The honey chicken was not crispy. The egg-fried rice was good, though. I know it was my fault, but on the website, you should move the steamed vegetables away from the rice when ordering. I thought it was rice with vegetables

The cook Jorge 10/10 the young man who takes the orders also 10/10 but the manager Alan or I dont know if he is a manager the truth is very bad service character super bad humor he also orders things in a very bad way this is the only restaurant to which I resort to buy Chinese food but after this experience I doubt I will return. I hope they remove that manager from his position, who is too bad to get things done. Thank you,

Y’all, I was hesitant to visit with all the negative reviews…but this place is good! As I walked in one of the workers was walking out (probably on break) but he greeted me and the guy at the front cashier was very pleasant as well.I grabbed one chicken egg roll, 3 cheese rangoons, and 8 chicken dumplings. Definitely recommend!

I had been sick with a cold for a couple of days and I remembered that wonton soup always seemed to have medicinal qualities. Went to order from Door Dash, and the only place open was a local Pick Up Stix. Before ordering, I called to find out if the wonton soup had a lot of broth. I was told if I ordered the large one it would. I thanked the person, hung up and placed and order for two large soups. Turns out with all the ingredients in the soup, it was just the ticket. what I didnt expect was another container in my order with a note attached saying, gave you a side of broth just in case (smiley face) Enjoy! I.WAS.BLOWN.AWAY! Called this morning and found out that the person who did that was the manager of the store at 102 Old Grove Road, Suite 6 in Oceanside, CA and her name is Danielle! Please give her a raise, a trip to Hawaii or buy her a car! She doesnt even know me, but to be that thoughtful for a complete stranger, is such a breath of fresh air. From now on...my favorite wonton soup will be from Pick Up Stix!!! (P.S. Im drinking that broth right now in my insulated cup to keeps all that goodness warm!)

Ordered the chicken pad thai. The guy before me got his meal and finished eating it, and at least three people after me got their food before I even got mine. I had high expectations but I was not happy I had to wait over 30 minutes for my food. When I got it, it looked and tasted nothing like pad thai. I couldn’t even eat more than a couple bites. They should name it something else.

Been wanting to stop by for awhile because I love P/U. HOWEVER, this location is always closed and at super early hours. I honestly felt like they have been looking for ways to drive out the patron, for awhile.I finally had the chance to stop in. When I walked in, the place smelled empty I dont know how else to describe it, like everything had been steam cleaned recently.Then, the overly flirty cashier, with his big Doe eyes and giant smile charged me $6+ for a single soda. That i had to self-serve. I work in fine dining and we charge 8, but the patron gets free refills and I have to serve it, and its in a glass.There was no option for a survey on the receipt so Im leaving my comments here.I was charged for the tap water because you only have one size cup, which I paid $3+ for when I could have just gotten cold filtered for less at Ralphs next door. I paid for my guest who wanted the water. I really only went in for my one soda to go, another $3+, and to check out the ambiance of what was once a desired spot. Dodged. That. Bullet.

Wow. This was hands down the worst chicken I’ve ever had in my life. How can you serve a customer literally only joint pieces WITH BONES. How can someone just be okay with preparing cooking and then serving chicken bones to someone. Someone who definitely was shown a picture with blatant breast and thigh pieces with luxurious meat and sauce. I didn’t mention that we also got no sauce. We ordered their bourbon chicken which is on point at literally every outer PUS location I’ve dined at but Jesus have mercy on your soul if you eat here you’re in for one hell of a time… would not recommend. Get your flipping act together pick up stix because wow… the food is inedible.

Just had an AMAZING experience. Super clean, super organized. Had some last minute changes/ additions to my order and they handled it easily. Spectacular service with a smile (at least thats what the young ladies eyes said since all were masked and gloved appropriately). I thought this place wouldnt be good because its a chain. Boy am I wrong. And food is approximately 50 cents cheaper per menu item then the other places nearby. Sorry guys Im converting to pick up Stix. Im glad I listened to a 14 yr Olds food advice!
