told them to hold. Besides taking orders, she packs the food. No wonder this worker has a terrible attitude, she has to do everything. First time here and Ill probably never come back.

Always nice to call ahead and have food ready to pick up.Cooked fresh to order and nice and hot. Makes dinner easy when they can also provide plates etc for a fast cleanup.
