Pizza was perfect, the tables were dirty, and the ceiling was falling down as others had reviewed over 2 months ago and still hadnt been fixed. Pizzas are about 14 bucks now. I wouldnt care so much about the ceiling, but its directly over their prep area.

After a cross country trip via train from Florida we finally arrive in CALIFORNIA! The City Of Los Angeles. Well here in Northridge its been pretty cool so far. Decided to get pizza and checked out this Pieology. 1st Daisha is amazing and was so courteous to help us out with a delicious pizza. 2nd the pizza was ACTUALLY GOOD??? We ordered pepperoni, mushrooms, Spinach & Pineapple..YUMMY. We are grateful! Make sure you check this Pieology out??!

Location has really gone downhill. Food prep area not cleaned. Trash in tables which haven’t been wiped down. Spilled drink under a table. Garbage overflowing. Peeling paint on ceiling above food prep area. Only one employee making pizzas and cash register isn’t working properly. Very long wait.

DONT DO DOOR DASH WITH THEM. IF YOUR ORDER Isnt CORRECT, YOULL HAVE TO Drive to GET IT ANYWAYS. Pepperoni pizza with jalapenos showed up without pepperoni. I absolutely hate giving less than 4-5 star reviews but unfortunately I must in this situation.I recently went into store to get 2 pizzas to go. Although the staff weren’t necessarily wearing their masks correctly, I let it go. I ordered one thin crust pizza and one thick crust pizza. They asked for my name since they ran out of the number cards so I gave it to them.After waiting what seemed like a really long time for pizza, they called out my name and confirmed that I ordered 2 pizzas. I drove over 15 minutes to get home, got excited to eat our pizzas with my husband. My husband, who ordered the thick crust pizza, opened his box to find a thin crust pizza that does not belong to us. It was extremely frustrating to travel all the way home to eat and have a pizza we did not order.We spoke over the phone and they were able to refund us the money, but we had to drive all the way back. The one pizza I did try tasted okay, but because of my bad experience, I will not be returning again.

I want to give this place 5 stars because it is a clean location and the employees are super nice. Unfortunately, after eating here I feel sick. It has been a little over a day and I still feel a bit sick to my stomach. I know it was the pizza because I didnt eat all day before it. My boyfriend is also sick after eating here.

I dont know what happened to this place, staff seemed to be at a loss because they said they were busy, counter where pizzas are created seemed unsanitary. Sauce and food that had been sitting there. Asked for vegetables in my pizza and the amount of stuff given what so little that I asked if the toppings were going to be deducted from their paycheck, for example spinach I was given a few leafs (more like for decoration) asked for onions, the guy broke a couple of rings and spread them on the pizza, made seemed like chopped garlic. Definitely not going back.

The best unconventional pizza place, they have whole-wheat pizza dough as well as white . There are so many options for toppings. Staff are friendly. Their pizzas are delicious. I would definitely recommend this place.

Pizza is not the same as a few years ago. I hadnt had pieology in a few years. Tried it today and the ingredients werent up to par. The crust, which I asked for the regular, was mushy and not done. The sauce didnt have the good taste I remembered and the meat just didnt measure up. I ate most of it but that uncooked was harsh, I even asked for it to be cooked 1 minute longer. Wont be travelling there for any more of their pizzas.

This is your traditional fast-food style pizza spot. Staff is friendly and the place can get packed though not as much during the pandemic. They have a few basic option for you to choose from and they spray the dough with cooking spray before putting it under the machine to press so you get no rise out of the dough and instead this oily film. The ingredients looked fresh and the taste was not bad but the dough, which to me is a big part of the pizza, is pretty much simple white flour dough with no yeast.

My wife and I stood for over 5 minutes without being acknowledged in the slightest by anybody.. When my wife Finally asked if someone could please take our order that guy looks up and says well be with you shortly and goes back to making his pizza. I understand places being busy, and I understand having to wait. What I dont understand is standing there for all that time and not having our existence even acknowledged. Perfect place for a quick bite, and something vegan too! They have cauliflower crust pizzas, and they are actually pretty good! They honestly taste just like thin crust pizza--I dont know how they make cauliflower crust taste like actual pizza crust. So wild, but so good! Veggies are fresh, service is quick and friendly.

This is my first time coming here sadly I don’t plan on coming back. Employees are just talking within themselves, they have AirPods in and to make it worse they gave me my change back wrong. I asked the girl for a receipt and gave attitude. Really hope management either improves their customer service or just hire new people because it’s ridiculous how they ignore the customers.

I used to love this place. However, since they opened again after covid their service has been HORRIBLE. I have been there 3 times only to be disappointed. All three times, they either dropped my pizza, forgot my order, and actually had my online order not be made. When I arrived, they never told me they never made it yet. Finally, 15 minutes later I overheard them they had lots of orders before mine. Then I heard them say the oven broke. Not once did they make an effort to tell me. I had to get my refund.

