They shrank the portions AND increased the price. Family meal, which used to be enough for a few leftovers, was served with what looks like a single serving spoonful in each item space. This will be our last visit.

This is the 2nd time this year that Ive ordered from what used to be my favorite place, only to be disappointed. Spending so much money on food that I cant even eat, not to mention the long hair that was in one of our dishes tonight. The house special chicken/beef no longer tastes like what it used to. I couldnt chew any of the house special steak - there were no green onions, I miss how we used to be able to add carrots to it. The teriyaki chicken was stringy and burnt. Meals are now plated vs the old style of the containers which included more sauce - the plated versions are dry. I visit HB a few times a year and Pick Up Stix has always been my 1st nights meal - no more after tonights horrible $40 meal. It is disappointing how much this location has really gone down hill.

It has been years since I went to Pick Up Stix. Several times I had a craving for Pick Up Stix but something got in the way. I got through with a little job. It was hard work but a nice paycheck. (well, for me) It also happened that I needed to stay in HB until evening because I have to pick up a laptop from a friend to DJ an event at Crunch Fitness tomorrow. (long story) My very first thought was: I have a little extra cash and have to stay in HB: I am going to Pick Up Stix! It is nice to report that it still tastes EXACTLY as it did years ago! My favorite meal here is now kind of a secret. I did not see it on the menu but when I asked, the very attentive staff member told me what it was called. She told me it was the House Chowmein or The House Rice. Depending on your poison, (mine is noodles) this dish includes shrimp, beef and chicken. I also ordered a medium Won Ton Soup abd a large drink. The prices havent, suprisingly, increased as much as they have at most fast food places. Granted, prices were a little more than most fast food, of course, even before Covid, but the quality of the food balanced out the higher price. I had expected prices to be even higher now but they werent. Another thing I have noticed is that both the portions and the quality of the food has suffered in most fast food places. The only difference I saw here in the portion was the side crunchy noodles. Not a big deal. Otherwise portions AND qualith were exactly as I remembered them. In addition, the unsweetened ice tea was excellent. (the best is at Panera but portions are small and prices high) Tea is a very big factor for me because I rarely drink sodas. This tea was perfect and refreshing. (not like the horrid tea I had at Burger King which, though a picture was shown of iced tea on the soda dispenser was actually made behind the counter and handed to me with NO ice! It also tasted awful, too bitter) Finally, the place was clean and, as a DJ I appreciated the music mix. It is rare that a place plays a song I do not not know, as well as some of the hits. The mix flowed despite the many genres represented. Good Pandora station or programming. All in all, I was extremely grateful for my delicious and relaxing reunion with Pick Up Stix!

This place has definitely gone down hill.... nothing like how it used to be.The Pad Thai was simply awful, I Couldnt eat it because it was so dry with rubbery noodles.Also ordered the orange chicken....they substituted it with some brown sauce. Definitely not orange chicken, dry and no sauce.I will not return!A total waste of $25 after the BOGO offer redeemed!

Honestly... I remember it being better. Its been a while since Ive been here but for $24 (Drunken Noodles w/ tofu and Firecracker Chicken) I expected more. The noodles, who were supposed to be drunk, were sobered and very dry. My nephew said even though his firecracker chicken was drier than usual it was still good. So lets just say I will be back again but it wont be tomorrow.

I don’t normally leave reviews but I felt todays visit deserves 5 stars.To begin with my review I have to say this place is ALWAYS busy when I go. Despite how busy it is the employees know how to handle the floor well even when customers are being rude and impatient. Today David helped me with a very big order, I expressed how important it was to not add certain ingredients to my order due to an allergy & they did a great job! David helped me take my order to my car & delivered exceptional customer service.. I believe he is a manager. Had a great experience. 2 weeks ago Ariel helped me with a lunch order & suggested some great dishes. Appreciate the staff here they are great! Always go above and beyond. :)

Person who took my order needed to be axed. Attitude stank. Inattentive to my order request, (no onions,) hot sauce (got soy sauce instead.) They were NOT busy. Only one other person & myself. My order came to $10.66 & gave $1.34 tip. Usually Id hear a thank you, not this time. She looked @ the container & went in her way. Like it wasnt enough. Poor attitude on her part 👎👎☹️. At least the younger lady said goodbye & thank you for coming.Except for the onions, the Drunken Noodles were very good. Whoever made that, was a keeper 👍👍
