The employees were very kind and nice, but the food was not edible (sorry). The grilled salmon was overcooked and dried. The hot fish was placed into the to go salad. Tofu dish and shrimp dishes did not taste fresh either. Not sure if the food was made before and then reheated? The fried rice didnt have much flavor, unfortunately. There were also no utensils provided with the to go orders. I was not able to eat the food and spent over $40. Maybe it would taste different if I ate it while dining in.

The staff was very polite at this precise locationI was very impressed, the manager is very kind. The location is very smooth running and rapid food turnout time.Also very delicious food, great seasoning. Almost forget you are at a chain restaurant.Very fresh meat and rice. This was also my first time trying Pickupsticks !Will be back to this location as I saved it as one of my favorites.Fire starts for sure

Currently sitting here attempting to eat an undercooked and over priced dish. I ordered the drunken chicken but the person who prepared this dish mustve been the drunk one. The chicken was ice cold in the middle and most of the vegetables are basically raw. Normally I dont complain but this is a second infraction from this franchise. 10 years ago I bit into a piece of chicken that was rancid while dining in San Diego. They have the audacity to have signs on each table encouraging people to write them 5 star reviews... Pure comedy. Theres a reason this place is so empty. Im literally sitting here by myself with just 2 employees on their breaks I guess. Please do better Pick Up Stix

The food here is excellent. When I go to Pick Up Stix I usually always get the house chicken. You can order either the lunch or dinner house chicken. I can only give this place four stars because the Diet Coke was flat and disgusting. I had to get sprite and I am not a fan of sprite. Hopefully they will fix their Diet Coke machine.

We picked up dinner here last night and we will never go back again. I ordered chicken with broccoli. My companion ordered chicken with vegetables. There were at least 5 people behind the counter and the kitchen seemed very busy. Mostly orders called in for pick-up, I suspect, because there werent that many of us waiting in their dining room. We waited almost 1/2 an hour. Ok. They were busy.When we finally got our food, we paid them and left a tip. And that was the best part of our dinner. Instead of receiving my chicken and broccoli, I too was served chicken with vegetables. So both orders should have been the same, right? Wrong. My companions meal was swimming in soy sauce, and besides the fact that her boneless chicken had bones in it, it was tough as nails and inedible. We ended up throwing it away and I made her a couple eggs. My chicken dish had no soy sauce and the chicken was prepared differently. It was tough and very chewy but at least it was edible. I called the restaurant to tell them what happened. Their phone rang 22 times before someone answered and I was immediately put on hold for over 9 minutes. I finally hung up.Terrible food, terrible customer service. Dont go here.

Terrible customer service. Employee lady at the counter with terrible attitude. I used to come quite frequently a few years ago when I worked in the area and employees were always attentive and with good attitude.Not anymore.

Stopped at pick Up Stix after shopping for a take out order. Order food vegetables and teriyaki chicken grilled. After 35 minutes of waiting finally got my food. Drove home the bag was full of teriyaki sauce grilled chicken was tough and vegetables overcooked and tasted “burnt”….Well never eat there again.

Ordered from this location 6x. Out of the 6 had one decent meal. Twice now Ive had my broccoli beef taste like salmon because they dont rinse out the pan. If I wanted salmon I would have ordered it. Obviously this goes against protocol and they have one crappy cook ruining the location. Had multiple other issues at this location but wont bother elaborating. Save yourself the frustration and go to another location.

Ive eaten at many Pick Up Stix but I wont go back to this one. For the second time in a row, many of the pieces of chicken in my House Special Chicken had lots of gristle. Its a big bummer to bite into it only to find that its inedible. It all looks the same when its covered in sauce. Not sure why this location has trouble with their chicken quality, but it does.

Service and staff very courteous and hard working. Personally the family package is geared for two adults and two young children. A family of 5 which are all adults disappointed to see very small potions. i was embarrassed as there was not enough food. As an example The white rice portion was maybe a cup. Recommend clarity on size of containers.

On this time around young lady being stingy with hot sauce and bad attitude. I put a order to feed 6 to 8 people and she tried to hand me 2 hot sauce . I asked for a lot more for my big order and she tied once more to give me 2 more. Bad customer service

Never again!!! we ordered the family meal. Burnt Mongolian beef, chow mein drowning in sweet teriyaki sauce AND I found a 1 and a half inch strip of plastic in the Mongolian beef. Spent $30 on trash!!
