2023-09-06 17:25:34We have 2 small inpatient kids so we pre order our pizzas online and then pick them up and eat at the restaurant. All three of our pizzas were completely burnt, black and bitter on the bottom. I understand things happen and pizzas get over cooked but they should have been remade and not served in this condition. Additionally when we arrived ever table in the place was dirty and the staff was not friendly at all. We dine here at least 1-2 times a month and usually have an ok experience but this time was horrible and Im not sure if we will be back.

2023-08-27 22:39:48If you like your pizza drenched in ranch when you only asked for a drizzle, or paying $15 for a kid sized pizza that you were expecting to be normal sized. If you like the quality of your pizza to never be consistent then come to Pieology! This is my second bad experience with this place. The first picture was a pizza I ordered when I only asked for a drizzle of Ranch, but received a pizza dough with ranch soup on top, and the second order I used a coupon code for a free pizza after complaining and this is what I get from it. A kid sized pizza absolutely ridiculous will never be coming back to this place especially when Little Caesars has three pizzas for the same price as a normal build your own pizza here.

2023-01-30 02:41:16Food was good here the last time we ate here… this time we came in here to order pizza, waited 20 minutes while the workers were outside wiping down chairs & tables (there was absolutely no one eating outside, it’s cold outside, so not sure why the chairs were being wiped down) multiple customers waiting in line. Watched 2 groups of people leave because of the time it took to attend the customers. Seems like they just need an extra person working to take care of the customers!

2022-03-29 17:28:03I cannot understand when you own a business and you dont train managers who in turn are to train staff and your store is filthy, why bother being in business. Staff walk right by dirty tables, garbage on the ground, and are blind. How sad when this company responds with a canned response.

2020-10-24 22:57:42A pizza place like this has been much needed in La Quinta. Somewhere you can get quick delicious pizza for any situation. They serve wings, tater tots and salad to compliment your pizza experience. Overall great establishment. Has great energy, staff, and pizza.

2020-10-10 16:08:59Writing a review of a new restaurant the week it opens is not really a good idea, writing about a new PIZZA restaurant on the first Friday its open is a really bad idea. So I went back on the second Friday, just to compare. It wasnt a great experience either time, but it wasnt horrible either time. All-in- all I give the food a 4 and the overall service a 2+ or a 3-, but Im going to be generous and give a 4 overall, it was a Friday after all. And I think the next visit will be the real test. There are a wide variety of crusts, and I have to say, the electronic menus look great, but I had a little trouble grasping what was what and what the cost is. With most concepts like this (instant pizza, pick your ingredients) its pick a crust, plus pick ingredients, so much an ingredient. Here its hard to understand what a crust costs and what an ingredient costs. I think the $9.99 offering is a very thin 10 inch crust with sauce and cheese. I think. The problem is Im not sure. Every other crust seems to be a $2 up charge from there. And every ingredient is an $1 or more. They could use a more transparent pricing guide. The pizza itself is not bad, small, but these types of restaurants are not the traditional big pie for the family place. I will say they do offer a 16 alternative, but it appeared to me that it was baked in a separate roll though oven not the standard pizza oven, and I didnt have one to talk about. On my two occasions I will say the pie was ok. The amount of sauce and cheese on each was radically different. Friday one I liked pretty well, Friday 2 there was too much sauce and cheese. Typical of a new location, these pies are assembled as you walk along, and there are probably 4 or 5 different people doing the job, so until they get some experience its bound to be different.First night I ordered there at the restaurant it was a long wait, like an hour. The place was in the weeds, so ok, I understand. But it really wasnt that busy. They got out of order, and were auctioning off the finished pizza because generally their identification system was kind of lost. That said, I liked that pie the best.Second night I ordered from the app for pick-up. the pizza was ready pretty much the time I specified. Unfortunately, that was the one I like less. Like I said, lets see what the next one is like. Also got a salad. They are pre-packaged and not customizable at all. I got the garden salad both times and enjoyed it. In fact it was the best thing in the order.Tried a soft drink from their machine, which is one of those coke multiblend anything you want machines. They always sound like a good idea, but as is the general rule with them, the mix was out of spec, and the result was a cherry coke that was neither. Sorry coke you need to make them easier to balance. The location itself is nice, lots of seating (which in the age of COVID is good). Unfortunately they are not doing a great job of social distancing or limiting tables. They actually have a community table that has all its seats there.Lots of TVs which all had sports going. They do sell beer and wine. Very large patio, even that had tvs on it.Worth a try, will update when I have a chance.
