Pieology Pizzeria in Beaumont

It took the guys maybe 5 minutes to come out from the back and when he did he had to go back there like three more times. Then he took my order. Felt lazy but whatever, after he took my order which was simple cheese Pizza and I started filming he seemed to get better lol. Over all clean place. You can build your own pizza or pick what they have. Price is kind of high for just a pizza but it is a nice size. A Salad would have been an additional 5, thats ridiculous. Overall pizza was good, cheesy and tasted fresh. Not to many people. I was there around 1pm.

The smallest pizza with the least toppings for the price. You can get better and more at any pizza joint. 10 pieces of pepperoni, little sauce, and a sprinkle of cheese. Probably never going back.

Terrible food. Their pizzas are half the size they used to be and they are always understaffed. We ordered from their App and received burnt and terrible food. Went into the store and they couldn’t refund my money. We had to contact their corporate office online and wait to see if we can get s refund.

A great pizza place when you want to build your own pizza. My favorite is the original thin crust. Lots of different toppings. Their cookies (chocolate chip) is so good.One minus: the fountain lemonades are so concentrated so need to add a lot of water to make it drinkable. But over all a great pic a place with great staff!

Honestly, this store leaves a visit to NOT be desired. Before I could pay for extra cheese...you know an extra topping and now they wont let you pay and they wont give you the topping. I dont understand if in willing to pay for my extra topping what the problem is. Often they dont have all the ingredients...who orders for them. They run out of ingredients too often. Today I came in and the only 2 employees were new. What supervisor leaves 2new employees by themselves...I hate coming to this particular store. Id rather drive all the way to Menifee most of the time...the service is better, theyve always had ingredients and I can get my extra topping of cheese. I dont put meat on my pizza, just give me more cheese. From a unsatisfied customer who tries not to come here when I dont have to. Anywhere else or even a longer drive.

Our closest Pieology is 35 miles away but, today we decided to drive a little further (47 miles) to give this location a try. We placed our order on the app. The first negative was pulling up and seeing the B rating in the window. The employee at the counter was pleasant. We had ordered 3 items, which included 2 pizzas. Both pizzas were half the size of ANY Pieology pizza that weve ever had. Both pizzas were underbaked, so they needed to be taken home and tossed into the oven. Overall, Im just disappointed by the food at this location. It wasnt worth the price at all. From now on, well stick with our usual location and we wont be returning to this one.

So sad to have to rate this place that isn’t too old and is already way under standard expectation.Came in today as we were craving it and it couldn’t had it yesterday as they were closed…Ohh boy, from the time we walked in, we saw how dirty the dinning room was, walked to the counter to start ordering my pizza and the whole food bar was filthy dirty (food everywhere!!). Four employees in the front (probably one more in the back). It wasn’t that busy, so don’t understand why no one was cleaning…The first girl who attended us, was rude, she noticed me looking at how dirty things were and got her attitude…The bathroom was horrible, soda machines dirty, lemonade machine dirty and empty, cheese bottles empty..We order just because we were craving it but we would have left if we had seem everything else from the beginning. I hope I can get in touch with an owner or district manager. This is not how they should keep a business.

The staff looks like they don’t want to be there. There was a line to the door and they focused on everything and anything with the exception of the guests. Eventually when they realized the line was not leaving (people did leave) did they say hello

Ordered a pizza online for my grandma today, Aug 20 2023, because she doesnt need to be out during the storm. Everything says youre opened and it went through. Its now been a few hours since the scheduled time, and no delivery. No phone call. Nothing. I cant even call because it never connects on your end. So now you have left my grandma without dinner. Thanks for that. Why dont you update your info??

Been craving pizza for a minute decided to go to pieology. Went in around 8pm Saturday there was only one worker working all stations. Ridiculous.waited 40 minutes. The line started getting longer and then we were told the wait would be 20 minutes. Ended up leaving and then we also seen other people leave . This is outrageous.