I wouldn’t even rate this place a 0 it should be negative . I have been here multiple times and hope it would get better but no the staff isn’t working half of the time I have to repeat what I want multiple times because they have AirPods in . The pizza press is broken ?!? And they tell me I can’t get the crust I want and the only one they have is more in price . I get it anyway because I drove here they throw no toppings on and I see my pizza done and I’m standing there thinking maybe they are grabbing the ranch I ordered but no the workers are all on break with 5 pizzas on the counter fully finished . They come back and use the same cutter on all 5 pizzas . Then after another 15 min of standing there looking at my fishes pizza they walk over and give me the wrong one then argue and tell me it’s the one I ordered . Finally I get the right one and tell them I ordered a ranch and guess what no ranch and I just wasted a dollar it’s not about the dollar but why can’t they just tell me they have no ranch when I order ranch . This place is always I hope anyone higher up sees this review and does something about this awful establishment I wouldn’t recommend anyone goes here can’t believe it has 4.2 stars I have not had 1 good experience here and I have been here 4-5 times . One word AWFUL!!

This place definitely goes above and beyond when it comes to their quality of food AND customer service. I went for the first time and noticed that all pizzas had a flat price! Thats really hard to find nowadays. On top of that, theyre the most friendliest group of employees around! An employee noticed I finished picking at my plate and offered to take it even though there was a trash can next to me. I love the ambience and the food is amazing. Well worth the walk I made to get there!Oh and before I forget, the lady assisting in creating my pizza asked if I went to CSUN and I said I do. She told me to show my school ID and Ill get a discount. That was all nice of her to mention it without me expecting anything :)

I stopped in for lunch the other day and it was just OK.The management did not care and the poor girls basically running the place seemed overwhelmed with everything. I saw the dude manager mostly just talking and hanging out. The trash was over filled and the place looked terrible...But the poor girl cooking my pizza did a great job and the other did an even better job preparing the pizza. If it were not from the great pizza and nice people I would give this place 1 star.Get a new manager and get a 5 star eatery overnight.

Lousy! After watching a server place my pizza on someone elses table (and recording for YouTube) the server realizes her mistake, comes back out, grabs it from another customer about to take a bite, then brings it over to me. I couldnt believe it. When i told her i wasnt eating that, she says i didnt leave that there unprompted. So, i finished recording and just sat there for 45 minutes while the pizza got cold. Wouldnt risk giving it to my dogs at this point. Shame....had good pizza. Just lousy service. Oh yes, the manager did come out at the 28 minute mark and offer to replace, but at that point i was too angry to reply. The vid has been on YouTube for a month now. Watch as it disappears... made the mistake of coming back to give them another chance...April of 2017. They gave me the wrong pizza! Surprise, surprise.

Make your own custom pizza! The style of ordering is similar to Subway where you pick the dough, sauce, and toppings as you move down the line. Went, there with my family. The first thing I noticed is that the tables are dirty. They never even in the hour and a half I never even watched any employee clean a table and sweep the floor. Quite skeptical at first I must admit, but decided to give it a shot after hearing my co-worker said it was the best pizza hed had in a long time, so I decided to venture my way over there today (07/03/13) and was kindly greeted by the CEO of pieology and then he directed my to were the line began. The co-workers on the line where very kind and made my first time eating there a easy! The pizza .... is so good, absolutely phenomenal.. its just so fresh. Great, great place to stop by and eat! Heard so many good things about pieology. Pizza was good, they forgot to put bbq sauce on my bbq chicken pizza after I had asked for extra sauce originally. Slices were not cut correct and had to cut them with knife. Maybe I will try another location next time.

Great whole wheat crust! Add any toppings without extra charge including all meats. My favorite toppings are artichoke, olives, & jalapenos. Good cheese, fresh ingredients, friendly service, what more can you ask for in a custom pizza at $7.95 each? My tastebuds are totally satisfied and have the second half of the pizza for another meal. Come early if you plan for lunch, cause therell be a line, but they do have lots of seatings. Parking might be crowded as its at the same location as California Chicken Cafe, and CCC gets really busy during lunch as well. I like Pieology better than PizzaRev mainly because of the crust, its crisp and chewy without being dry. Happy eating!

Yummy Pieology. Essentially the same as the one in Granada Hills, but serves obviously the CSUN and plaza community. Its bigger than the Granada Hills one, and personally still better than PIzza Rev.Just be adamant about what you want and dont shy away from wanting more toppings. Love how the pizzas are standardized and Im going in knowing Imma get the same size essentially as any other time Ive been here.

Poor customer service and behavior of staff as the manager of the restaurant Anita promised she will advice them to do better as she was very apologetic for what occured which i was accused of having sprite in my cup instead of water and the employee was not even sure she needs to be educated about customer service, and the manager Jasmine handled the situation very poorly hope no other good customer can go through this kind of humiliation like i did while other customers in the restaurant witnessed the situation .
